Description
Claims (20)
- 反射鏡、および前記反射鏡の焦点付近に位置する一組の紫外線源を備える照射装置、
前記照射装置に隣接する反射表面、ならびに
前記照射装置と前記反射表面の間に位置する一組の光学素子を有し、
前記一組の紫外線源は、前記反射鏡へ指向する紫外線を生成するように構成され、
前記一組の光学素子は、前記反射表面の少なくとも50%へ紫外線ビームを指向するように構成され、
前記反射表面は、前記紫外線の少なくとも30%を拡散的に反射する、システム。 - 前記反射鏡はパラボラ反射体である、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記一組の光学素子は、第1のレンズと第2のレンズを備え、各レンズの焦点距離は、前記紫外線ビームの直径と同等である、請求項1のシステム。
- 各レンズの少なくとも一部はフレネルレンズを含む、請求項3のシステム。
- 前記第2のレンズは、前記第1のレンズに対して可動である、請求項3のシステム。
- 前記一組の紫外線源は、拡散導波路構造によって結合される、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記拡散導波路構造は、表面に複数の凹凸素子を有する、請求項6のシステム。
- 前記拡散紫外線は対象物表面へ指向され、前記拡散紫外線は前記対象物表面上の少なくとも20%において均一である、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記一組の光学素子は全内部反射レンズを含む、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記反射表面と対象物表面にメッシュをさらに備え、前記メッシュはフォトクリスタルフィルムを含む、請求項1のシステム。
- レールシステムをさらに含み、前記レールシステムは前記照射装置を対象物表面に対して動かすように構成される、請求項1のシステム。
- 反射鏡、および前記反射鏡の焦点付近に位置する一組の紫外線源を備える照射装置、
前記照射装置に隣接する反射表面、ならびに
前記照射装置と前記反射表面の間に位置する一組の光学素子を有し、
前記一組の紫外線源は、前記反射鏡へ指向する紫外線を生成するように構成され、
前記一組の光学素子は、前記反射表面の少なくとも50%へ紫外線ビームを指向するように構成され、
前記反射表面は、前記紫外線をランバシアン分布の40%以内に拡散的に反射する、システム。 - 前記一組の光学素子は、第1のレンズと第2のレンズを備え、各レンズの焦点距離は、前記紫外線ビームの直径と同等である、請求項12のシステム。
