1分子当たりに少なくとも3個のケイ素結合水素原子を含むオルガノポリシロキサン(B)と、
白金系触媒(C)と、
任意の抑制剤(D)と、
任意のシリカフィラー(E)と、
を含んでよい。
該組成の総重量に基づき35から85重量%の量で、1分子当たりにケイ素原子に結合した少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を含むオルガノポリシロキサン(A)と、
前記組成の総重量に基づき0.1から15重量%の量で、1分子当たりに少なくとも3個のケイ素結合水素原子を含むオルガノポリシロキサン(B)と、
反応性オルガノポリシロキサン(A)及び(B)の総重量に基づき、白金系触媒(C)における白金原子の量が0.1から500重量ppm(百万分率)である、白金系触媒(C)と、
前記3D印刷可能エラストマー組成において10から50,000重量ppmの量で、アセチレンアルコール類及びこれらの誘導体からなる群から選択された抑制剤(D)と、
前記組成の総重量に基づき10から40重量%の量である、シリカフィラー(E)と、

この混合比は、夫々のポンプ404a及び404bの少なくとも一のねじ要素の回転速度/又は回転数を制御することにより、既定値に調整されてよい。両ポンプの出力部は、リザーバ202に連結されてよく、その後、ミキサ304mに連結されてよい。

- 前記棒状ランプは、前記印刷プラテン(106)のほぼ全幅(103a、103c)に前記照射熱が照射されるように、前記印刷プラテン(106)の幅(103a、103c)とほぼ同じ又はそれよりも長い長さ(103b、103d)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一の印刷材料(104)を受け入れるリザーバ(202)であって、前記少なくとも一の印刷ヘッド(102)に前記少なくとも一の印刷材料(104)を供給するために、前記少なくとも一の印刷ヘッド(102)に連結されるリザーバ(202)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第1プレ印刷液(204a)を受け入れる第1プレリザーバ(202a)と、
第2プレ印刷液(204b)を受け入れる第2プレリザーバ(202b)と、
前記第1プレ印刷液(204a)と前記第2プレ印刷液(204b)とを受け入れ、前記第1プレ印刷液(204a)と前記第2プレ印刷液(204b)とから前記少なくとも一の印刷材料(104)を供給するリザーバ(202)と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記棒状加熱装置(108)は、前記印刷プラテン(106)上を直線移動可能に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバ(202)に供給された前記少なくとも一の印刷材料(104)を添加するように構成された添加量制御器(214)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバ(202)に供給された前記第1プレ印刷液(204a)の量と前記第2プレ印刷液(204b)の量とを添加するように構成された添加量制御器(214)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記モータ制御器(148)は、前記少なくとも一の印刷紐材の各層(104d)が前記印刷プラテン(106)上に印刷された後に都度少なくとも一回、前記印刷プラテン上で前記棒状加熱装置(108)を移動させるように前記少なくとも一のモータ(138)を制御するように更に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一の印刷材料(104)と、請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の装置とを用いて、層状で三次元物体を形状自由に印刷する方法。
- 前記少なくとも一の印刷材料(104)は、前記印刷装置に注入され、且つ加熱時に硬化/反応して一の印刷物体、又は一の物体における一の(又は複数の)印刷層を形成する、一又は複数の反応性液体材料を含んでよいことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の層状で三次元物体を形状自由に印刷する方法。
- 前記少なくとも一の印刷材料は、UV光によって硬化される樹脂、シリコーンゴム、及び/又は、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレン(ABS)、ポリカーボネート、ナイロン、ポリエーテルイミド(PEI)樹脂等の熱可塑性プラスチックであってよいことを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の層状で三次元物体を形状自由に印刷する方法。
- 前記少なくとも一の印刷材料(104)は、3D印刷可能シリコーンゴム組成を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載の層状で三次元物体を形状自由に印刷する方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能シリコーンゴム組成は、
該組成の総重量に基づき35から85重量%の量で、1分子当たりにケイ素原子に結合した少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を含むオルガノポリシロキサン(A)と、
前記組成の総重量に基づき0.1から15重量%の量で、1分子当たりに少なくとも3個のケイ素結合水素原子を含むオルガノポリシロキサン(B)と、
反応性オルガノポリシロキサン(A)及び(B)の総重量に基づき、白金系触媒(C)における白金原子の量が0.1から500重量ppm(百万分率)である、白金系触媒(C)と、
前記3D印刷可能エラストマー組成において10から50,000重量ppmの量で、アセチレンアルコール類及びこれらの誘導体からなる群から選択された抑制剤(D)と、
前記組成の総重量に基づき10から40重量%の量である、シリカフィラー(E)と、
前記組成の総重量に基づき0から10重量%の量である、或いは前記組成の総重量に基づき0.1から10重量%の量である、任意の添加剤と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の層状で三次元物体を形状自由に印刷する方法。
