Claims (7)
- ピースの品質を管理する超音波品質管理方法であって、
少なくとも一つの超音波プローブを利用して前記ピースをスキャンする段階(101)と、
前記スキャンから少なくとも一つの画像を形成する段階(102)とを含み、
当該方法がさらに、
少なくとも一つの超音波プローブを利用して参照ピースをスキャンする段階(103)と、
前記参照ピースの前記スキャンから少なくとも一つの参照画像を形成する段階(104)と、
前記少なくとも一つの参照画像の少なくとも一つの陰画像を形成する段階(105)と、
前記少なくとも一つの画像および前記陰画像を利用することによって少なくとも一つの徴候画像を生成する段階(106)と、
いくつかの画像フィルタを利用することによって少なくとも一つの徴候画像をフィルタリングする段階であって、各画像フィルタは、画像フィルタ固有の徴候レベル・データのほかは前記徴候画像のすべてのデータをフィルタリングする、段階(107)と、
前記画像フィルタからいくつかの徴候レベル・データを提供する段階(108)と、
前記いくつかの徴候レベル・データを利用して、前記ピースを受け容れられるまたは拒否されるものとして分類する段階(109)とを含むことを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記分類する段階(109)がさらに、いくつかの受け容れレベルおよびいくつかの拒否レベルを利用して前記ピースを分類するよう構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記分類する段階(109)がさらに、前記ピースを、受け容れおよび拒否の前記分類の間では、代替的に、境界ピースであると分類するよう構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記分類する段階(109)が、
徴候画像エリア固有の仕方で前記徴候画像からフィルタリングされた前記いくつかの徴候レベル・データを利用するサブ段階を含み、それにより、前記徴候画像は少なくとも二つのエリアをもち、前記分類はエリア固有の仕方で前記いくつかの徴候レベル・データを利用することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 当該方法がさらに、
前記分類を、前記徴候画像(単数または複数)に対応する画像フォーマット(単数または複数)において分類固有色で示す段階と、
前記画像フォーマットを表示する段階とを含む、
請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか一項記載の方法。 - プロセッサ装置(114)を有する超音波検査装置であって、前記プロセッサ装置が、請求項1記載の方法の段階を実行するよう構成されたソフトウェアまたは回路基板(単数または複数)を有することを特徴とする、超音波検査装置。
- 前記ソフトウェアまたは回路基板(単数または複数)が、請求項2ないし5のうちいずれか一項記載の方法の段階を実行するようにも構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の超音波検査装置。
