- 前記発光素子は、415nm〜455nmである前記第1波長領域のエネルギー比率より465nm〜495nmである前記第2波長領域のエネルギー比率が大きい請求項1に記載の発光素子パッケージ。
- 前記発光素子は、415nm〜455nmである前記第1波長領域のエネルギー比率より465nm〜495nmである前記第2波長領域のエネルギー比率が大きい請求項3に記載の発光素子パッケージ。
- パッケージ本体と、
前記パッケージ本体の上に配置される発光素子と、
前記発光素子の上に配置されるモールディング部材と、
前記モールディング部材内に配置された蛍光体と、を含む発光素子パッケージにおいて、
前記発光素子の415nm〜455nmである第1波長領域のエネルギー比率より465nm〜495nmである第2波長領域のエネルギー比率が大きく、
前記蛍光体は、緑色蛍光体である第1蛍光体と、赤色蛍光体である第2蛍光体とを含み、前記発光素子の発光波長を励起波長として白色光源を具現する発光素子パッケージ。 - 前記発光素子の465nm〜495nmである前記第2波長領域のエネルギー比率が前記第2波長領域の太陽光源のエネルギーの60%以上である請求項5に記載の発光素子パッケージ。
- 前記発光素子の415nm〜455nmである前記第1波長領域のエネルギー比率が前記第1波長領域の太陽光源のエネルギーの75%以下である請求項6に記載の発光素子パッケージ。
- 前記発光素子の465nm〜495nmである前記第2波長領域のエネルギー比率が前記第2波長領域の太陽光源のエネルギーの100%以上である請求項6に記載の発光素子パッケージ。
- パッケージ本体と、
前記パッケージ本体の上に配置される発光素子と、
前記発光素子の上に配置されるモールディング部材と、
前記モールディング部材内に配置された蛍光体と、を含む発光素子パッケージにおいて、
前記発光素子の415nm〜455nmである第1波長領域のエネルギー比率より465nm〜495nmである第2波長領域のエネルギー比率が大きく、
