Abstract
Description
すなわち、排泄物の臭いの主成分であるアンモニアが、ほぼ無臭である水酸化カルシウムと硫酸アンモニウムに変化することで、消臭効果を有する。
Claims (12)
- 樹脂材と紙材と石膏材を含有し、少なくとも溶融加工及び押出加工を経て形成されたコア材を有する排泄物処理材。
- 前記溶融加工及び押出加工は、押出加工によって行われる請求項1に記載の排泄物処理材。
- 前記石膏材は、石膏残渣を含む請求項1に記載の排泄物処理材。
- 前記石膏残渣は、二水石膏からなる請求項3に記載の排泄物処理材。
- 前記コア材を被覆する被覆材をさらに有する請求項1に記載の排泄物処理材。
- 前記溶融加工は、80〜150℃の範囲で行われる請求項1に記載の排泄物処理材。
- 前記溶融加工は、80〜120℃の範囲で行われる請求項6に記載の排泄物処理材。
- 樹脂と紙材と石膏を材料として、コア材を生成する排泄物処理材製造方法において、
前記樹脂と前記紙材と前記石膏を、混合、加熱溶融及び圧縮加工を用いて三種成型物を生成する成型物生成工程と、
前記三種成型物を発泡させて前記コア材を生成する発泡工程と
を具備する排泄物処理材製造方法。 - 前記コア材を被覆材にて被覆する被覆工程をさらに有する請求項8に記載の排泄物処理材製造方法。
- 樹脂と紙材とを混合して二種混合物を生成する第1混合工程と、
前記二種混合物を加熱溶融して二種成型物を生成する加熱溶融工程と、
前記二種成型物と石膏を混合して三種混合物を生成する第2混合工程と、
前記三種混合物を圧縮して三種成型物を生成する圧縮工程と、
前記三種成型物を加熱溶融及び押出成型して前記三種成型物を発泡させてコア材を生成する発泡工程と
を具備する排泄物処理材製造方法。 - 樹脂と紙材と石膏を混合して三種混合物を生成する混合工程と、
前記三種混合物を圧縮して三種成型物を生成する圧縮工程と、
前記三種成型物を押出成型して前記三種成型物を発泡させてコア材を生成する発泡工程と
を具備する排泄物処理材製造方法。 - 樹脂と紙材と石膏を混合して三種混合物を生成する混合工程と、
前記三種混合物を加熱溶融及び押出成型して前記三種混合物を発泡させてコア材を生成する発泡工程と
を具備する排泄物処理材製造方法。
