Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- チェーンテンショナの拡張可能なクリップを固定するためのクリップロックであって、
前記チェーンテンショナの外面と係合するように構成された第1の面、及び前記第1の面から離隔されている第2の面を有する細長部材を含み、前記第1の面が前記油圧テンショナの外面と係合し、前記第2の面が前記拡張可能なクリップと係合しながら、前記拡張可能なクリップと係合し、前記拡張可能なクリップがチェーンテンショナ構成要素の環状溝(groove)と接触して維持され、前記チェーンテンショナ構成要素に対して前記拡張可能なクリップの半径方向外側への拡張及び軸方向の移動を防止するように構成される、クリップロック。 - 前記第2の面に形成された溝をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記チェーンテンショナ構成要素は、ハウジングに形成されたピストンボア内に受容されたピストンである、請求項1に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記細長部材は、実質的に円形の断面形状を有する、請求項1に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記第1の面及び前記第2の面は、平面である、請求項1に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記細長部材に連結されたハンドルをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のクリップロック。
- チェーンテンショナの拡張可能なクリップを固定するためのクリップロックであって、
前記チェーンテンショナ構成要素と係合するように構成された受容面を有する位置決め部分;及び
前記位置決め部分に取り付けられ、前記チェーンテンショナの外面と係合するように構成された第1の面、及び前記第1の面から離隔されている第2の面を有する細長部材を含み、前記第1の面が前記油圧テンショナの外面と係合し、前記第2の面が前記拡張可能なクリップと係合しながら、前記拡張可能なクリップと係合し、前記拡張可能なクリップがピストンの環状溝と接触して維持されて前記ピストンに対して前記拡張可能なクリップの半径方向外側への拡張及び軸方向の移動を防止するように構成される、クリップロック。 - 前記第2の面に形成された溝をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記チェーンテンショナ構成要素は、ハウジングに形成されたピストンボア内に受容されるピストンである、請求項7に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記細長部材は、実質的に円形の断面形状を有する、請求項7に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記第1の面及び前記第2の面は、平面である、請求項7に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記第2の面に形成された溝をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記チェーンテンショナ構成要素は、ハウジングに形成されたピストンボア内に受容されるピストンである、請求項7に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記細長部材は、前記拡張可能なクリップの第1の脚部と係合する、請求項7に記載のクリップロック。
- 前記位置決め部分は、減少する断面積を含む、請求項7に記載のクリップロック。
