前記ストリング中の前記電力資源のそれぞれのための、前記サーバから命令を受け取り、前記それぞれの電力資源を制御するルータ
を備え、
前記ストリング中の前記電力資源は、異なる応答時間及び/又は応答プロファイルを有するように前記サーバによって選択され、資源の前記ストリングは、前記変化に対して集合的な応答を呈し、前記集合的な応答は、前記サーバによって定義される
電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記サーバによって選択された前記ストリング中の前記電力資源は、電力源、負荷、及び蓄電装置のうちの少なくとも2つを備える

請求項1に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記ルータは、前記ストリング中の他の電力資源のルータとピアツーピアベースで通信する
請求項1−5のいずれか1項に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記ストリング中の他の電力資源の前記ルータのそれぞれに結合されることによって、ルータ間のピアツーピアの通信を促進するルーティングサーバが設けられる
請求項6に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記サーバは、前記ストリング中の前記電力資源の前記ルータと通信し、それぞれのルータに前記ストリング中の他の資源を示すことによって、前記資源の前記ルータが互いと通信を開始できるようにするようさらに動作可能である
請求項6又は7に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記ストリングの第1ルータは、対応する第1資源の応答を前記ストリングの第2ルータに報告し、前記第2ルータに対応する第2資源の応答は、前記第1ルータから受け取られた前記第1資源の前記応答に基づいて決定される
請求項8に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記サーバは、前記ルータに命令を提供することによって、前記それぞれの資源に、それぞれの資源において測定された前記電力グリッド中の周波数及び/又は電圧の変化に応答するようにさせる
請求項1−9のいずれか1項に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記ストリング中の前記電力資源は、少なくとも所定の持続期間にわたって、少なくとも所定のレベルの集合的な応答を提供するよう、前記サーバによって選択される
請求項1−10のいずれか1項に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記サーバは、前記変化に応答して異なる時刻でアクティベートする又はディアクティベートする命令を前記ストリング中の前記ルータに提供する
請求項1−11のいずれか1項に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記ストリング中の前記電力資源は、前記サーバからのさらなる命令を受けることなく、前記変化に自律的に応答するよう動作可能である
請求項1−12のいずれか1項に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記ストリング中のそれぞれの資源は、前記変化に応答した後に、そのそれぞれのルータを介して前記サーバにレポートを送る
請求項1−13のいずれか1項に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記サーバは、前記レポートに基づいて、さらなる命令を電力資源の前記ストリングに送る
請求項14に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記サーバは、前記ストリング中の電力資源のサブセットに対して、前記ストリングの前記集合的な応答が所定のレベルよりも上であるか、又は1つ以上の所定の基準を満足するというレポート又はレポート群に応答して、その応答を停止させるよう命令する
請求項1−15のいずれか1項に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 前記サーバは、前記ストリング中の電力資源のサブセットに対して、前記ストリングの前記集合的な応答が所定のレベルよりも上であるか、又は1つ以上の所定の基準を満足するというレポート又はレポート群に応答して、前記ストリングから撤退するよう命令する
請求項1−16のいずれか1項に記載の電力配送電制御システム。 - 複数の電力資源を有する電力配送電システムの運用の方法であって、
前記電力資源のそれぞれを制御するローカルコントローラ、及び前記ローカルコントローラと通信するサーバを提供すること、
ストリングを形成する電力資源のセットを前記サーバにおいて特定すること、及び
パワーグリッド中の変化に対する応答のための命令を含むメッセージを、前記ストリング中のそれぞれのコントローラに前記サーバから送ること
を含む方法であって、
前記ストリング中の前記電力資源は、異なる応答時間及び/又は応答プロファイルを有するように前記サーバによって選択され、資源の前記ストリングは、前記変化に対して集合的な応答を呈し、前記集合的な応答は、前記サーバによって定義される
