Claims (24)
- 第1要素は入力軸に連結され、第2要素は出力軸に連結され、第3要素は固定部に可変的に連結される、遊星ギヤと、
前記第1要素と前記第2要素との間に備えられ、前記出力軸の速度によって制御されるように渦電流を発生させる少なくとも一つの渦電流トルク発生部と、
前記入力軸と前記第1要素に一体に連結されて前記遊星ギヤを内蔵するフロントカバーと、
前記第3要素と前記固定部との連結を一方向に規制し、互いに連結されるワンウェイクラッチと、
前記出力軸側に備えられて前記フロントカバーと結合されるバックカバーと、
軸方向を基準に前記第2要素の両側にそれぞれ備えられ、前記出力軸の回転速度に応じて発生する遠心力によって前記フロントカバーと前記バックカバーの内側面にそれぞれ選択的に接触しながら、前記入力軸と前記出力軸を直接連結するロックアップ機構と、を含むことを特徴とする、電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記渦電流トルク発生部は、
前記第1要素に連結される永久磁石と、
前記永久磁石に対向して配置されて導電性を有し、前記第2要素の外周面にヒンジ連結するヒンジアームにより連結され、前記出力軸の速度によって制御される遠心体と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記永久磁石は、前記フロントカバーの半径方向の内側に円周方向に沿って設定された間隔で配置され、
前記遠心体は、前記第2要素に弾性部材によって連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記永久磁石は、
前記フロントカバーの内周面周りに沿ってN極とS極が交互に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記ロックアップ機構は、
軸方向を基準に前記フロントカバーと前記バックカバーの内側面に対応して前記第2要素の両側にそれぞれ軸方向にスライド移動可能に配置されるロックアッププレートと、
前記出力軸の回転速度に応じて発生する遠心力によって前記ヒンジアームが半径方向の外側に向かって移動する場合、前記ロックアッププレートを前記フロントカバーと前記バックカバー側にそれぞれ移動させるようにそれぞれの前記ロックアッププレートと前記ヒンジアームの間で前記ヒンジアームの両側にそれぞれ回転可能に装着される一対のローラと、
それぞれの前記ロックアッププレートに対応して前記フロントカバーと前記バックカバーの内側面に装着される摩擦部材と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記ロックアッププレートは、
環状に形成され、前記ローラに対応する一面には、前記ローラにローリング接触される少なくとも一つの接触部が突出形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記接触部は、
軸方向を基準に前記第2要素に向かう前記ロックアッププレートの一面に円周方向に沿って複数個が離隔した位置にそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記接触部には、
前記ローラにローリング接触される傾斜面が一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記傾斜面は、
前記第1要素の回転中心に向かう下部から半径方向の外側に向かう上部に行くほど幅長さが長くなることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記ロックアッププレートにはガイドホールがそれぞれ形成され、
前記フロントカバー側に向かって配置された前記ロックアッププレートの前記ガイドホールには、前記第2要素に形成されるガイド突起が挿入され、
前記バックカバー側に向かって配置された前記ロックアッププレートの前記ガイドホールには、前記ヒンジアームを回転可能に支持するヒンジ軸の端部が挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記ロックアッププレートは、
前記ローラによって軸方向にスライド移動する場合、それぞれの前記ガイドホールに挿入される前記ガイド突起と前記ヒンジ軸によって軸方向移動がガイドされることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記摩擦部材は、
前記フロントカバーと前記バックカバーにそれぞれ装着される装着プレートによって装着されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記装着プレートは、
前記フロントカバーと前記バックカバーの内側面にそれぞれ形成される装着溝に装着されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記摩擦部材は、
前記ロックアッププレートに向かう前記装着プレートの一面に円周方向に沿って離隔して複数個装着されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記渦電流トルク発生部は、
前記第1要素と前記第2要素を前記出力軸の速度に応じて分離、または渦電流トルクで動力を伝達することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記第1要素は太陽ギヤであり、
前記第2要素はキャリアであり、
前記第3要素はリングギヤであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記渦電流トルク発生部は、
前記第2要素の円周方向に沿って等間隔で離隔して複数個備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータ。 - 入力軸に連結される第1要素、出力軸に連結される第2要素、固定部に可変的に連結される第3要素、および設定されたギヤ比による速度比を有する遊星ギヤにおいて、
前記ギヤ比による速度比で前記第3要素と前記固定部との間に備えられるワンウェイクラッチの作動制御で前記第3要素を固定制御して、前記第2要素で出力されるトルクを増配する第1段階と、
前記出力軸の速度増加により前記ギヤ比による速度比以上で前記第1要素と前記第2要素との間に備えられる渦電流トルク発生部の作動制御で前記第1要素と前記第2要素を渦電流によって発生する渦電流トルクで動力を伝達して、前記第2要素で出力されるトルクを伝達する第2段階と、
前記ギヤ比による速度比以上である状態で前記出力軸の速度増加により前記第2要素に備えられて、前記渦電流トルク発生部と連動するロックアップ機構の作動制御でフロントカバーとバックカバーの軸方向内側面にそれぞれ接触しながら前記第1、および第2要素を直接連結して、前記入力軸と前記出力軸とを直結させる第3段階と、を含むことを特徴とする、電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータの制御方法。 - 前記第1段階は、
前記ワンウェイクラッチの作動により前記渦電流トルク発生部と前記ロックアップ機構を非作動制御することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータの制御方法。 - 前記第1段階は、
前記渦電流トルク発生部の非作動により前記出力軸トルクの一部を前記第2要素に伝達することを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータの制御方法。 - 前記第2段階は、
前記渦電流トルク発生部の作動により、前記ワンウェイクラッチと前記ロックアップ機構を非作動制御することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータの制御方法。 - 前記第2段階は、
前記渦電流トルク発生部の作動により、前記出力軸のトルクを前記第2要素および前記渦電流トルク発生部に伝達することを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータの制御方法。 - 前記第3段階は、
前記ロックアップ機構の作動により前記ワンウェイクラッチを非作動制御し、前記渦電流トルク発生部を非作動制御することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータの制御方法。 - 前記第3段階は、
前記ロックアップ機構の作動、前記ワンウェイクラッチの非作動、および前記渦電流トルク発生部の非作動により前記入力軸と前記出力軸の回転速度が1:1となるように前記入力軸と前記出力軸とを直結することを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の電気自動車用乾式トルクコンバータの制御方法。
