Description

The present invention relates to a wooden floorboard, a method for producing the same, and a floor for a building.

BACKGROUND ART As a building floor, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, there is a floor having a so-called herringbone-like pattern. That is, the grain of the surface layer is inclined with respect to the direction in which the plurality of plate members are arranged, and plate members having different inclination directions are adjacent to each other in the short direction (that is, the long sides are abutted). Arranged to form a building floor. Thereby, the direction of the grain of the surface layer is opposite to the seam of the plate material adjacent in the transverse direction (that is, the seam of the long sides), so to speak, it is a pattern like a fish (herring) bone. Herringbone-like patterns appear on the design surface of the building floor.

Design Registration No. 15250216

However, the constituent floorboard disclosed in Patent Literature 1 has a rectangular shape. Therefore, a seam in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction appears between the constituent floorboards adjacent in the longitudinal direction. The seam is formed so as to divide the diagonal grain of the herringbone. As a result, herringbone-like design may be impaired.

Further, in forming the herringbone-like building floor as described above, it is desirable to use a grind plate having a certain thickness also for the surface layer in order to give a feeling and a sense of quality. On the other hand, it is not preferable to combine a large number of independent ground plates and the like at a construction site or the like so that a herringbone-like pattern appears, which takes time and effort, and is not preferable.

The present invention has been made in view of such a background, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wooden floorboard excellent in design, a manufacturing method thereof, and a floor for a building.

One embodiment of the present invention includes a base substrate,
A plurality of wooden block boards arranged and joined in parallel on the upper surface of the base substrate, and
The base substrate has a long shape in a shape viewed from the top, and has a pair of substrate long sides parallel to the longitudinal direction and a pair of parallel substrate short sides inclined with respect to the pair of substrate long sides. And
The wooden block board has a pair of block board sides along the long side of the base board of the base substrate, and is parallel to each other at an angle to the block board side in a shape viewed from the upper surface serving as a design surface. Having a pair of block plate hypotenuses,
On the pair of oblique sides of the block plate, a male part of the hypotenuse and a female part of the hypotenuse are formed, respectively.
The plurality of wooden block boards are arranged on the base substrate such that the oblique sides of the block boards face each other and the side faces of the block boards are connected linearly,
And, one oblique side of the block board of the woody block board arranged at both ends in the arrangement direction is arranged along the board short side of the base board,
The woody block boards adjacent in the arrangement direction are actually joined to the oblique male part and the oblique female part,
Along the one and the other of the pair of floorboard short sides, each has a short side male part and a short side female part,
The short side male part comprises the oblique side male part of the wood block board arranged at one end in the arrangement direction, and the short side female part is the wood block board arranged at the other end in the arrangement direction. And a wooden floor plate comprising the female part of the hypotenuse.

Another aspect of the present invention is a building floor formed by joining a plurality of the wooden floorboards in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction,
The wooden floorboards adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction are actually joined to the short-side male part and the short-side female part,
The wooden floorboards adjacent to each other in the lateral direction of the base substrate are on a building floor in which the inclination directions of the short sides of the floorboard with respect to the longitudinal direction are opposite to each other.

Yet another aspect of the present invention is a method for producing the wood floorboard,
Producing the base substrate and a plurality of the wooden block boards,
A method for manufacturing a wooden floorboard, comprising: bonding a plurality of the wooden block boards to an upper surface of the base substrate while actually bonding the hypotenuse male part and the hypotenuse female part.

In the wooden floorboard, the base substrate has a pair of long sides of the substrate and a pair of short sides of the substrate parallel to each other and inclined with respect to the long sides of the pair of substrates. And one oblique side of the above-mentioned wooden block board arranged at both ends in the arrangement direction is arranged along the short side of the board. Thus, when a building floor is configured by arranging a plurality of wooden floorboards, the seam in the longitudinal direction (that is, the seam between the short sides of the floorboard) is also formed in parallel with the oblique side of the blockboard of the wooden blockboard. Thus, it is possible to prevent the herringbone-like pattern from being divided at the seam of the wooden floorboard. As a result, it is possible to obtain a building floor excellent in design, in which herringbone-like patterns appear continuously and naturally.

In addition, the wooden floorboard has a plurality of wooden blockboards arranged on an upper surface of a base substrate. Thereby, the surfaces of the plurality of thick wooden block boards can be exposed on the upper surface (ie, the design surface) of the wooden floor board. Thereby, it is easy to improve the design of the wooden floorboard.

