Claims (4)
- 「モジュール型発電プラントのレイアウトの構造モジュールに加えられる改良」において、より詳しくは、特に孤立した田舎および採掘場の町、石油採掘プラットフォーム、病院、工場など、様々な地域でエネルギーを供給するために使用されるタイプのモジュール式発電プラント(US)のレイアウトを構成する構造モジュール(10)に関し、
前記構造モジュール(10)は、格納シート(20d)/(30d)の取り付けのために設計された縦桁(20b)/(30b)および横木(20c)/(30c)を有するプラットフォーム(20A)および(30A)によって基本的に形成される変電所モジュール(20)および発電所モジュール(30)を含み、前記プラットフォーム(20)および前記プラットフォーム(30)の両方が、特に発電機グループ、燃料タンクおよび液体格納タンク、モータ、バスバーのような様々な機器(図示せず)の設置のために設計された空間的領域(AR)を構成するキャノピ(CP)、開き戸(PT1)および引き戸(PT2)ならびに他の機械的構造を収容するのに適した構造骨格(AR)を形成するように、プラットフォーム(20)/(30)間の接続とカラム(60)、横木(70)および持ち上げフレーム(80)の取り付けとを可能にする固定用ボルト(50)、ナット(51)または他の適当な要素の機械的な取り付けのための貫通孔(42)が設けられた領域(40)および突出タブ(41)によって形成される相互接続手段(MT)を有し、
前記変電所モジュール(20)は、溶接によって固定されたシート(20d)で裏張りされた縦桁(20b)および横木(20c)を有する、制御パネル(PC)の支持基体を形成する、ことを特徴とする。 - 請求項1に記載の「モジュール型発電プラントのレイアウトの構造モジュールに加えられる改良」において、
前記発電所モジュール(30)は、固定用ボルト(50)およびナット(51)の機械的な取り付けのための貫通孔(42)を有する領域(40)を形成する相互接続手段(MT)が設けられた延長部(30e)を自由端の一方に有する縦桁(30b)を有するプラットフォーム(30A)を含み、前記縦桁(30b)の両方の上部付近に、相互接続手段(MT)を有する突出タブ(30f)が設けられ、
前記格納シート(30d)の上側表面上に、L字プロファイルにより形成された長手方向ガイド(30g)が設置され、
前記プラットフォーム(30)は、前記領域(40)において、C字型断面を有し、その平坦表面上に好ましくはATSM325である前記ボルト(50)および好ましくはASTM A194である高荷重六角ナット(51)の取り付けのための前記領域(40)が設けられた、前記カラム(60)の接続部分(61)を受け、
各カラム(60)の上側自由端(62)の領域(40)に、前記持ち上げ配送フレーム(80)のバー(81)の自由端が設置されるU字型のプロファイルを有する横木(70)が機械的に、かつ横切るように取り付けられ、
前記フレーム(80)のバー(81)は、フック(図示せず)の取り付けおよび前記モジュール(30)の持ち上げのためのハンドル(83)がその端部部分および平坦表面に設置された梁(82)を支持する、ことを特徴とする。 - 請求項1および2に記載の「モジュール型発電プラントのレイアウトの構造モジュールに加えられる改良」において、
複合モジュール型プラント(10)の様々なレイアウトを可能にする、ボルト(50)およびナット(51)の機械的な取付けによって形成された、モジュール(20)および(30)の相互接続手段(MT)を特徴とする。 - 請求項3に記載の「モジュール型発電プラントのレイアウトの構造モジュールに加えられる改良」において、
モジュール(20)および(30)の相互接続手段(MT)は、変電および制御モジュール(20)および電力モジュール(30)によって得られる2つの発電機グループ、または変電および制御モジュール(20)および2つの電力モジュール(30)によって形成される4つの発電機グループによって形成されるレイアウトを構成する、ことを特徴とする。
