Claims (15)
- 内燃機関(2)であって、前記内燃機関が、
燃焼に続いて排気ガスが発生する、燃焼室を区画する少なくとも1つのシリンダと、
前記燃焼室を出る前記排気ガスが流れる排気ダクト(3)と、
特定量の水性作動液を含むように設計されたタンク(4)と、前記タンク(4)に連結されていて且つ前記タンク(4)に含まれる水性作動液を加熱するように設計された、加熱装置(9)と、を具備する前記燃焼室に水性作動液を供給するシステム(1)と、を具備する内燃機関において、
前記加熱装置(9)は、前記タンク(4)に連結されていて且つ前記タンク(4)に含まれる前記水性作動液を加熱するように設計された、第1の液液熱交換器(10)を具備しており、
前記加熱装置(9)が、
前記排気ダクト(3)に沿って流れる前記排気ガスの少なくとも一部が通過するように設計される、第2の気液熱交換器(11)と、
前記水性作動液から及び前記排気ガスから完全に分離した異なる交換流体を、前記第2の気液熱交換器(11)を介して、循環させるように設計されて、前記排気ガスから前記交換流体に熱を伝達し、及び前記第1の液液熱交換器(10)を介して、前記交換流体から前記タンク(4)に含まれる前記水性作動液に熱を伝達する、液圧回路(12)と、を具備することを特徴とする内燃機関(2)。 - 前記液圧回路(12)は、前記第1の液液熱交換器(10)を流れる前記交換流体の流量を調整するように設計された、第1の調整電磁弁(18)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関(2)。
- 前記タンクが、前記タンク(4)に含まれる前記水性作動液の温度を測定するように設計された、第1の温度センサ(26)を備えており、
設けられた制御ユニット(28)が、前記第1の温度センサ(26)により測定された温度に基づいて、前記第1の調整電磁弁(18)の開度を調整する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関(2)。 - 前記排気ダクト(3)を前記第2の気液熱交換器(11)の入口に接続する取入口ダクト(20)と、
前記第2の気液熱交換器(11)の出口を前記排気ダクト(3)に接続する戻りダクト(21)と、を具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(2)。 - 前記排気ダクト(3)から前記取入口ダクト(20)に入る前記排気ガスの流量を調整するように設計された、第2の調整電磁弁(22)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内燃機関(2)。
- 前記戻りダクト(21)は、前記第2の気液熱交換器(11)を出る、前記排気ガスの温度を測定するように設計された、第2の温度センサ(27)を具備しており、
設けられた制御ユニット(28)は、前記第2の温度センサ(27)により測定された温度に基づいて、前記第2の調整電磁弁(22)の開度を調整する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内燃機関(2)。 - 前記戻りダクト(21)に沿って配置されていて且つ前記排気ガスの中に存在する凝縮水を分離するように設計された、復水分離器(23)と、
前記復水分離器(23)により分離された前記凝縮水を前記タンク(4)内に供給するように、前記復水分離器(23)を前記タンク(4)に接続する、供給ダクト(24)と、を具備することを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(2)。 - 前記供給ダクト(24)に沿って配置されていて且つ前記凝縮水を浄化処理するように設計された、処理装置(25)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内燃機関(2)。
- 前記処理装置(25)が、固体粒子を阻止する機械式フィルタを具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の内燃機関(2)。
- 前記処理装置(25)が、前記凝縮水の中に存在するイオンを引き留める、化学フィルタを具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の内燃機関(2)。
- 前記タンク(4)は、前記供給ダクト(24)からのみ水を受け取る、ことを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(2)。
- 前記液圧回路(12)の一部であって且つ前記交換流体が流れて熱を前記交換流体から外部に伝達する、第3の液気熱交換器(13)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(2)。
- 前記液圧回路(12)が、
前記第2の気液熱交換器(11)の出口を前記第3の液気熱交換器(13)の入口に接続する第1の送達ダクト(14)と、
前記第3の液気熱交換器(13)の出口を前記第2の気液熱交換器(11)の入口に接続する第1の戻りダクト(15)と、
前記第1の送達ダクト(14)を前記第1の液液熱交換器(10)の入口に接続する第2の送達ダクト(16)と、
前記第1の液液熱交換器(10)の出口を前記第1の送達ダクト(14)に接続する第2の戻りダクト(17)と、を具備することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の内燃機関(2)。 - 前記液圧回路(12)が循環ポンプ(19)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(2)。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(2)と、
独自の液圧回路を有する冷却装置を備えた空調システムと、を具備する道路走行車両であって、
前記加熱装置(9)の前記液圧回路(12)は、前記空調システムの前記冷却装置と共通の部品を具備する、ことを特徴とする道路走行車両。
