・ケミカルセンサ
図1は、第1の実施形態のケミカルセンサの一例を示す断面図である。
以下に第1の実施形態のケミカルセンサを用いる標的物質検出方法を説明する。当該検出方法は、気体試料中の標的物質を検出する方法である。
・ケミカルセンサ
図7は、第2の実施形態のケミカルセンサの一例を示す図である。
以下に第2の実施形態のケミカルセンサを用いる標的物質検出方法について説明する。図8は、第2の実施形態の標的物質検出方法の一例の概略フローを示す図である。
第1〜3の実施形態によれば、ケミカルセンサキットも提供される。ケミカルセンサキットは、例えば、以下の組み合わせを含む。
(2)第1の実施形態のケミカルセンサ及び酵素
(3)第1の実施形態のケミカルセンサ、標的物質輸送キャリア及び酵素
(4)第2の実施形態のケミカルセンサ及び酵素。

Claims (23)
- 気体試料中の標的物質を検出するためのケミカルセンサであって、
感応膜と、
前記感応膜に固定された嗅覚受容体断片と
を含むケミカルセンサ。 - 前記感応膜はグラフェンであり、前記感応膜の一方の端に接続するソース電極と、他方の端に接続するドレイン電極とを更に備える
請求項1に記載のケミカルセンサ。 - 前記感応膜上に設けられ、前記嗅覚受容体断片を被覆する液相を更に備える請求項1又は2に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 前記液相の厚さが、0μmより厚く、50μm以下である請求項3に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 前記液相中に、外側に親水部を有し、内側に疎水部を有するポケット状の標的物質輸送キャリアを更に含む請求項3又は4に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 前記標的物質輸送キャリアは、匂い物質結合タンパク質又は包接化合物である請求項5に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 前記感応膜の前記嗅覚受容体断片が固定されている面にブロッキング剤を更に備える請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 前記ブロッキング剤が酸性の物質である請求項7に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 気体試料中の標的物質を検出するためのケミカルセンサであって、
前記標的物質と結合する嗅覚受容体断片と、
前記標的物質と前記嗅覚受容体断片の結合による物性の変化を検出する検出器と、
を含むケミカルセンサ。 - 気体試料中の標的物質を検出するためのケミカルセンサであって、
感応膜と、
前記感応膜に固定された、外側に親水部を有し、内側に疎水部を有するポケット状の標的物質輸送キャリアと
を含むケミカルセンサ。 - 前記感応膜はグラフェンであり、前記感応膜の一方の端に接続するソース電極と、他方の端に接続するドレイン電極とを更に備える
請求項10に記載のケミカルセンサ。 - 前記感応膜上に設けられ、前記嗅覚受容体断片を被覆する液相を更に備える請求項10又は11に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 前記液相の厚さが、0μmより厚く、50μm以下である請求項12に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 前記感応膜の前記標的物質輸送キャリアが固定されている面にブロッキング剤を備える請求項10〜13の何れか1項に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 前記ブロッキング剤が塩基性の物質である請求項14に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 前記標的物質輸送キャリアは、匂い物質結合タンパク質又は包接化合物である請求項10〜15の何れか1項に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 気体試料中の標的物質を検出するためのケミカルセンサであって、
外側に親水部を有し、内側に疎水部を有するポケット状の標的物質輸送キャリアと、
前記標的物質と前記標的物質輸送キャリアの結合による物性の変化を検出する検出器と、
を含むケミカルセンサ。 - 前記標的物質は匂い物質である請求項1〜17の何れか1項に記載のケミカルセンサ。
- 感応膜と、前記感応膜に固定された嗅覚受容体断片と、前記感応膜上に設けられ前記嗅覚受容体断片を被覆する液相とを含むケミカルセンサを用いて気体試料中の標的物質を検出するための方法であって、
(S1)前記気体試料を前記液相に接触させること、
(S2)前記感応膜の物性の変化を検出すること、及び
(S3)前記検出の結果から、前記気体試料中の前記標的物質の有無又は量を決定すること
を含む標的物質検出方法。 - 前記工程(S3)の前に、標的物質輸送キャリアを前記液相に添加することを更に含む請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(S3)の後に、前記標的物質を分解する酵素を前記液相に添加し、前記液相を除去し、前記感応膜上に液相を設けることを更に含む請求項19又は20に記載の方法。
- 感応膜と、前記感応膜に固定された、外側に親水部を有し、内側に疎水部を有するポケット状の標的物質輸送キャリアと、前記感応膜上に設けられ前記標的物質輸送キャリアを被覆する液相とを含むケミカルセンサを用いて気体試料中の標的物質を検出するための方法であって、
(S11)前記気体試料を前記液相に接触させること、
(S12)前記感応膜の物性の変化を検出すること、及び
(S13)前記検出の結果から、前記気体試料中の前記標的物質の有無又は量を決定すること
を含む標的物質検出方法。 - 前記工程(S13)の後に、前記標的物質を分解する酵素を前記液相に添加し、前記液相を除去し、前記感応膜上に液相を設けることを更に含む請求項22に記載の方法。
