Description
(i)0度<変位角度≦臨界角度
(ii)360度−臨界角度≦変位角度<360度
ここで、臨界角度=である。所定層厚は、各スライスソリッドモデルの厚さであり、システムにより予め設定され、又はユーザにより印刷前に設定される(例えば、0.1mm以下)。幅臨界値は、複雑な分析及び実験によって得られる。横縞幅が幅臨界値より大きい場合は、その凹凸の現象が非常に穏やかであり、人間の視覚がその横縞の存在を知覚しづらいことを意味する。
(i)変位角度≦180度の場合、0度<変位角度≦臨界角度
(ii)変位角度>180度の場合、360度−臨界角度≦変位角度<360度
(iii)変位角度≦180度の場合、180度−臨界角度≦変位角度≦180度+臨界角度
ステップS21:制御モジュール20は、離型フィルム40の他の領域を印刷範囲内に進入させるように、回転モジュール22を介して成形槽23を回転させ、成形槽23の回転前後の角度の差を変位角度とする。次に、ステップS10を実行する。

Claims (10)
- 光造形3Dプリンタに用いられる3D印刷方法であって、
前記光造形3Dプリンタは、光源モジュールと、成形ステージと、回転モジュールと、成形槽とを含み、
前記3D印刷方法は、
(a)多層の印刷データのうちの1層の印刷データを順次選択するステップと、
(b)前記成形ステージの成形面と前記成形槽の底部との間の距離を所定層厚にするステップと、
(c)選択された前記1層の印刷データに基づいて、前記成形面に向かって照射するように前記光源モジュールを制御して、1層のスライスソリッドモデルを印刷するステップと、
(d)前記成形面を前記成形槽内の光硬化性材料から離脱させるステップと、
(e)前記成形槽の回転前後の角度差である変位角度が、0度〜60度、120度〜240度、及び300度〜360度の範囲のうち1つの範囲内にあるように、前記回転モジュールを介して前記成形槽を回転させるステップと、
(f)全ての前記スライスソリッドモデルの印刷を完成させて3Dソリッドモデルをなすように積み重ねるまで、前記ステップ(a)〜前記ステップ(e)を繰り返して実行するステップと、含むことを特徴とする3D印刷方法。 - 前記ステップ(e)において、オフセット条件が満たされたとき、前記回転モジュールを介して前記成形槽を回転させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D印刷方法。
- 前記オフセット条件は、現在選択された前記1層の印刷データの層数値がプリセット値又は当該プリセット値の倍数に一致することであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3D印刷方法。
- 前記変位角度が120度〜240度の範囲内にあり、前記プリセット値が1又は2であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の3D印刷方法。
- 前記ステップ(d)の後に、
(g)前記オフセット条件が満たされないとき、前記成形槽の回転前後の角度差を0度にするように、前記回転モジュールを介して前記成形槽を回転させるステップをさらに含み、
前記ステップ(f)において、前記ステップ(a)〜前記ステップ(e)及び前記ステップ(g)を繰り返して実行することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3D印刷方法。 - 前記成形槽は、ドクターブレード構造をさらに含み、
前記ステップ(e)において、前記ドクターブレード構造が前記成形槽内の前記光硬化性材料を攪拌し、前記成形槽の底部から硬化した前記光硬化性材料を掻き取るように、前記成形槽を回転させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D印刷方法。 - 前記所定層厚が0.1mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D印刷方法。
- 各層の前記印刷データが2D画像であり、
前記ステップ(c)において、選択された前記1層の前記印刷データの複数の画素の画素値に基づいて、1層の前記スライスソリッドモデルを印刷するために、前記成形ステージの前記複数の画素に対応する複数の位置にそれぞれ向かって照射するように前記光源モジュールを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D印刷方法。 - (h)補充条件が満たされたときに、前記成形槽に新たな前記光硬化性材料を注入するように前記光造形3Dプリンタの材料供給モジュールを制御するステップとさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D印刷方法。
- 前記補充条件は、印刷命令を受信したこと、所定層数の前記スライスソリッドモデルを印刷したこと、所定体積の前記スライスソリッドモデルを印刷したこと、又は前記成形槽内の前記光硬化性材料の液面が所定高さよりも低いことであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の3D印刷方法。
