Claims (15)
- 吸入器物品であって、
マウスピース端から遠位端へと長軸方向軸に沿って延在する本体と、
前記本体内に画定されるカプセル空洞であって、前記長軸方向軸に沿って延在する空洞の長さを有する、カプセル空洞と、
前記カプセル空洞から前記マウスピース端へと延在するマウスピース空気チャネルと、
前記遠位端内に配置され、前記カプセル空洞へと延在する端キャップであって、端キャップ遠位端から端キャップ内側端へと延在し、前記端キャップ遠位端から前記端キャップ内側端部へと延在する空気チャネルを備え、前記空気チャネルが前記長軸方向軸と非平行である、端キャップと、
前記カプセル空洞内に配置されたカプセルであって、カプセルの長さを有し、前記カプセルの長さが前記空洞の長さの約25%〜約99%、または前記空洞の長さの約50%〜約95%、または前記空洞の長さの約70%〜約90%、または前記空洞の長さの約75%〜約85%の範囲内、または前記空洞の長さの約80%である、カプセルと、を備える、吸入器物品。 - 前記カプセルがニコチンを含む粒子を包含する、請求項1に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記空洞の長さが約18mm〜約22mmの範囲内であり、前記カプセルの長さが約14〜約18mmの範囲内であるか、または前記空洞の長さが約19mm〜約21mmの範囲内であり、前記カプセルの長さが約15mm〜約17mmの範囲内であるか、または前記空洞の長さが約20mmであり、前記カプセルの長さが約16mmである、請求項1または2に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記カプセル空洞が前記長軸方向軸と直交する空洞内径を有し、前記カプセルがカプセル外径を有し、前記カプセル外径が前記空洞内径の約80%〜約99%の範囲内であるか、または前記カプセル外径が前記空洞内径の約85%〜約95%の範囲内であるか、またはカプセル外径が前記空洞内径の約90%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記カプセル空洞が、前記長軸方向軸に直交するカプセル内径を有し、前記カプセルが前記空洞内径未満のカプセル外径を有し、前記カプセル外径が約5.4mm〜約6.4mmの範囲内であり、前記空洞内径が約6mm〜約7mmの範囲内であるか、または前記カプセル外径が約5.7mm〜約6.1mmの範囲内であり、前記空洞内径が約6.4mm〜約6.8mmの範囲内であるか、または前記カプセル外径が約5.85mmであり、前記空洞内径が約6.6mmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記カプセル空洞が前記空洞の長さに沿って均一または一定の直径を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記カプセル空洞が固定の長さである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記空気チャネルが、対称であり、前記端キャップの長さに沿って相互に対向することが好ましい少なくとも二つの空気チャネルを備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記端キャップが、線形貫通チャネルおよび前記線形貫通チャネル上または前記線形貫通チャネル内に配置される再び封じることができる要素を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記本体が、前記遠位端から前記マウスピース端へと実質的に一定である外径を有し、前記外径が約7mm〜約10mmの範囲内であることが好ましい、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記本体内に配置され、前記カプセル空洞を前記マウスピース端から分離するフィルター要素をさらに備え、前記フィルター要素が前記カプセル空洞および前記マウスピース空気チャネルと気流連通している、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記フィルター要素が、ポリ乳酸に由来する繊維を含む、請求項11に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記フィルター要素が、前記カプセル空洞の下流端を画定する、請求項11または12に記載の吸入器物品。
- 前記請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器物品を通して空気を流すことであって、前記空気を流すことが、前記カプセルを前記長軸方向軸の周りでスピンさせ、回転軸が前記長軸方向軸と実質的に安定している、空気を流すことを含む、方法。
- 前記空気を流すことが約2L/分〜約1L/分の範囲内の流量を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
