Claims (22)
- 発酵培地であって、
微生物増殖用の基質;並びに
外因性の添加成分として、
i)下記の式1に従うラクチレート
(R-(O-CH(CH3)-CO)aO)bM (式1);
ii)下記の式2に従うグリセロールエステル
CH2OR1-CHOR2-CH2OR3 (式2);及び
iii)そのような化合物の混合物
から選択される抗菌剤
を含み、
ここで、
RはC4〜C18のアシル基を表し、該アシル基は、分岐されていてもよく又は分岐されていなくてもよいアルキル又はアルケニル鎖を有し;
R1、R2及びR3はそれぞれ独立して、H又はC4〜C18のアシル基を表し、該アシル基は、分岐されていてもよく又は分岐されていなくてもよいアルキル又はアルケニル鎖を有し、但し、R1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つはHであり且つR1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つはアシル基であり;
Mは、プロトン(H+)、又はLi、Na、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe(II)、Cu、Mn、Ag、アンモニウム、若しくは1以上のヒドロキシで任意的に置換されていてもよい1以上の(C1〜4)アルキルを有する置換アンモニウムの群から選択される対カチオンを表し;
aは、1〜3の整数であり;及び
bは、Mの原子価に等しい1又は2である、
上記発酵培地。 - グラム陰性菌、カビ又は酵母の培養物を含む接種物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の発酵培地。
- 該抗菌剤が、式1に従うラクチレート又はその塩である、請求項1又は2に記載の発酵培地。
- Rが、4〜18の炭素原子からなる直鎖又は分岐鎖を有するアシル基を表す、請求項3に記載の発酵培地。
- Rが、12〜14の炭素原子からなる直鎖又は分岐鎖を有するアシル基を表す、請求項4に記載の発酵培地。
- 式1におけるaが1である、請求項5に記載の発酵培地。
- 該抗菌剤が、式2に従うグリセロールエステルである、請求項1又は2に記載の発酵培地。
- R1、R2及びR3のうちの1つ又は2つが8の炭素原子を有するアシル基であり、且つ他がHである、請求項7に記載の発酵培地。
- 該抗菌剤の量が、該培地の全重量に基づいて0.001〜0.5重量%である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の発酵培地。
- 該抗菌剤の量が、該培地の全重量に基づいて0.025〜0.5重量%である、請求項9に記載の発酵培地。
- エタノール;1,3-プロパンジオール;グリセロール;ブタノール;1,4-ブタンジオール;アラビトール;キシリトール;ソルビトール;マンニトール;酢酸;プロピオン酸;3-ヒドロキシプロピオン酸;乳酸;コハク酸;2,5-フランジカルボン酸;フマル酸;リンゴ酸;アジピン酸;クエン酸;アコニット酸;グルタミン酸;イタコン酸;レブリン酸;グルタル酸;アスパラギン酸;マロン酸;及びそれらの混合物の生産の為の、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の発酵培地。
- 1,4-ブタンジオール;プロピオン酸;3-ヒドロキシプロピオン酸;乳酸;コハク酸;2,5-フランジカルボン酸;フマル酸;リンゴ酸;又はイタコン酸の生産の為の、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の発酵培地。
- 発酵培地用の接種物であって、
グラム陰性菌、カビ又は酵母の培養物;並びに
i)下記の式1に従うラクチレート
(R-(O-CH(CH3)-CO)aO)bM (式1);
ii)下記の式2に従うグリセロールエステル
CH2OR1-CHOR2-CH2OR3 (式2);及び
iii)そのような化合物の混合物
から選択される抗菌剤
を含み、
ここで、
RはC4〜C18のアシル基を表し、該アシル基は、分岐されていてもよく又は分岐されていなくてもよいアルキル又はアルケニル鎖を有し;
R1、R2及びR3はそれぞれ独立して、H又はC4〜C18のアシル基を表し、該アシル基は、分岐されていてもよく又は分岐されていなくてもよいアルキル又はアルケニル鎖を有し、但し、R1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つはHであり且つR1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つはアシル基であり;
Mは、プロトン(H+)、又はLi、Na、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe(II)、Cu、Mn、Ag、アンモニウム、若しくは1以上のヒドロキシで任意的に置換されていてもよい1以上の(C1〜4)アルキルを有する置換アンモニウムの群から選択される対カチオンを表し;
aは、1〜3の整数であり;及び
bは、Mの原子価に等しい1又は2である、
上記接種物。 - グラム陰性菌又はカビ又は酵母の培養においてグラム陽性汚染菌の増殖を抑制する為に、抗菌剤を使用する方法であって、該抗菌剤は、
式1に従うラクチレート
(R-(O-CH(CH3)-CO)aO)bM (式1);
式2に従うグリセロールエステル
CH2OR1-CHOR2-CH2OR3 (式2);及び
そのような化合物の混合物
から選択され、
ここで、
RはC4〜C18のアシル基を表し、該アシル基は、分岐されていてもよく又は分岐されていなくてもよいアルキル又はアルケニル鎖を有し;
R1、R2及びR3はそれぞれ独立して、H又はC4〜C18のアシル基を表し、該アシル基は、分岐されていてもよく又は分岐されていなくてもよいアルキル又はアルケニル鎖を有し、但し、R1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つはHであり且つR1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つはアシル基であり;
Mは、プロトン(H+)、又はLi、Na、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe(II)、Cu、Mn、Ag、アンモニウム、若しくは1以上のヒドロキシで任意的に置換されていてもよい1以上の(C1〜4)アルキルを有する置換アンモニウムの群から選択される対カチオンを表し;

上記方法。 - グラム陰性菌の発酵培養におけるグラム陽性菌によって引き起こされる微生物感染を防ぐ又は低減する為の方法であって、
式1に従うラクチレート
(R-(O-CH(CH3)-CO)aO)bM (式1);
式2に従うグリセロールエステル
