Abstract
Description
前記ノズル体に接続され、前記開口部に通じる供給路を介して前記粉体及びキャリアガスを供給する粉体供給部と、
前記粉体供給部の供給路に設けられ、前記粉体を含むキャリアガスの流れを、前記供給路から分岐する分岐流路に分流させて、前記ノズル体に供給される、前記粉体を含むキャリアガスの流量を調整する流量調整部と、
前記流量調整部に接続される分岐流路とを備えて構成される付加製造装置であって、
前記分岐流路は、前記ノズル体の開口部に通じる流路に接続されるとともに、該分岐流路には前記粉体とキャリアガスとを分離する分離装置が設けられ、
前記分離装置により粉体が分離されたキャリアガスが前記分岐流路を介して前記ノズル体に供給されるように構成された付加製造装置に係る。

Claims (4)
- 所定の加工領域に設けられ、開口部から粉体及びキャリアガスを吐出するノズル体と、
前記ノズル体に接続され、前記開口部に通じる供給路を介して前記粉体及びキャリアガスを供給する粉体供給部と、
前記粉体供給部の供給路に設けられ、前記粉体を含むキャリアガスの流れを、前記供給路から分岐する分岐流路に分流させて、前記ノズル体に供給される、前記粉体を含むキャリアガスの流量を調整する流量調整部と、
前記流量調整部に接続される分岐流路とを備えて構成される付加製造装置であって、
前記分岐流路は、前記ノズル体の開口部に通じる流路に接続されるとともに、該分岐流路には前記粉体とキャリアガスとを分離する分離装置が設けられ、
前記分離装置により粉体が分離されたキャリアガスが前記分岐流路を介して前記ノズル体に供給されるように構成されていることを特徴とする付加製造装置。 - 前記分離装置によって分離された粉体を回収する粉体回収部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記分離装置はサイクロン式の分離機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記分岐流路は、前記ノズル体の開口部に通じる流路に、逆流防止部材を介して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3記載のいずれかの付加製造装置。
