Claims (9)
- 入射した高エネルギ線との相互作用により電子を放出し電子を増倍して出力する1以上のマイクロチャネルプレートを有する第1電子増倍部と、
入射した高エネルギ線との相互作用により電子を放出し電子を増倍して出力する1以上のマイクロチャネルプレートを有する第2電子増倍部と、
高エネルギ線に対して透過性を有し、前記第1電子増倍部および前記第2電子増倍部それぞれから増倍されて出力された電子を収集して電気パルス信号を出力する電子収集部と、
を備え、
前記第1電子増倍部、前記電子収集部および前記第2電子増倍部が、この順に所定方向に沿って配置されている、
高エネルギ線検出器。 - 所定方向に沿って順に配置された前記第1電子増倍部、前記電子収集部および前記第2電子増倍部を1組の検出ユニットとして、複数組の前記検出ユニットが前記所定方向に沿って配置されている、
請求項1に記載の高エネルギ線検出器。 - 入射した高エネルギ線との相互作用により電子を放出し電子を増倍して出力する1以上のマイクロチャネルプレートを有する電子増倍部と、高エネルギ線に対して透過性を有し前記電子増倍部から増倍されて出力された電子を収集して電気パルス信号を出力する電子収集部と、を所定方向に沿って配置したものを1組の検出ユニットとして、
複数組の前記検出ユニットが前記所定方向に沿って配置されている、
高エネルギ線検出器。 - 前記電子収集部は、絶縁性基板と、この絶縁性基板の主面に設けられた導電部と、を含む、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の高エネルギ線検出器。 - 前記電子収集部は、前記絶縁性基板の主面に設けられた複数の導電部を含み、前記複数の導電部それぞれにおいて電子を収集して電気パルス信号を出力する、
請求項4に記載の高エネルギ線検出器。 - 前記電子収集部は、
半導体基板と、この半導体基板の主面に設けられた複数の導電部と、を含み、
前記複数の導電部それぞれから出力される電気パルス信号を読み出すための回路が前記半導体基板に形成されている、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の高エネルギ線検出器。 - 前記マイクロチャネルプレートの母材は、中性子との間の相互作用により電子を放出する物質を含む、
請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の高エネルギ線検出器。 - 測定空間に置かれた被検体の断層画像を取得する装置であって、
前記測定空間の周囲に設けられ高エネルギ線を検出する複数の検出器それぞれとして、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の高エネルギ線検出器を備える、
断層画像取得装置。 - X線源を更に備え、
前記高エネルギ線検出器は、前記X線源から出力されて前記被検体を透過したX線を検出するとともに、RI線源が投入された前記被検体において電子・陽電子の対消滅に伴って発生するγ線を検出する、
請求項8に記載の断層画像取得装置。
