3.第1のコイルセグメントが、略平面の開放環を備える、態様2に記載の組織切除装置。
4.第1のコイルセグメントが螺旋状であり、ゼロのピッチを有する、態様2に記載の組織切除装置。
5.第2のコイルセグメントが螺旋状であり、一定のピッチを有する、態様2に記載の組織切除装置。
6.第2のコイルセグメントが可変のピッチを有する、態様5に記載の組織切除装置。
7.第1のコイルセグメントが螺旋状であり、第1のピッチを有し、第2のコイルセグメントが螺旋状であり、第2のピッチを有し、第1及び第2のピッチのうちの少なくとも1つが可変である、態様2に記載の組織切除装置。
8.第2のコイルセグメントが、鈍い先端部を含む、態様1に記載の組織切除装置。
9.第1及び第2の電極が、実質的に整合する表面プロファイルを有する、態様1に記載の組織切除装置。
10.第1のコイルセグメントが内径及び外径を有し、中央管が内径及び外径を含み、中央管の外径が第1のコイルセグメントの内径よりも大きく、第1のコイルセグメントの外径が中央管の内径よりも大きい、態様2に記載の組織切除装置。
11.第1のコイルセグメントが外径を有し、中央管が、第1のコイルの外径に略等しい外径を有する、態様2に記載の組織切除装置。
12.組織切除機構であって、
遠位端上に配設された螺旋コイルを有する外側管であって、コイルが第1の電極を含む、外側管と、
1つ以上の表面セグメントを含む遠位縁部プロファイルを有する中央管であって、表面セグメントのうちの少なくとも1つが第2の電極を含み、中央管は、外側管内に摺動可能に配設され、かつ第2の電極が第1の電極の少なくとも一部分と対向するように位置付けられている、中央管と、
中央管内に配設され、中央管管腔に露出された第1及び第2の結紮電極と、
第1の結紮電極と第2の結紮電極との間の中央管内に配設されたスネアと、
中央管内に摺動可能に配設された切断縁部を含む切断管であって、少なくともコイルセグメントのうちの1つまで前進するように構成されている、切断管と、を備える、組織切除機構。
13.中央管が、周方向溝付き経路を有する内側表面を含み、スネアが、周方向溝付き経路内に配設されている、態様12に記載の組織切除機構。
14.中央管が、複数の軸方向に延在する溝付き経路を有する外側表面を含み、軸方向に延在する溝付き経路のうちの少なくとも1つが、周方向溝付き経路と連通し、スネアが、周方向溝付き経路から複数の軸方向に延在する溝付き経路のうちの1つに沿って軸方向に延在する、態様13に記載の組織切除機構。
15.流体管を収集、圧縮、及び密封する組織切除機構であって、
遠位端上に配設された螺旋コイルを有する外側管であって、コイルが第1の電極を含む、外側管と、
1つ以上の表面セグメントを含む遠位縁部プロファイルを有する中央管であって、表面セグメントのうちの少なくとも1つが第2の電極を含み、中央管が、外側管内に摺動可能に配設され、かつ第2の電極が第1の電極の少なくとも一部分と対向するように位置付けられている、中央管と、
中央管内に配設され、中央管管腔に露出された第1及び第2の結紮電極と、
中央管内に配設された切断スネアと、
中央管内に配設された結紮スネアと、
中央管内に摺動可能に配設された切断縁部を含む切断管であって、少なくともコイルセグメントのうちの1つまで前進するように構成されている、切断管と、を備える、組織切除機構。
16.結紮スネアが、第1の結紮電極と第2の結紮電極との間に配設されている、態様15に記載の組織切除機構。
17.結紮スネアが、第1の直径を有する可撓性線である、態様15に記載の組織切除機構。
18.切断スネアが、結紮スネアの近位に配設されている、態様16に記載の組織切除機構。
19.切断スネアが、第1の直径よりも小さい第2の直径を有する可撓性線を含む、態様19に記載の組織切除機構。
20.中央管が、第1及び第2の周方向溝付き経路を有する内側表面を含み、結紮スネアが第1の周方向溝付き経路内に配設され、切断スネアが第2の周方向溝付き経路内に配設されている、態様15に記載の組織切除機構。
Claims (11)
- 組織切除装置であって、
遠位端上に配設された螺旋コイルを有する外側管であって、前記コイルが第1の電極を含む、外側管と、
1つ以上の表面セグメントを含む遠位縁部プロファイルを有する中央管であって、表面セグメントのうちの少なくとも1つが第2の電極を含み、前記中央管は、前記外側管内に摺動可能に配設され、かつ前記第2の電極が前記第1の電極の少なくとも一部分と対向するように位置付けられている、中央管と、
前記中央管内に摺動可能に配設された切断縁部を含む切断管であって、少なくとも前記コイルセグメントのうちの1つまで前進するように構成されている、切断管と、を備える、組織切除装置。 - 前記コイルが、第1及び第2の連続するコイルセグメントを含み、前記第1のコイルセグメントが前記第1の電極を含む、請求項1に記載の組織切除装置。
- 前記第1のコイルセグメントが、略平面の開放環を備える、請求項2に記載の組織切除装置。
- 前記第1のコイルセグメントが螺旋状であり、ゼロのピッチを有する、請求項2に記載の組織切除装置。
- 前記第2のコイルセグメントが螺旋状であり、一定のピッチを有する、請求項2に記載の組織切除装置。

- 前記第2のコイルセグメントが、鈍い先端部を含む、請求項1に記載の組織切除装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の電極が、実質的に整合する表面プロファイルを有する、請求項1に記載の組織切除装置。
- 前記第1のコイルセグメントが内径及び外径を有し、前記中央管が内径及び外径を含み、前記中央管の前記外径が前記第1のコイルセグメントの前記内径より大きく、前記第1のコイルセグメントの前記外径が前記中央管の前記内径よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の組織切除装置。
- 前記第1のコイルセグメントが外径を有し、前記中央管が、前記第1のコイルの前記外径に略等しい外径を有する、請求項2に記載の組織切除装置。
