Abstract

Se refiere a un metodo y un sistema para mezclar un modificador de espuma con un agente espumante en linea, por ejemplo, como puede ser particularmente util para lechadas de yeso o cemento. El modificador de espuma comprende un alcohol graso que se agrega a una lechada de yeso o cemento que incluye un agente espumante, tal como un tensioactivo de sulfato de alquilo. El alcohol graso puede ser un alcohol graso C6-C16 en algunas formas de realizacion. El uso de un modificador de espuma de este tipo se puede usar, por ejemplo, para estabilizar la espuma, reducir el residuo de agente espumante, mejorar el control del tamano del vacio en el producto final y mejorar el proceso de fabricacion de placas de yeso.