In addition, since one wooden floorboard includes a plurality of wooden blockboards, it is possible to improve work efficiency at a construction site or the like when constructing a building floor.
Further, the oblique male part and the oblique female part of the wooden block board arranged at both ends in the arrangement direction become the short side male part and the short side female part of the wooden floorboard. Therefore, the structure of the joint between the short sides of the floorboards of the wooden floorboard can be made substantially the same as the joint of the wooden blockboards in the wooden floorboard. As a result, the joint between the short sides of the floorboards of the wooden floorboard can be suppressed from being noticeable.

In addition, since the building floor is formed by joining a plurality of the wooden floorboards, it is excellent in design.

In the method for manufacturing a wooden floorboard, a plurality of wooden blockboards are attached to the upper surface of the base substrate while the male part of the hypotenuse and the female part of the hypotenuse are actually joined. Thereby, a wooden floorboard excellent in design can be easily manufactured.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a wooden floor panel excellent in design, a method for manufacturing the same, and a floor for a building.

It is sectional explanatory drawing of the wooden floorboard in Embodiment 1, Comprising: The II sectional view taken on the line of FIG. FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view of a wooden floorboard in the first embodiment. FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view of a base substrate according to the first embodiment. FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view of the wooden block board in the first embodiment. FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line VV of FIG. 4. FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view of a first wooden floorboard in the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is an explanatory plan view of a second wooden floorboard in the first embodiment. FIG. 8 is an explanatory sectional view taken along line VIII-VIII in FIG. 6. FIG. 7 is an explanatory sectional view taken along line IX-IX in FIG. 6. FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view of a building floor according to the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is a perspective explanatory view of a stage of manufacturing a large-sized laminated board in the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is a perspective explanatory view of a stage in Embodiment 1 for producing a long laminated board. FIG. 2 is a perspective explanatory view of a stage of manufacturing a block board material in the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is an explanatory perspective view of a stage in which the block board material is actually processed according to the first embodiment. FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view of the block board material according to the first embodiment, in which cutting lines are provided. FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view in which a large number of wooden block boards obtained by cutting the block board material in the first embodiment are arranged. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional explanatory view of the stage of disposing the wooden block board on the base substrate in the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is an explanatory plan view of a stage where a long-side male part and a long-side female part are formed in the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional explanatory view of a joint portion of the wooden floorboards adjacent in the longitudinal direction in the first embodiment. FIG. 8 is an explanatory plan view of a building floor in the second embodiment.

In this specification, a wooden floorboard and the like will be described as directions of up and down in an installed state, respectively, as up and down. That is, for example, the upper surface of the wooden floorboard is the upper surface of the building floor and is also the design surface.

A surface groove formed along the oblique side of the block board may be formed between the wooden block boards adjacent in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the herringbone pattern can be made more prominent by the plurality of surface groove portions. As a result, the design of the building floor using the wooden floorboard can be further improved.

In the building floor, the seam between the short sides of the floorboards may be arranged so that at least one end thereof is not connected to the other seam. In this case, it is possible to obtain a floor for a building having better design properties. That is, it is possible to prevent the seam from continuing over a wide range. As a result, it is possible to further suppress the seams between the short sides of the floorboards from being conspicuous, and to easily form a herringbone-like building floor having excellent design properties.

In producing a plurality of the above-mentioned wooden block boards, the long material side of the long block board material is subjected to actual processing to form a long material male part and a long material female part. The block plate material is cut along mutually parallel inclined surfaces inclined with respect to the material longitudinal direction and the material lateral direction, and a part of the material male part and a part of the material female part are cut. A plurality of the wooden block boards provided as the hypotenuse male part and the hypotenuse female part can also be manufactured. In this case, the actual machining of the male part of the hypotenuse and the female part of the hypotenuse can be performed efficiently and easily. As a result, it is possible to produce a wooden floorboard with excellent design with high productivity.

(Embodiment 1)
Embodiments of a wooden floorboard, a method for manufacturing the same, and a floor for a building will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 18.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the wooden floorboard 1 of the present embodiment includes a base substrate 2 and a plurality of wooden blockboards 3. The plurality of wooden block boards 3 are arranged in parallel on the upper surface of the base substrate 2 and joined. In particular, FIG. 1 illustrates the wooden block board 3 and the like with a large thickness for convenience.

As shown in FIG. 3, the base substrate 2 has a long shape when viewed from above. The base substrate 2 has a pair of substrate long sides 21 parallel to the longitudinal direction X and a pair of parallel substrate short sides 22 inclined with respect to the pair of substrate long sides 21.

As shown in FIG. 2, the wooden block board 3 has a pair of block board sides 31 along the long side 21 of the base board 2 and a block board side 31 in a shape viewed from the upper surface serving as the design surface. And a pair of block plate oblique sides 32 which are inclined and parallel to each other.

