Claims (15)
- 荷重段と複数の連結段とを有し、
前記複数の連結段が荷重段の外周に連結され、各連結段は相対する連結段表面及びブレード連結面を有し、ブレード連結面は少なくとも一つの傾斜部を有し、前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部と水平面との間に風上調整角度又は上下調整角度を形成する、ブレード連結盤。 - 前記ブレード連結面は相対する風上側第一長手辺及び導風側第一長手辺を有し、ブレード連結面と連結段表面の間隔は風上側第一長手辺から導風側第一長手辺へ向かって次第に広がることで前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部が形成され、前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部と水平面との間に風上調整角度が形成される、請求項1に記載のブレード連結盤。
- 前記ブレード連結面は荷重段から離れた外側短手辺を有し、ブレード連結面と連結段表面の間隔は外側短手辺からブレード連結面と荷重段の連結箇所へ向かって次第に広がることで前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部が形成され、前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部と水平面との間に上下調整角度が形成される、請求項1または2に記載のブレード連結盤。
- 前記ブレード連結面は荷重段から離れた外側短手辺を有し、ブレード連結面と連結段表面の間隔は外側短手辺からブレード連結面と荷重段の連結箇所へ向かって次第に縮まることで前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部が形成され、前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部と水平面との間に上下調整角度が形成される、請求項1または2に記載のブレード連結盤。
- 前記連結段表面は相対する風上側第二長手辺及び導風側第二長手辺を有し、連結段表面において荷重段に近接する箇所に折り曲げ案内部を有し、折り曲げ案内部は風上側第二長手辺及び導風側第二長手辺に連結し、各連結段は折り曲げ案内部に沿って荷重段に対して折り曲げられることで前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部が形成され、前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部と水平面の間に風上調整角度又は上下調整角度が形成される、請求項1に記載のブレード連結盤。
- 前記連結段表面は相対する風上側第二長手辺及び導風側第二長手辺を有し、連結段表面において荷重段に近接する箇所に折り曲げ案内部を有し、折り曲げ案内部は風上側第二長手辺及び導風側第二長手辺に連結し且つ風上側第二長手辺及び導風側第二長手辺に直交し、各連結段は折り曲げ案内部に沿って荷重段に対して折り曲げられることで前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部が形成され、前記少なくとも一つの傾斜部と水平面の間に上下調整角度が形成される、請求項1に記載のブレード連結盤。
- 前記ブレード連結面は別の折り曲げ案内部を有し、ブレード連結面の折り曲げ案内部が連結段表面の折り曲げ案内部に相対する、請求項6に記載のブレード連結盤。
- 前記折り曲げ案内部が浅い溝である、請求項5または6に記載のブレード連結盤。
- 前記風上調整角度は2度以上かつ15度以下である、請求項1に記載のブレード連結盤。
- 前記上下調整角度は2度以上かつ15度以下である、請求項1に記載のブレード連結盤。
- 前記荷重段は複数のカーブ状体が相互に連結して形成される環状体である、請求項1に記載のブレード連結盤。
- 前記連結段と荷重段とが金属により一体成形された、請求項11に記載のブレード連結盤。
- さらに係止ブロックを含み、係止ブロックは荷重段に隣接し、係止ブロックはブレード連結面に連結し且つブレード連結面から突出する、請求項1に記載のブレード連結盤。
- モータと、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のブレード連結盤と、複数のブレードとを含み、前記連結盤の荷重段がモータに結合され、各ブレードが連結段のブレード連結面に対応して連結される、天井扇風機。
- 前記各連結段は少なくとも一つの緊締孔を有し、各ブレードは少なくとも一つの貫通孔を有し、互いに対応する連結段の緊締孔とブレードの貫通孔とが緊締部材により貫通結合される、請求項14に記載の天井扇風機。
