- 患者の血管系の健康を無侵襲的に監視するためのシステムであって、
前記患者の血管活動を監視するための監視装置と、
サーバーであって、
前記監視装置によって前記患者の血管活動測定値から由来する血管信号を備える信号セットを受信することと、
前記血管信号から識別パルスを再構成することと、
前記識別パルスからの識別パルス特徴を判断することと、
前記識別パルス特徴を備える特徴セットからのデータを患者データベースと比較することと、
前記患者データベースとの比較結果に基づいた血管健康状態のリスク評価を生成することと、を備えるステップを行うように構成され、
前記患者データベースは患者集団に対する特徴セットに関連するデータを備えるサーバーと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記識別パルスは、前記血管信号に対して信号処理を行うことによって再構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号処理は、ノイズから前記血管信号をフィルタリングすることを備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号処理は、所定信頼区間外にあるパルスを除去することを備える、請求項2または3に記載のシステム。

- 前記測定器具は前記患者の体温を測定するための1つ以上の体温センサをさらに備え、前記信号セットは前記患者の体温測定値から由来する体温信号をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記ステップは前記体温信号によって体温信号特徴を判断することをさらに備え、前記特徴セットは前記体温信号特徴をさらに備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記血管信号は、前記血管活動測定値から得る容積脈波図または心電図から由来する、請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記血管センサは、容積脈波図または心電図をそれぞれ取得するためのパルスオキシメータセンサまたは心電図センサである、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記ステップは、前記患者の個人パラメータからのデータを前記患者データベースと比較することをさらに備える、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者によって入力された前記個人パラメータについて前記サーバーと通信するように構成された電子装置をさらに備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者リスク評価は、さらに前記個人パラメータからのデータを前記患者データベースとの比較を基づいて生成される、請求項15または16に記載のシステム。

前記識別パルス特徴を備える特徴セットからのデータを患者データベースと比較することと、
前記患者データベースとの比較結果に基づいた血管健康状態のリスク評価を生成することと備え、
前記患者データベースは患者集団に対する特徴セットに関連するデータを備える、方法。 - 前記識別パルスを再構成するための前記血管信号に対して信号処理を行うことをさらに備える、請求項20に記載の方法。
