Claims (21)
- ベントナイトを変性させて、前記ベントナイトが掘削泥水用途において有用になるようにするための方法であって、
原水を使用してサウジアラビアに特有のベントナイトを調製して、前記ベントナイトから汚染物質を除去するステップと、
前記ベントナイトを微粉末に粉砕するステップと、
50μm〜150μmの間の粒径になるように前記微粉末を篩にかけて、篩にかけた微粉末を生成するステップと、
前記篩にかけた微粉末をポリアニオン性セルロースポリマーと混合して、変性ベントナイト組成物を生成するステップと、
水中の変性ベントナイトの均質溶液が生成されるまで、前記変性ベントナイト組成物を水に加えるステップと、
前記水中の変性ベントナイトの均質溶液を静置して、掘削泥水用途において有用な組成物を生成するステップと
によって特徴づけられる、方法。 - 前記水中の変性ベントナイトの均質溶液が20分で生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
