Claims (25)
- 排出物から汚染物質を除去する流動床装置を備える排出物制御システムであって、
逆ベンチュリ形状を有し、前記排出物が所定の入口流速で流入する入口部と、前記排出物を所定の出口流速で排出する出口部と、前記入口部と前記出口部との間に配置され前記排出物中の前記汚染物質を捕捉する拡径部とを備える筐体を備え、
前記筐体の前記入口部、前記出口部、および前記拡径部は、互いに流体を介して連通し、
反応物質塊が前記筐体の前記拡径部内に配置され、
前記反応物質塊は、前記排出物と接触するよう配置される反応外表面を有し、
前記反応物質塊は少なくとも一種の吸着剤を含み、
前記筐体と流体を介して連通し、前記筐体から汚染された吸着剤が少なくとも一つの吸着剤排出ポートを介して流入し、洗浄された吸着剤を少なくとも一つの吸着剤戻りポートを介して前記筐体に戻す少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムを備えることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、前記流動床装置の前記筐体の内部にあることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、前記流動床装置の前記筐体の外部にあることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、前記汚染物質を前記少なくとも一種の吸着剤から分離する真空乾燥機を備えることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは少なくとも一種の単純脂質を含むことを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項5に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一種の単純脂質はグリセリンであることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項5に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一種の単純脂質はグリセリン、糖脂質、又は水酸基を有する炭素原子を有しpHが6.49から7.73の範囲である脂質であることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項5に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一種の単純脂質はグリセリン、糖脂質、又は水酸基を有する炭素原子を有しpHが9.05以下である脂質であることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項5に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一種の吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、前記少なくとも一種の単純脂質を少なくとも85℃以上110℃以下の温度に加熱するよう構成されことを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項5に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、前記少なくとも一種の単純脂質を常温より少なくとも5℃高い温度から140℃以下の温度に加熱するよう構成されことを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、前記少なくとも一種の吸着剤を前記少なくとも一種の単純脂質から分離するよう構成され、前記少なくとも一種の吸着剤が前記少なくとも一種の単純脂質から分離された後に、前記少なくとも一種の吸着剤をリンスする蒸気または熱水を含むことを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項11に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、前記蒸気または水を少なくとも65℃以上85℃以下の温度に加熱するよう構成されることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項11に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、前記蒸気または水を常温より少なくとも5℃高く、かつ98℃以下の温度に加熱するよう構成されることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、洗浄及び再生ステーションと、吸着剤廃棄ステーションと、汚染物質廃棄ステーションと、新たな吸着剤を前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤戻りポートに供給して消耗し損耗した吸着剤と交換する大量再充填ステーションとを備えることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、銅、亜鉛、錫、硫黄(CZTS)吸着剤を処理するよう構成されることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の排出物制御システムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、銅、亜鉛、錫、硫黄(CZTS)合金吸着剤を処理するよう構成されることを特徴とする排出物制御システム。

前記排出物を前記逆ベンチュリ型流動床装置から離れる方向に送り、
前記少なくとも一種の吸着剤を、銅、亜鉛、錫、硫黄(CZTS)吸着剤、銅、亜鉛、錫、硫黄(CZTS)合金吸着剤、及び銅、亜鉛、錫、硫黄(CZTS)混合物吸着剤の少なくとも一つを含む材料の群から選択し、
化学的及び機械的洗浄及び再生用の少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムを通して前記少なくとも一種の吸着剤を送ることを特徴とする排出物制御方法。 - 請求項21に記載の排出物制御方法であって、さらに
前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムを通って送られた前記吸着剤から消耗し損耗した吸着剤を分離し、前記消耗し損耗した吸着剤を廃棄し、
前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムを通って送られた前記吸着剤から汚染物質を分離し、前記汚染物質を廃棄またはリサイクルし、
洗浄され再生された吸着剤を前記逆ベンチュリ型流動床装置に戻すことを特徴とする排出物制御方法。 - 請求項22に記載の排出物制御方法において、前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムは、
銅、亜鉛、錫、硫黄(CZTS)吸着剤の処理専用の第一吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムと、

前記逆ベンチュリ型流動床装置内で異なる吸着剤を互いに分かれた形で維持し、

前記少なくとも一つのモニタリングセンサによって検出された前記少なくとも一つのプロセスパラメータに基づき、一種以上の異なる前記吸着剤を通って前記排出物を送り、

銅、亜鉛、錫、硫黄(CZTS)混合物吸着剤を前記第三吸着剤リサイクルサブシステムに通すことを特徴とする排出物制御方法。 - 請求項23に記載の排出物制御方法であって、さらに
前記少なくとも一つの吸着剤リサイクルサブシステム内に少なくとも一種の単純脂質または真空乾燥機を設け、前記少なくとも一種の吸着剤から汚染物質を分離し、
前記洗浄され再生された吸着剤を前記逆ベンチュリ型流動床装置に戻す前に前記少なくとも一種の吸着剤を蒸気または熱水でリンスすることを特徴とする排出物制御方法。
