Claims (15)
- a)制御ユニット(11)と、
b)電気音響変換器(12)と、
を含む携帯型注入装置(1)であって、
前記制御ユニット(11)は、
・前記電気音響変換器(12)をノイズエミッタとして動作させる、
・または前記電気音響変換器(12)をノイズレシーバとして動作させ、前記電気音響変換器(12)により受信される受信ノイズから前記携帯型注入装置(1)の状態を判定する
ように構成される、
携帯型注入装置(1)。 - 前記電気音響変換器(12)とは別個である、追加の電気音響変換器(12a)を含み、前記制御ユニット(11)は、前記追加の電気音響変換器(12a)を追加のノイズエミッタとして動作させるように構成される、請求項1記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。
- 前記制御ユニット(11)は、前記追加の電気音響変換器(12a)を、ノイズエミッタとして、追加の放出ノイズを発するように動作させながら、前記電気音響変換器(12)をノイズレシーバとして同時に動作させるように構成され、前記受信ノイズから前記携帯型注入装置(1)の状態を判定することは、前記受信ノイズが前記追加の放出ノイズに一致するかどうか判定することを含む、請求項2記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。
- 前記制御ユニット(11)は、前記追加の電気音響変換器(12a)をノイズレシーバとして動作させ、前記追加の電気音響変換器(12a)によって受信される追加の受信ノイズから、前記携帯型注入装置(1)の追加の状態を判定するように構成され、
前記制御ユニット(11)は、前記追加の電気音響変換器(12a)をノイズレシーバとして動作させながら、前記電気音響変換器(12)をノイズエミッタとして、放出ノイズを発するように同時に動作させるようにさらに構成され、前記携帯型注入装置(1)の前記追加の状態を判定することは、前記追加の受信ノイズが前記放出ノイズに一致するかどうかを判定することを含む、請求項2または3記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記電気音響変換器(12)および前記追加の電気音響変換器(12a)の両方を音響ノイズエミッタとして同時に動作させ、前記電気音響変換器(12)および前記追加の電気音響変換器(12a)の両方を共通して、特に同調的に作動させるように構成される、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。
- 前記制御ユニット(11)は、薬剤投与を制御するように構成され、それによって前記携帯型注入装置(1)は動作ノイズを発し、前記携帯型注入装置(1)の動作状態を判定することは、前記動作ノイズを評価することを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。
- 前記動作ノイズを評価することは、動作ノイズが予測される動作ノイズに一致するかどうかを判定することを含む、請求項6記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。
- 前記動作ノイズを評価することは、前記動作ノイズが、注入路の流体妨害物の存在を示すかどうかを判定することを含む、請求項6または7記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。
- 前記動作ノイズを評価することは、前記動作ノイズが欠陥の存在を示すかどうかを判定することを含む、請求項6〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。
- 前記携帯型注入装置(1)は、電気駆動装置(14)を含み、前記動作ノイズは、前記電気駆動装置(14)によって放出される駆動ノイズを含む、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。
- 前記動作ノイズは、バルブ切り替えノイズを含む、請求項6〜10のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。
- 前記携帯型注入装置(1)の前記動作状態を判定することは、機械的衝撃の発生を検出することを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型注入装置(1)。
- 携帯型注入装置(1)の一部である電気音響変換器(12)を動作させる方法であって、前記方法は、
a)前記電気音響変換器(12)を、放出ノイズを発するように、ノイズエミッタとして動作させること、または
b)前記電気音響変換器(12)をノイズレシーバとして動作させ、前記電気音響変換器(12)によって受信される受信ノイズから前記携帯型注入装置(1)の機能状態を判定すること、
を含む、
方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記電気音響変換器(12)とは別個である追加の電気音響変換器(12a)をノイズエミッタとして動作させ、前記電気音響変換器(12)をノイズレシーバとして同時に動作させることを含み、前記受信ノイズから前記携帯型注入装置(1)の状態を判定することは、前記受信ノイズが、前記追加の電気音響変換器(12a)により放出される、追加の放出ノイズに一致するかどうかを判定することを含む、請求項13記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、前記電気音響変換器(12)および前記追加の電気音響変換器(12a)の両方を、音響ノイズエミッタとして同時に動作させ、前記電気音響変換器(12)および前記追加の電気音響変換器(12a)の両方を共通に、特に同調的に作動させることを含む、請求項14記載の方法。
