Description
案1:鉱物培養基
鉱物培養基(培養基成分、g/l):(NH4)2SO4 0.52、MgSO4 0.02、K2SO4 0.06、NH4H2PO4 1.53。微量元素溶液(別途調合)(г/л):ZnSO4 0.43、MnSO4 0.88、CuSO4 0.78、H3BO3 0.4、Na2MoO4×2H2O 0.25、CoSO4×7H2O 0.25、FeSO4×7H2O 4.97。調合済みの微量元素溶液1mlを1000mlの鉱物培養基に加える。
栄養寒天 成分(調合済み培地1リットル換算):乾燥タンパク質酵素加水分解物 10.5g、発酵培地用乾燥ペプトン 10.5g、濾過ずみ自己消化酵母エキス 2.0g、塩化ナトリウム 5.0g、微生物培養寒天 12.0g。121℃で15分間殺菌する。
