Claims (20)
- 弁送達システムであって、
第1のフレーム及び第2のフレームを含む弁プロテーゼであって、前記第1のフレームが、前記第2のフレームに取り付けられるように構成されている、弁プロテーゼと、
遠位端を含む第1のカテーテルであって、前記第1のフレームが、前記遠位端において解放可能に使い捨て可能である、第1のカテーテルと、
前記第1のカテーテルの上で摺動可能に使い捨て可能である第2のカテーテルであって、前記第2のフレームが、前記第2のカテーテルの遠位端において解放可能に使い捨て可能である、第2のカテーテルと、を備える、弁送達システム。 - 前記第2のフレームが、前記第1のカテーテルの周囲に周方向に配置される、請求項1に記載の弁送達システム。
- 前記第1及び第2のフレームが、カプセル内で解放可能に拘束される、請求項1に記載の弁送達システム。
- 前記第1のフレーム及び前記第2のフレームのうちの少なくとも1つが、自己拡張性フレームを含む、請求項1に記載の弁送達システム。
- 前記第2のフレームが、前記第1のフレームの内部で取り付けるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の弁送達システム。
- 第1及び第2のフレームが、前記第1のカテーテルによって画定される長手方向軸に沿って互いに離間している、請求項1に記載の弁送達システム。
- 弁プロテーゼを植え込む方法であって、
第1のカテーテルの遠位端に配設された第1のフレームを、患者の脈管構造内に遠位に前進させることと、
前記第1のフレームを生来の弁に対して遠位に位置付けることと、
第2のカテーテルの遠位端に配設された第2のフレームを、患者の脈管構造内に前進させることであって、前記第2のカテーテルが、前記第1のカテーテルの周囲に配設されている、前進させることと、
前記第2のフレームを、前記生来の弁の生来の弁輪に位置付けることと、
前記第2のフレームを、前記弁輪で拡張させることと、
前記第1のフレームを、前記弁輪に再位置付けすることと、
前記第1のフレームを拡張させることであって、前記第1のフレームの少なくとも一部が、前記第2のフレームの少なくとも一部内にある、拡張させることと、
第1のフレームを前記第2のフレームに固定することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記第2のフレームを、前記第1のカテーテルを用いて、前記生来の弁輪内で中心合わせすることを更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のフレームが、独立して展開される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のカテーテルを、前記第2のカテーテルから独立して引き抜くことを更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のフレームを前記第2のフレームに固定することが、前記第1及び第2のフレームの自己嵌合連結器を嵌合させることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のフレームを展開することが、前記第1のフレームを収容カプセルから解放することと、前記第1のフレームを自己拡張させることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のフレームを展開することが、前記第2のフレームを収容カプセルから解放することと、前記第2のフレームを自己拡張させることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のフレームを展開することが、前記第1のフレームをバルーンで膨張させることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のフレームを展開することが、前記第2のフレームをバルーンで膨張させることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 弁プロテーゼを植え込む方法であって、
第1のカテーテルの遠位端に配設された第1のフレームを、患者の脈管構造内に遠位に前進させることと、
第2のカテーテルの遠位端に配設された第2のフレームを、患者の脈管構造内に前進させることであって、前記第2のカテーテル及び第2のフレームが、前記第1のカテーテルの周囲に配設されている、前進させることと、
前記第1のフレームを生来の弁に位置付けることと、
前記第1のフレームを展開することと、
前記第2のフレームを前記生来の弁に再位置付けすることと、
前記第2のフレームを展開することと、
前記第2のフレームを前記第1のフレーム内に受容することと、
前記第2のフレームを前記第1のフレームに固定することと、を含む、方法。 - 第1及び第2のフレームが、前記患者の脈管構造を通って前進させられるとき、前記第1のカテーテルによって画定される長手方向軸に沿って互いに離間している、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のフレームのうちの少なくとも1つを、展開前にカプセル内に解放可能に拘束することを更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のフレームのうちの少なくとも1つが、自己拡張性である、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のフレームを、前記第1のカテーテルを用いて前記生来の弁輪内で中心合わせすることを更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
