Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- 発泡セメント系ボードを作製する方法であって、
(a)第1の量の第1の起泡剤、第2の量の第2の起泡剤、および第3の量の脂肪族アルコールをブレンドして水性ブレンド流れを形成することであって、前記第1、第2、および第3の量が、第1の重量比である、形成することと、
(b)第1、第2、および/または第3の量を制御可能に変更して、前記第1の重量比とは異なる第2の重量比を形成することと、
(c)前記ブレンドされた流れの中に空気を挿入して気泡を形成することと、
(d)少なくとも水、セメント系材料、および前記気泡を混合して、スラリーを形成することと、
(e)第1のカバーシートと第2のカバーシートとの間に前記スラリーを配置して、ボード前駆体を形成することと、
(f)前記ボード前駆体をボードに切断することと、
(g)前記ボードを乾燥させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記第1、第2、および第3の量が、流量計量システムによって制御され、プロセスコントローラが、前記流量計量システムと通信して前記第1、第2、および第3の量のうちの1つ以上を調節する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流量計量システムが、前記第1の起泡剤、第2の起泡剤、および脂肪族アルコールの各々の前記水性ブレンド流れへの流動を制御するための弁と動作可能に関連する少なくとも1つのポンプを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪族アルコールが、C6−C20脂肪族アルコールである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 安定した起泡剤が、不安定な起泡剤の添加の前に、前記脂肪族アルコールと組み合わされる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記不安定な起泡剤が、前記安定した起泡剤の添加の前に、前記脂肪族アルコールと組み合わされる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 気泡を形成するためのシステムであって、
(a)気泡発生器と、
(b)前記気泡発生器に空気を導入するための空気供給導管と、
(c)第1の量の起泡剤、第2の量の第2の起泡剤、および第3の量の脂肪族アルコールを、順序に関係なく、直接または間接的に前記気泡発生器に導入するように構成された流量計量システムと、
(d)直接的または間接的に前記気泡発生器に導入される第1の起泡剤、第2の起泡剤、および脂肪族アルコールの相対量を選択的に変化させるために前記流量計量システムと通信するコントローラと、を備える、システム。 - 気泡を形成するためのシステムであって、
(a)第1の起泡剤、第2の起泡剤、および脂肪族アルコールのブレンド流れ導管への流動を、順序に関係なく制御するための1つ以上の弁にと動作可能に関連する少なくとも1つのポンプを含む流量計量システムと、
(b)前記ブレンド流れ導管に導入される第1の起泡剤、第2の起泡剤、および脂肪族アルコールの相対量を、選択的に変化させるために前記流量計量システムと通信するコントローラと、
(c)前記ブレンド流れ導管と流体連通する気泡発生器と、
(d)前記気泡発生器内に空気を導入するための空気供給導管と、を備える、システム。 - 前記脂肪族アルコールが、C6−C20脂肪族アルコールである、請求項7または8に記載のシステム。
- 前記流量計量システムが、前記第1の起泡剤、第2の起泡剤、および脂肪族アルコールの各々の、前記気泡発生器と流体連通するブレンド流れ導管への流動を制御するための弁と動作可能に関連する少なくとも1つのポンプを含む、請求項7または8に記載のシステム。
