Abstract
Description
本発明は、
− 固定本体と、
− アクチュエータの磁気コアを形成し、後退位置と展開位置との間で固定本体に対して平行移動で移動可能である可動部品と、
− 後退位置において可動部品を保持する第1の磁気力を生成するように調節された永久磁石を形成する磁性片と、
− コイルが電気励磁電流を供給されたとき、第1の磁気力とは反対の第2の磁気力を発生させるように調節されたコイルと
を含む電磁アクチュエータに関する。
− 可動部品は、鉄−ケイ素合金で製作される。
− 合金におけるケイ素の質量濃度は、2%以上および6.5%以下、好ましくは、2.5%以上および3.5%以下である。
− 可動部品は、金属射出成形法によって製造される。
− 各切欠きは、可動部品の中心に対して半径方向に配設される。
− 切欠きの数は、1個と10個との間にあり、好ましくは4個である。
− 切欠きの向かい合わせの縁部間の角度は、5°以上および50°以下である。
− 可動部品の半径は、3mm以上および10mm以下であり、半径方向切欠きの長さは、半径の30%以上および半径の90%以下である。
− 切欠きは、磁性片の中央幾何学面の両側に配設され、この平面に垂直に並べられる。

Claims (10)
- 固定本体(4)と、
前記アクチュエータの磁気コアを形成し、後退位置と展開位置との間で前記固定本体(4)に対して平行移動で移動可能である可動部品(6;6’)と、
前記後退位置において前記可動部品を保持する第1の磁気力を生成するように調節された永久磁石を形成する磁性片(10)と、
コイル(12)が電気励磁電流を供給されたとき、前記第1の磁気力とは反対の第2の磁気力を発生させるように調節された前記コイル(12)と
を含み、
前記可動部品(6;6’)が、前記可動部品(6;6’)の本体に形成された1つまたは複数の切欠き(30;30’)を含むことを特徴とする、
電磁アクチュエータ(2)。 - 前記可動部品(6;6’)が、鉄−ケイ素合金で製作されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記合金におけるケイ素の質量濃度が、2%以上および6.5%以下、好ましくは、2.5%以上および3.5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記可動部品(6;6’)が金属射出成形法により製造されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 各切欠き(30)が、前記可動部品(6)の中心に対して半径方向に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 切欠き(30)の数が、1個と10個との間にあり、好ましくは4個であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 切欠き(30)の向かい合わせの縁部間の角度(w30)が、5°以上および50°以下であることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記可動部品(6)の半径(R6)が、3mm以上および10mm以下であり、半径方向切欠き(30)の長さ(L30)が、前記半径の30%以上および前記半径の90%以下であることを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記切欠き(30’)が、前記磁性片(6’)の中央幾何学面の両側に配設され、この平面に垂直に並べられることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- スイッチング機構(44)と、前記スイッチング機構に結合された電磁アクチュエータとを含む電気スイッチング・デバイス(40)であって、前記電磁アクチュエータ(2)が請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のものであることを特徴とする電気スイッチング・デバイス(40)。