The oblique sides 32 of the pair of block plates are provided with male oblique sides 321 and female oblique sides 322, respectively.
The plurality of wooden block boards 3 are arranged on the base substrate 2 such that the block board oblique sides 32 face each other and the block board side sides 31 are connected linearly.

One block board oblique side 32 of the woody block board 3 arranged at both ends in the arrangement direction is arranged along the board short side 22 of the base board 2.
In the wooden block boards 3 adjacent to each other in the arrangement direction, the hypotenuse male part 321 and the hypotenuse female part 322 are actually joined.

The wooden floorboard 1 has a short-side male part 131 and a short-side female part 132 along one and the other of the pair of floorboard short sides 13, respectively.
The short side male part 131 consists of the hypotenuse male part 321 of the wooden block board 3 arranged at one end in the arrangement direction. The short side female part 132 is composed of the oblique female part 322 of the wooden block board 3 arranged at the other end in the arrangement direction.

Note that the longitudinal direction of the base substrate 2, which is a direction parallel to the substrate long side 21, is also simply referred to as the longitudinal direction X as appropriate. Further, the short direction of the base substrate 2 is also simply referred to as the short direction Y as appropriate. The longitudinal direction X and the lateral direction Y are the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction of the base substrate 2 when viewed from the normal direction of the upper surface of the wooden floorboard 1. The longitudinal direction X and the lateral direction Y are perpendicular to the normal direction of the upper surface of the wooden floorboard 1, that is, the thickness direction of the wooden floorboard 1. The thickness direction of the wooden floorboard 1 is also simply referred to as the thickness direction Z.

As shown in FIG. 5, each wooden block board 3 includes a plywood 301, a middle board 302 and a wooden surface board 303 sequentially laminated on the upper surface of the plywood 301. The wooden surface plate 303 is, for example, a ground plate having a thickness of about 1.8 to 2.1 mm. Further, on the lower surface of the plywood 301, a backing veneer 304 is laminated. These plate members are bonded to each other via an adhesive.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the wooden floorboard 1, a surface groove portion 11 is formed between the wooden blockboards 3 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction X along the oblique side 32 of the blockboard. The surface layer groove portion 11 has a substantially V shape in a cross section perpendicular to the block board hypotenuse 32 of the wooden block board 3. The depth of the surface groove portion 11 is smaller than the thickness of the wooden surface plate 303. That is, the surface layer groove 11 has not reached the middle plate 302. Further, the depth of the surface groove portion 11 is at least half the thickness of the wooden surface plate 303.

Further, the wooden block board 3 has a tapered surface 33 at a corner on the upper surface side of the oblique side 32 of the block board. The tapered surface 33 of the adjacent wood block boards 3 is joined at the joint between the wood block boards 3 to form the above-described surface groove portion 11 having a substantially V-shaped cross section.

Although not shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the wooden floorboard 1 has a long-side male section 121 and a long-side female section at one and the other of the pair of floorboard long sides 12, respectively. And a portion 122.

As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the wood floor boards 1 include a first wood floor board 1 a and a second wood floor board 1 b having shapes substantially in a mirror image relationship with each other. The first wooden floorboard 1a and the second wooden floorboard 1b are combined to form a French herringbone-like building floor 10 described below.

That is, as shown in FIG. 10, the wooden floorboard 1 is formed by joining a plurality of wooden floorboards 1 in the longitudinal direction X and the lateral direction Y, and the building floor 10 is constructed. The wooden floorboards 1 adjacent to each other in the lateral direction Y have opposite inclination directions of the floorboard short side 13 with respect to the floorboard long side 12. That is, the first wooden floorboard 1a and the second wooden floorboard 1b are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in the lateral direction Y.

As shown in FIG. 6, the first wooden floorboard 1a has a long side male section 121 and a short side male section 121 at a floorboard long side 12 and a floorboard short side 13 forming obtuse corners 141 therebetween. A real part 131 is formed. The first wooden floorboard 1a has a long-side female real part 122 and a short-side female real part on other floorboard long sides 12 and floorboard short sides 13 forming obtuse corners 142 therebetween. 132 are formed.

As shown in FIG. 7, the second wooden floorboard 1 b has a longboard male part 121 and a shortboard male section 12 on a floorboard long side 12 and a floorboard short side 13 forming an acute corner 143 between each other. A real part 131 is formed. The second wooden floorboard 1b has a long-side female real part 122 and a short-side female real part at the other floorboard long side 12 and the floorboard short side 13, which form an acute corner 144 therebetween. 132 are formed.

