Claims (14)
- 次の工程を含むミネラルウールの製造方法;
a)遊離ホルムアルデヒドを含む水性フェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールを提供する;
b)前記レゾールを第1の量の尿素(U1)と接触させ、そしてその混合物を反応させることにより、フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド−尿素予反応物を調製する;
c)前記予反応物を第2の量の尿素(U2)と接触させる;
d)バインダーの一部として、任意に添加剤と共に、予反応物および第2の量の尿素(U2)から結果として得られた前記混合物をミネラル繊維の表面に塗布する;、および、
e)前記ミネラル繊維の表面上の前記バインダーを硬化させる;ここで:
工程b)およびc)で使用される総量の尿素(Ut)は、前記フェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールの乾燥重量と前記総量の尿素(Ut)との合計に対して10〜40重量%の範囲であり;および、
c)で使用される前記第2の量の尿素(U2)は、前記総量の尿素(Ut)の少なくとも40重量%である。 - c)において使用される前記第2の量の尿素(U2)が、前記総量の尿素(Ut)の少なくとも50重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程a)における前記フェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールが、前記レゾールの乾燥重量含有量に対して最大で10重量%、好ましくは最大で6重量%の遊離ホルムアルデヒド含有量を有する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記フェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールが、20℃で10重量部を超える水希釈可能性、20℃で最大50mPa・sの粘度および45重量%の乾燥重量含有量、8よりも高いpH、ならびに、130℃における2〜15分の範囲のBステージゲル化時間を有する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記フェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールと第1の量の尿素(U1)とを少なくとも1時間、好ましくは10〜60℃の温度で反応させて、前記予反応物を調製する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程c)において、前記予反応物が形成された後、少なくとも24時間時点、好ましくは少なくとも72時間時点で、前記第2の量の尿素(U2)を前記予反応物に添加する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程c)において前記予反応物と第2の量の尿素(U2)を、工程d)においてこの混合物が前記繊維の前記表面に塗布される前48時間未満に接触させる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程d)において、予反応物および第2の量の尿素(U2)の前記混合物を、バインダーの非水性含有量に対して1〜30重量%の濃度で添加剤を含むバインダーの一部としてミネラル繊維に塗布する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。

- 工程b)における前記第1の量の尿素(U1)が、前記フェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールの乾燥重量と前記総量の尿素(Ut)との合計に対して5〜20重量%、好ましくは10〜15重量%の範囲である、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程b)における前記フェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールが、アミン、タンニン、亜硫酸塩および亜硫酸水素塩、メチレン活性基を有する化合物、グリシン、レゾルシノールおよびその誘導体、アルカノールアミン、ならびに、それらの混合物からなる群から選択されるホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を実質的に含まない、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られる、ホルムアルデヒドの放出が低減されたミネラルウール製品。
- 請求項13に記載のミネラルウール製品の、建物、交通機関、通風ダクトおよび/または電気器具の絶縁のための使用。
