However, according to the conventional means for sequentially laying and applying the decorative flooring materials 80 as described above, a separation occurs at the short side 82 of each decorative flooring material 80.
The appearance after finishing is not good. Therefore, as another means for solving this drawback, the decorative flooring material 80 itself is narrowed, and it is also performed by arbitrarily shifting it, but in such a case, the construction efficiency is significantly reduced. There are drawbacks.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention forms a decorative material by arranging a plurality of decorative floorboards so that the ends in the longitudinal direction are sequentially displaced in the longitudinal direction. At the same time, the substrate material is cut and divided into steps in a midway portion thereof corresponding to the step shape formed by the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the decorative material, and then the stepped portion is positioned outside. And back-to-back, to form a substrate of approximately the same size and the same size as the decorative material, and then shift the substrate in the longitudinal direction and in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction to form a protrusion, It is attached to the back of the decorative material.

Therefore, by using a commercially available standard-sized substrate material, stepped portions at both ends are produced at once by cutting once, and the substrate is provided on the back surface of the decorative material in the longitudinal direction of the decorative material. And projecting portions are formed in two directions orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and the projecting portion of the substrate is always present on the lower surface of the joint portion between the decorative material and the downward portion loaded on the joint portion of the decorative material. It works to strongly oppose the pressing force on the.

The decorative material 1 has a thickness of 3.0 to 5.
A decorative veneer having a thickness of about 0.3 to 3.0 mm is adhered on a plywood of about 0 mm to form a relatively wide decorative floor board material 3 as shown in FIG. It is produced by forming the joint portions 4 as shown in FIGS. 4 (A), (B), and (C) on the four sides of the floor material plate. FIG. 4 (A),
Although (B) shows the phase-less joining and FIG. 4 (C) shows the actual joining, the form of the joining portion 4 may be any other means. Further, the joint portion 4 is the long side portion 3A of the decorative floor board material 3.
Alternatively, it may be formed on only one of the short sides 3B.
Of course, if the joint portion 4 is also formed between the decorative floorboards 2 and 2, a gap is less likely to occur, and a better result is brought about.

The decorative floorboard 2 may be produced by vertically connecting two or three pieces in addition to one piece. In addition, before performing the vertical division, a slightly wide V groove is formed in a saw path (shown by a broken line N in FIG. 2), and the bottom portion thereof is cut to form a chamfered portion. Good. Further, when V-grooves are formed in advance in the vertical joint portion of the decorative veneer, when the decorative floorboard 2 obtained by vertical division is bonded to the substrate 5 described later, the V-grooves are displaced from each other to form a random pattern. And looks good. Further, the decorative floorboard 2 formed by this vertical division may be combined with the decorative floorboard 2 having a different pattern (a single plate pattern or a different grooved portion). When this is done, the veneer patterns and grooves are randomized, and a variety of patterns can be obtained. Further, instead of sticking the decorative veneer, any makeup method such as sticking a pattern sheet may be adopted.

In the above description, a decorative veneer 3 is formed by sticking a decorative veneer on plywood. However, for example, instead of plywood, a particle board, a hard board,
You may use a medium fiber board and other wood boards. Particularly, in the case of the medium quality fiberboard, there is an advantage that fluffing is less likely to occur than the plywood during vertical splitting, and a gap is unlikely to be generated between the decorative floorboards 2 and 2 when the sheet is displaced and bonded to the substrate 5 described later.

Returning again to FIG. 1, reference numeral 5 denotes a substrate having substantially the same size as that of the decorative material 1, and the substrate 5 is arranged in the UV direction or the XY direction with respect to the decorative material 1. Also, for example, width 10 ~
It is adhered to the back surface of the decorative material 1 with a shift of about 70 mm, more preferably 20 to 40 mm, and the portion 6 (hereinafter referred to as the protruding portion) protruding from the decorative material 1 serves as a nailing portion.

The substrate 5 is formed as follows.
That is, for example, plywood with a thickness of 2.0 to 5.0 mm or a thickness of 3.0
Approximately 12.0 mm particle board, hard board, medium fiber board, or inorganic board, synthetic resin board, metal board, or any other rectangular board material 7, as shown in FIG. As a result, two substrate materials 7A and 7B are divided so that stepped portions 7a and 7b are formed in the middle part of one side (long side in the illustrated example), and further, as shown in FIG. Both substrate materials 7A and 7B are joined back-to-back so that both parts 7a and 7b are located on the outside, and are formed to be approximately isometric in size with the decorative material 1, more preferably slightly smaller than the decorative material 1. . The reason why the substrate 5 is made slightly smaller than the decorative material 1 is that the substrate 5 is adhered to the back surface of the decorative material 1 to form a decorative floor material K as described later, and when a plurality of decorative floor materials K are spread, they are adjacent to each other. This is to prevent the adjacent substrates 5 from colliding with each other.