Thereby, the long-side male part 121 of the second wooden floor board 1b is fitted into the long-side female part 122 of the first wooden floor board 1a and actually joined. Further, another long-side male part 121 of the first wooden floor panel 1a is fitted into the long-side female section 122 of the second wooden floor panel 1b and actually joined.

In the longitudinal direction X, the first wooden floorboards 1a and the second wooden floorboards 1b are actually joined to each other and connected.
As shown in FIG. 10, the seam 130 between the floorboard short sides 13 is arranged at least at one end thereof so as not to be connected to another seam 130. In this embodiment, one end of the seam 130 is connected to another seam 130, and the other end of the seam 130 is shifted so as not to be connected to the other seam 130.

That is, when attention is paid to one specific wooden floorboard 1, between the wooden floorboard 1 and the wooden floorboard 1 adjacent to one side in the short direction Y, the floorboard long sides 12 are shifted in the longitudinal direction X. Not joined. On the other hand, between the wooden floorboard 1 and the wooden floorboard 1 adjacent to one side in the short direction Y, the long sides 12 of the floorboards are joined to be shifted in the longitudinal direction X. However, one end of the joint 130 that is not connected to another joint 130 is connected to the surface groove 11 of the other wooden floorboard 1.

In this way, as shown in FIG. 10, a French herringbone-like building floor 10 is constructed. In FIG. 10, the seam 130 is drawn by a line thicker than the surface groove portion 11, but this is for convenience. It is desirable that the width of the seam 130 and the width of the surface groove portion 11 are substantially equal from the viewpoint of design. The same applies to FIG. 20 described later.

Next, a method of manufacturing the wooden floorboard 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, a part of a method of manufacturing the wooden floorboard 1 will be schematically described.
An undersubstrate 2 (see FIG. 3) and a plurality of woody block boards 3 (see FIG. 16) are respectively manufactured. Then, as shown in FIG. 17, the plurality of wooden block boards 3 are attached to the upper surface of the base substrate 2 while the oblique male part 321 and the oblique female part 322 are actually joined.

Next, a specific example of the method for manufacturing the wooden floorboard 1 will be described in more detail.
First, as shown in FIGS. 11 to 16, in manufacturing the wooden block board 3, the middle board 302 and the back veneer 304 are attached to the front and back of the plywood 301, respectively. Here, two middle plates 302 are attached to one plywood 301 so as to be arranged in the longitudinal direction. As the middle plate 302, for example, a single plate having a thickness of about 1 mm can be used.

On the upper surface of one plywood 301, two middle plates 302 are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction X of the plywood 301, laminated and attached. Further, on the lower surface of one plywood 301, three backing veneers 304 are arranged side by side in the lateral direction Y, laminated and adhered. Thereby, a large-sized laminate is obtained.

The fiber direction of the middle plate 302 is set so as to intersect the fiber direction of the two surface layers of the plywood 301. In this embodiment, the fiber direction of the middle plate 302 is substantially orthogonal to the fiber direction of the surface layer of the plywood 301.

Next, as shown in FIG. 12, the large-sized laminated board is cut along the longitudinal direction to obtain a long laminated board 300. As shown in FIG. 13, a long wooden surface plate 303 is attached to the upper surface of the long laminated board 300. Thereby, a long block board material 39 is obtained.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 14, a long material male part 391 and a long material female part 392 are formed by performing actual processing on the material long side of the long block plate material 39. Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the block plate material 39 is cut along mutually parallel inclined surfaces inclined with respect to the material longitudinal direction and the material short direction. As a result, a plurality of wooden block boards 3 each having a part of the material male part 391 and a part of the material female part 392 as the oblique male part 321 and the oblique female part 322 are manufactured.

In the present embodiment, after actual processing and before cutting, UV coating is performed on the upper surface of the wooden surface plate 303 serving as a design surface. That is, after a paint made of an ultraviolet curable resin is applied to the upper surface of the wooden surface plate 303, the film is cured by irradiating ultraviolet rays. Thus, a coating film is formed on the surface of the wooden surface plate 303. This coating is a transparent or translucent clear coating.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 15, the block board material 39 is cut along the dashed line shown in FIG. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 16, a plurality of wooden block boards 3 are obtained. At this stage, the wooden block board 3 has the hypotenuse male part 321 and the hypotenuse female part 322.

