Claims (34)
- セラミックマトリックス複合材物品(100,200,300,400,500,600,700,1100)を形成する際に使用する方法(800,900)であって、
第1の範囲を画定するセラミック繊維を含む第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)をレイアップするステップと、
前記第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)の前記レイアップ(1000)の上および/または中に、前記第1の範囲よりも小さい第2の範囲を画定する少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)をレイアップするステップと
を含み、
前記第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)は第1の特性を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)は少なくとも1つの第2の特性を含み、前記第1の特性は前記少なくとも1つの第2の特性とは異なる、方法(800,900)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)をレイアップする前記ステップは、セラミック繊維を含む前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)をレイアップするステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法(800,900)。

- 前記第1の特性は第1の繊維体積分率を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第2の特性は少なくとも1つの第2の繊維体積分率を含み、前記第1の繊維体積率は前記少なくとも1つの第2の繊維体積分率とは異なる、請求項1に記載の方法(800,900)。
- 前記第1の体積分率は約15%〜約30%であり、前記繊維の前記少なくとも1つの第2の体積分率は約30%〜約40%である、請求項4に記載の方法(800,900)。
- 前記第1の特性は、第1の機械的特性、第1の熱的特性、または第1の電気的特性を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第2の特性は、少なくとも1つの第2の機械的特性、少なくとも1つの第2の熱的特性、または少なくとも1つの第2の電気的特性を含み、前記第1の機械的特性、前記第1の熱的特性、または前記第1の電気的特性は、前記少なくとも1つの第2の機械的特性、前記少なくとも1つの第2の熱的特性、または前記少なくとも1つの第2の電気的特性とは異なる、請求項1に記載の方法(800,900)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)は、少なくとも1つの円形の第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)、少なくとも1つの正方形の第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)、または少なくとも1つの長方形の第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法(800,900)。
- 前記第2の範囲は、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材物品(100,200,300,400,500,600,700,1100)の開口部(530,630,730)、半径、屈曲部、または折り返し部を含む、請求項1に記載の方法(800,900)。

- 前記第1の複数のプリプレグプライ(1010)は第1のプリプレグ材料を含み、前記第2の少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)は第2のプリプレグ材料を含み、前記第1のプリプレグ材料は前記第2のプリプレグ材料とは異なる、請求項9に記載の方法(800,900)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)をレイアップする前記ステップは、前記第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)の前記レイアップ(1000)の間にある、請求項1に記載の方法(800,900)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)をレイアップする前記ステップは、前記第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)の前記レイアップ(1000)の外面に少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)をレイアップするステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法(800,900)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)をレイアップする前記ステップは、複数の第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)をレイアップするステップを含み、前記複数の第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)をレイアップする前記ステップは、前記第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)の前記レイアップ(1000)内に分散している、請求項1に記載の方法(800,900)。
- 前記第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)は第1の複数のプリプレグプライ(1010)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)は少なくとも1つの第2のプリプレグプライ(1020)を含み、多孔質マトリックスを有するプリフォームを提供するために、前記第1の複数のプリプレグプライ(1010)および前記少なくとも1つの第2のプリプレグプライ(1020)の前記レイアップ(1000)を硬化/熱分解するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法(800,900)。
- 前記セラミックマトリックス複合材物品(100,200,300,400,500,600,700,1100)を形成するために、前記プリフォームの前記多孔質マトリックスを緻密化するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法(800,900)。

前記第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)の上および/または中に、前記第1の範囲よりも小さい第2の範囲を画定するセラミックマトリックス内の少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)と
を含み、
前記第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)は第1の特性を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)は少なくとも1つの第2の特性を含み、前記第1の特性は前記少なくとも1つの第2の特性とは異なる、セラミックマトリックス複合材物品(100,200,300,400,500,600,700,1100)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)は、セラミック繊維を含む少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)を含む、請求項18に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品(100,200,300,400,500,600,700,1100)。

- 前記第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)の前記セラミックマトリックスおよび前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)の前記セラミックマトリックスは同じである、請求項18に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品(100,200,300,400,500,600,700,1100)。
- 前記第1の複数のプライ(210,310,410,415,510,610,710)の前記セラミックマトリックスは、前記少なくとも1つの第2のプライ(320,420,520,620,720)の前記セラミックマトリックスとは異なる、請求項18に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品(100,200,300,400,500,600,700,1100)。
- 前記第1の特性は第1の繊維体積分率を含み、前記第2の特性は少なくとも1つの第2の繊維体積分率を含み、前記第1の繊維体積分率は前記少なくとも1つの第2の繊維体積分率とは異なる、請求項18に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品(100,200,300,400,500,600,700,1100)。