Needless to say, the shape of the stepped portions 7a, 7b corresponds to the stepped shape formed by the end faces 2a, 2b in the longitudinal direction of the decorative material 1. Also, as mentioned above,
When the substrate 5 is formed by joining the substrate materials 7A and 7B, there is an advantage in that the yield does not decrease despite having the stepped portions 7a and 7b on both sides. It should be noted that the joining method of the joining portion 7C of the substrate materials 7A and 7B is arbitrary, and it may be a wormwood or a slight gap. And, the strength of the joint portion 7C is not so necessary when the base is a wood base such as particle board, but when it is directly stuck on the concrete through the joists or the cushioning material, some strength is required. Therefore, the joining method is preferably performed in accordance with this, for example, scarf joining, actual joining, phase-less joining, or the like, and an adhesive agent is interposed at the joining portion.

Next, a procedure for obtaining the decorative flooring material K by adhering the decorative flooring board 2 and the substrate 5 will be described. Figure 7
As shown in FIG.
A plurality of decorative floor boards 2 so that 2b are sequentially displaced in the longitudinal direction.
The decorative material 1 formed by disposing is placed, and the decorative material 1 and the substrate 5 are bonded to each other with an adhesive or the like. In this case, the joint portion between the decorative floorboards 2 may be partially temporarily fixed by a paper tape, a tacker, or the like so that the gap or the gap is not formed until the cold pressure is completed. Alternatively, it is also possible to fit the decorative flooring material 2 into a jig, stack the substrate 5 coated with the adhesive on it, and cool it as it is.

Next, FIG. 8 shows a case where the decorative flooring material K obtained by the above means is directly attached to a concrete floor.
Will be described with reference to. In order to cope with unevenness of the concrete floor 8 and to prevent floor squeal, etc., a cushioning material 9 made of, for example, a synthetic resin foam is attached to the back surface of the substrate 5,
The decorative flooring material K is placed on the concrete floor 8 through the cushioning material 9. Then, a concrete nail 10 is nailed to the protruding portion 6 to fix the decorative flooring material K to the concrete floor 8. At this time, an adhesive may be used together. Further, nailing can be performed to the minimum necessary, and an adhesive agent can be applied to the projecting portion 6 for construction. Hereinafter, similarly, another decorative flooring material K is fixed on the concrete floor 8, and as shown in FIG. 9, the decorative flooring material K is spread.

When the floor impact sound becomes a problem, the cushioning material 9 may be thickened or the cushioning materials 9 made of different materials may be combined. Further, depending on the case, an appropriate cushioning material may be interposed between the decorative floorboard 2 and the substrate 5.

In the above embodiment, the cushioning material 9 is adhered to the back surface of the substrate 5 in advance, but instead of this, first, the cushioning material 9 is provided on the concrete floor 8 by an appropriate method, and It goes without saying that the decorative flooring material K may be laid on top.

Although not shown in the drawings, when the decorative flooring material K having the above-mentioned structure is applied to a wooden base such as a joist, plywood or particle board, the cushioning material 9 need not be provided in principle. Ordinary nails may be driven into the protrusions 6 to fix the decorative flooring K to the base. In this case, if an adhesive agent is used together, floor noise can be effectively prevented. Further, the decorative flooring material obtained by the manufacturing method of the present invention can be applied on the floor heating equipment formed by burying the floor heating pipe in the cushioning material 9.

According to the present invention, a plurality of decorative floor materials are arranged on the back surface of a decorative material in which longitudinal ends of the decorative floor materials are sequentially displaced in the longitudinal direction. Since it is obtained by sizing and adhering substrates of equal size in the longitudinal direction and in the direction orthogonal to this longitudinal direction, there is no problem in the design that the boards are separated by the short sides of the decorative flooring as in the past, and it is as if the makeup of a small width is used. It is possible to efficiently form a floor with a large number of floor coverings by using a relatively large size floor covering.

In addition, since there is always a substrate portion protruding from the end of the decorative material on the lower surface of the joint between the decorative boards, the joint portion of the decorative material is loaded after the decorative floorboard is installed. It is possible to prevent the sinking of the decorative material by strongly opposing the downward pressing force, resulting in a much stronger joint, no step, and a step that is unlikely to occur in the future. There is an advantage that a part can be formed.

As the substrate, a commercially available plate member having a standard shape is appropriately used, and at a midway portion thereof, the plate material is cut into a step shape corresponding to the step shape formed by the longitudinal end portion of the decorative material and is divided. Then, the stepped portion is then positioned outside and joined back-to-back. For example, the yield is higher than that of a means for forming the stepped portion separately at both ends of a plate material having an appropriate shape. It is possible to provide a large cost advantage at a low price, and also to perform back-to-back joining of substrates at the same time as the joining work of this substrate and the floor board material, which can greatly contribute to improvement of work efficiency.

By shifting a substrate having a size substantially equal to that of the decorative material in the longitudinal direction of the decorative material and in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, a projecting portion of the substrate is formed from the end of the decorative material. Therefore, when fixing a decorative flooring material to a concrete floor or a wooden base, by driving a nail or the like at the protruding portion, the decorative material can be constructed without damaging it, and the construction efficiency is good.