As shown in FIG. 17, the wooden block boards 3 are attached to the upper surface of the base substrate 2 (see FIG. 3) while being actually joined to each other.
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 18, actual processing is continuously performed along the longitudinal direction X over the block board side 31 of the plurality of wooden block boards 3. Thereby, the long side male part 121 and the long side female part 122 are formed in the wooden floorboard 1.
Thus, the wooden floorboard 1 is obtained.
The wooden floorboard 1 shown in FIG. 18 corresponds to the above-described second wooden floorboard 1b, but the first wooden floorboard 1a can also be obtained by a substantially similar manufacturing method.

Next, the operation and effect of the present embodiment will be described.
In the wooden floorboard 1, the base substrate 2 has a pair of substrate long sides 21 and a pair of parallel substrate short sides 22 inclined with respect to the pair of substrate long sides 21. The one oblique side 32 of the wooden block board 3 arranged at both ends in the arrangement direction is arranged along the short side 22 of the board. Thus, when the building floor 10 is configured by arranging the plurality of wooden floorboards 1, the seam 130 in the longitudinal direction X (that is, the seam 130 between the floorboard short sides 13) is also parallel to the block board hypotenuse 32 of the wooden blockboard 3. Will be formed. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the herringbone-like pattern from being divided at the joint 130 of the wooden floorboard 1. As a result, it is possible to obtain the building floor 10 in which the herringbone-like pattern is continuously and naturally expressed, and is excellent in design.

In addition, the wooden floorboard 1 has a plurality of wooden blockboards 3 arranged on the upper surface of a base substrate 2. Thereby, the surfaces of the plurality of thick wooden blockboards 3 can be exposed on the upper surface (ie, the design surface) of the wooden floorboard 1. Thereby, it is easy to improve the design property of the wooden floorboard 1.

In addition, since one wooden floor panel 1 includes a plurality of wooden block boards 3, when constructing the building floor 10, work efficiency at a construction site or the like can be improved.
The oblique male part 321 and oblique female part 322 of the wooden block board 3 arranged at both ends in the arrangement direction become the short male part 131 and the short female part 132 of the wooden floorboard 1. Therefore, the structure of the seam 130 between the short sides 13 of the floorboards 1 of the wooden floorboard 1 can be made substantially the same as the seam between the wooden blockboards 3 (the part where the surface groove 11 is formed) in the wooden floorboard 1 (FIG. 19). As a result, it is possible to suppress the seams 130 between the floorboard short sides 13 of the wooden floorboard 1 from being noticeable.

Further, since the building floor 10 is formed by joining a plurality of the wooden floorboards 1, it is excellent in design.

In the method of manufacturing the wooden floorboard 1, a plurality of wooden blockboards 3 are bonded to the upper surface of the base substrate 2 while the male oblique side 321 and the female oblique side 322 are actually joined. Thereby, the wooden floorboard 1 excellent in design can be easily manufactured.

A surface layer groove 11 is formed between the wooden block boards 3 adjacent in the longitudinal direction X. Thereby, the herringbone-like pattern can be made more prominent by the plurality of surface groove portions 11. As a result, the design of the building floor 10 using the wooden floorboard 1 can be further improved. In addition, by forming the wood grain of the woody surface board 303 along the surface groove portion 11, the wood grain and the surface groove portion 11 can be combined to make the herringbone pattern more prominent. As a result, the design of the building floor 10 can be further improved.

In addition, the seam 130 between the floorboard short sides 13 of the building floor 10 may be arranged so that at least one end thereof is not connected to another seam 130 (see FIG. 10). This can prevent the seam 130 from continuing over a wide range. As a result, the joint 130 between the floor plate short sides 13 is further suppressed from being conspicuous, and the herringbone-like building floor 10 excellent in design can be easily formed.

In manufacturing the plurality of wooden block boards 3, the material long side of the long block board material 39 is subjected to actual processing to form a material male part 391 and a material female part 392. The material 39 is cut along the inclined surface (see FIGS. 14 to 16). Thus, a plurality of wooden block boards 3 having a part of the material male part 391 and a part of the material female part 392 as the hypotenuse male part 321 and the hypotenuse female part 322 can be manufactured. Therefore, the actual machining of the hypotenuse male part 321 and the hypotenuse female part 322 can be performed efficiently and easily. As a result, it is possible to manufacture the wooden floorboard 1 having excellent design properties with high productivity.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a wooden floor panel excellent in design, a method for manufacturing the same, and a floor for a building.

In the present embodiment, the seam 130 between the short sides 13 of the floorboards is arranged at both ends thereof so as not to be connected to another seam 130. That is, the wooden floorboards 1 adjacent to each other in the lateral direction Y are joined in a state of being shifted in the longitudinal direction X. As a result, the plurality of seams 130 are scattered in an independent state.
Other configurations are the same as in the first embodiment.
