中央管内に配設され、中央管管腔に露出された第1及び第2の結紮電極と、
第1の結紮電極と第2の結紮電極との間で中央管内に配設されたスネアと、
中央管内に摺動可能に配設された切断縁部を含む切断管であって、少なくともコイルセグメントのうちの1つまで前進するように構成されている、切断管と、を備える、組織切除機構。
遠位端上に配設された螺旋コイルを有する外側管であって、コイルが第1の電極を含む、外側管と、
1つ以上の表面セグメントを含む遠位縁部プロファイルを有する中央管であって、表面セグメントのうちの少なくとも1つが第2の電極を含み、中央管は、外側管内に摺動可能に配設され、かつ第2の電極が第1の電極の少なくとも一部分と対向するように位置付けられている、中央管と、
中央管内に配設され、中央管管腔に露出された第1及び第2の結紮電極と、
中央管内に配設された切断スネアと、
中央管内に配設された結紮スネアと、
中央管内に摺動可能に配設された切断縁部を含む切断管であって、少なくともコイルセグメントのうちの1つまで前進するように構成されている、切断管と、を備える、組織切除機構。
組織病変に固定することと、
組織病変につながるチャネルを組織内に形成することと、
組織病変を含む組織コアを形成することと、
組織病変の下流の結紮点で組織コアを結紮することと、
組織コアを切断して、結紮点と組織病変との間に組織を形成することと、
チャネルから組織コアを除去することと、を含む、方法。
Claims (9)
- 組織切除機構であって、
遠位端上に配設された螺旋コイルを有する外側管であって、前記コイルが第1の電極を含む、外側管と、
1つ以上の表面セグメントを含む遠位縁部プロファイルを有する中央管であって、表面セグメントのうちの少なくとも1つが第2の電極を含み、前記中央管は、前記外側管内に摺動可能に配設され、かつ前記第2の電極が前記第1の電極の少なくとも一部分と対向するように位置付けられている、中央管と、
前記中央管内に配設され、中央管管腔に露出された第1及び第2の結紮電極と、
前記第1の結紮電極と前記第2の結紮電極との間で前記中央管内に配設されたスネアと、
前記中央管内に摺動可能に配設された切断縁部を含む切断管であって、少なくとも前記コイルセグメントのうちの1つまで前進するように構成されている、切断管と、を備える、組織切除機構。 - 前記中央管が、周方向溝付き経路を有する内側表面を含み、前記スネアが、前記周方向溝付き経路内に配設されている、請求項1に記載の組織切除機構。
- 前記中央管が、複数の軸方向に延在する溝付き経路を有する外側表面を含み、前記軸方向に延在する溝付き経路のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記周方向溝付き経路と連通し、前記スネアが、前記周方向溝付き経路から前記複数の軸方向に延在する溝付き経路のうちの1つに沿って軸方向に延在する、請求項2に記載の組織切除機構。
- 流体管を収集、圧縮、及び密封する組織切除機構であって、
遠位端上に配設された螺旋コイルを有する外側管であって、前記コイルが第1の電極を含む、外側管と、
1つ以上の表面セグメントを含む遠位縁部プロファイルを有する中央管であって、表面セグメントのうちの少なくとも1つが第2の電極を含み、前記中央管は、前記外側管内に摺動可能に配設され、かつ前記第2の電極が前記第1の電極の少なくとも一部分と対向するように位置付けられている、中央管と、
前記中央管内に配設され、中央管管腔に露出された第1及び第2の結紮電極と、
前記中央管内に配設された切断スネアと、
前記中央管内に配設された結紮スネアと、
前記中央管内に摺動可能に配設された切断縁部を含む切断管であって、少なくとも前記コイルセグメントのうちの1つまで前進するように構成されている、切断管と、を備える、組織切除機構。 - 前記結紮スネアが、前記第1の結紮電極と前記第2の結紮電極との間に配設されている、請求項4に記載の組織切除機構。
- 前記結紮スネアが、第1の直径を有する可撓性線である、請求項4に記載の組織切除機構。
- 前記切断スネアが、前記結紮スネアの近位に配設されている、請求項5に記載の組織切除機構。
- 前記切断スネアが、前記第1の直径よりも小さい第2の直径を有する可撓性線を含む、請求項7に記載の組織切除機構。
- 前記中央管が、第1及び第2の周方向溝付き経路を有する内側表面を含み、前記結紮スネアが前記第1の周方向溝付き経路内に配設され、前記切断スネアが前記第2の周方向溝付き経路内に配設されている、請求項4に記載の組織切除機構。