CH2OR1-CHOR2-CH2OR3 (式2);及び
そのような化合物の混合物
から選択される抗菌剤の有効量を培養物に添加することを含み、
ここで、
RはC4〜C18のアシル基を表し、該アシル基は、分岐されていてもよく又は分岐されていなくてもよいアルキル又はアルケニル鎖を有し;
R1、R2及びR3はそれぞれ独立して、H又はC4〜C18のアシル基を表し、該アシル基は、分岐されていてもよく又は分岐されていなくてもよいアルキル又はアルケニル鎖を有し、但し、R1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つはHであり且つR1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つはアシル基であり;
Mは、プロトン(H+)、又はLi、Na、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe(II)、Cu、Mn、Ag、アンモニウム、若しくは1以上のヒドロキシで任意的に置換されていてもよい1以上の(C1〜4)アルキルを有する置換アンモニウムの群から選択される対カチオンを表し;
aは、1〜3の整数であり;及び
bは、Mの原子価に等しい1又は2である、
上記方法。 - 発酵生産物を得る為の方法であって、
発酵培地を用意すること、そして
グラム陰性菌、カビ又は酵母の培養物を含む接種物を培地内に導入すること
を含み、
該方法は、該発酵培地が、
微生物増殖用の基質;並びに
外因性の添加成分として、
i)式1に従うラクチレート
(R-(O-CH(CH3)-CO)aO)bM (式1);
ii)式2に従うグリセロールエステル
CH2OR1-CHOR2-CH2OR3 (式2);及び
iii)そのような化合物の混合物
から選択される抗菌剤
を含むことを特徴とし、
ここで、
RはC4〜C18のアシル基を表し、該アシル基は、分岐されていてもよく又は分岐されていなくてもよいアルキル又はアルケニル鎖を有し;
R1、R2及びR3はそれぞれ独立して、H又はC4〜C18のアシル基を表し、該アシル基は、分岐されていてもよく又は分岐されていなくてもよいアルキル又はアルケニル鎖を有し、但し、R1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つはHであり且つR1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つはアシル基であり;
Mは、プロトン(H+)、又はLi、Na、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe(II)、Cu、Mn、Ag、アンモニウム、若しくは1以上のヒドロキシで任意的に置換されていてもよい1以上の(C1〜4)アルキルを有する置換アンモニウムの群から選択される対カチオンを表し;
aは、1〜3の整数であり;及び
bは、Mの原子価に等しい1又は2である、
上記方法。 - 該接種物が、大腸菌(Escherichia coli);アシネトバクター(Acinetobacter);ボルデテラ(Bordetella);ブルセラ(Brucella);カンピロバクター(Campylobacter);シアノバクテリア(Cyanobacteria);エンテロバクター(Enterobacter);エルウィニア(Erwinia);フランシセラ(Franciscella);ヘリコバクター(Helicobacter);クレブシエラ(Klebsiella);レジオネラ(Legionella);モラクセラ(Moraxella);ナイセリア(Neisseria);パンテア(Pantooea);パスツレラ科(Pasteurellaceae);シュードモナス(Pseudomonas);プロテウス(Proteus);サルモネラ菌(Salmonella);セレノモナス属(Selenomonadales);セラチア(Serratia);赤痢菌(Shigella);トレポネーマ(Treponema);ビブリオ(Vibrio);エルシニア(Yersinia);ザイノモナス(Zynomonas);及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択されるグラム陰性菌を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 該接種物が、大腸菌、シュードモナス種、及びパスツレラ科の種、特にアクチノバチルス(Actinobacillus)属、ヘモフィルス(Hemophilus)属及びパスツレラ(Pasteurella)属の種、から成る群から選択される1以上のグラム陰性菌を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 該接種物が、アスペルギルス(Aspergillus)及びクモノスカビ(Rhizopus)の属から選択される1以上のカビ、好ましくはアスペルギルス・オリゼ(Aspergillus oryzae)、アスペルギルス・テレウス(Aspergillus terreus)、アスペルギルス・ニガー(Aspergillus niger);リゾプス・オリゴスポラス(Rhizopus oligosporus)及びリゾプス・オリゼ(Rhizopus oryzae)から選択される1以上のカビ、を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 該接種物が、ブレタノマイセス属(Brettanomyces);カンジダ属(Candida);デッケラ属(Dekkera);ピキア属(Pichia);及びサッカロミセス属(Saccharomyces)の属から選択される1以上の酵母を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- エタノール;1,3-プロパンジオール;グリセロール;ブタノール;1,4-ブタンジオール;アラビトール;キシリトール;ソルビトール;マンニトール;酢酸;プロピオン酸;3-ヒドロキシプロピオン酸;乳酸;コハク酸;2,5-フランジカルボン酸;フマル酸;リンゴ酸;アジピン酸;クエン酸;アコニット酸;グルタミン酸;イタコン酸;レブリン酸;グルタル酸;アスパラギン酸;マロン酸;及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される発酵生産物を得る為の、請求項16〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- プロピオン酸;乳酸;コハク酸;1,4-ブタンジオール;及び2,5-フランジカルボン酸から選択される発酵生産物を得る為の、請求項16〜21のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
