Claims (15)
- スピンドルまたは回転テーブルのための測定装置(12)であって、
少なくとも2つの第1の位置センサ(1.1,1.3,1.5)と、少なくとも2つの第2の位置センサ(1.2,1.4,1.6)と、スケール要素(2.1)とを備え、該スケール要素が、第1の区画(2.11)および第2の区画(2.12)を備え、回転軸線(A)を中心として第1および第2の位置センサ(1.1〜1.6)に対して回転可能に配置されており、
第1の区画(2.11)が、互いに平行な第1の方向に沿って互いに整列して配置された規則的なパターンを含み、第1方向が周方向(u)の方向成分を有し、
第2の区画(2.12)が、互いに平行な第2の方向に沿って互いに整列して配置された規則的なパターンを含み、第2の方向が軸線方向(z)の方向成分を有し、
