Claims (15)
- 研磨チップおよびドリル本体を備えるコアドリルビットであって、前記研磨チップが、第1の領域および第2の領域を含み、前記第1の領域が、第1の結合マトリックス内に砥粒を含み、前記第2の領域が、第2の結合マトリックス内に砥粒を含み、前記第1の結合マトリックスの組成が、前記第2の結合マトリックスの組成とは異なる、コアドリルビット。
- ドリルビットの長手に延びる長手方向軸線と、
第1の結合マトリックス内に砥粒を含む第1の領域と、
第2の結合マトリックス内に砥粒を含む第2の領域とを含む、コアドリルビットであって、
前記第1の領域は、前記ドリルビットの長手方向軸線を中心とする環状断面を含み、前記第2の領域は、前記ドリルビットの長手方向軸線を中心とする環状断面を含み、前記第1の結合マトリックスの組成が、前記第2の結合マトリックスの組成とは異なる、コアドリルビット。 - 前記第1の領域が、前記第2の領域に接合されている、請求項1または2に記載のコアドリルビット。
- 前記第1の領域が、第1の硬度RH1を有し、前記第2の領域が、第2の硬度RH2を有し、RH1が、RH2とは異なる、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載のコアドリルビット。
- RH1が、RH2よりも大きい、請求項4に記載のコアドリルビット。
- 前記第1の結合マトリックスが、Fe含有材料を含む、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載のコアドリルビット。
- 前記第1の結合マトリックスが、Co含有合金を含む、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載のコアドリルビット。
- 前記第1の結合マトリックスが、Co、Fe、およびCuを含む、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載のコアドリルビット。
- 前記第2の結合マトリックスが、Co、Sn、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載のコアドリルビット。
- 前記第1の領域が、前記第2の領域から遠位の端部に傾斜縁部を含む、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載のコアドリルビット。

- 前記第1の領域が、前記第1の結合材料の全重量に対して約10%から約90%の濃度のFeを含む、請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載のコアドリルビット。
- 前記第1の領域が、前記第1の結合材料の全重量に対して約5%〜約40%の濃度のCo、前記第1の結合材料の全重量に対して約2%〜約60%の濃度のCu、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一項に記載のコアドリルビット。
