図4に示す例は、循環フランジであり、スイミングプールの壁面2の開口20に下向きの開口31を有する合成樹脂製のフランジ3が取付けてあり、その開口20に合致する穴11を有する固定板1が壁面2に接着してあり、防水シート4は固定板1に接着固定され、止水性を高めている。
また、スイミングプールにおいては、図5(1)に示すラダーハンドル5や手摺(図示しない)の支柱51が図5(2)に示すようにスイミングプールの底面またはスイミングプールの周囲のフロア面に埋設されているため、支柱51を通す穴を有し、支柱51を包囲する固定板1が設置され、この固定板1に防水シート(図示しない)が接着固定されている。

本発明は、固定板1に充填した接着剤またはシーリング剤等が固定板1を接着面に押圧した時点において均等に充填されており、固定板が一様な接着力で本体に固定されることを確認できるようにし、時間の経過によって水密性が喪失することがないようにするものである。
