Abstract
Description
導管装置10を鼻腔から食道に挿入する。外層部品14が膨縮していない状態で、別途に設置する気嚢の妨害がないため、導管装置10を鼻腔から食道にスムーズに挿入することができ、口腔から挿入する必要がない。導管装置10を食道に挿入した後、テープで鼻孔の外側に貼り付けて固定する。
患者の肛門から導管装置10を直腸まで挿入し、テープで肛門の外側に貼り付けて導管装置10を固定する。

Claims (14)
- 管状構造と、複数の流体流管構造と、複数の節点ユニットと、外層部品とを含む導管装置であって、
前記流体流管構造は、それぞれ近端方向と遠端方向を有し、前記管状構造の第1軸方向に沿って設けられており、
前記節点ユニットは、前記管状構造の前記第1軸方向に沿って並んで設けられ、隣接する2つの前記節点ユニットの間にセグメントが形成されたおり、
前記外層部品は、隣接する2つの節点ユニットの間に形成された前記セグメントが空間を形成するように、複数の前記節点ユニットを覆っていることを特徴とする導管装置。 - 前記導管装置は、複数の前記外層部品を有し、複数の前記外層部品は、隣接する2つの前記節点ユニットの間に形成された前記セグメントが空間を形成するように、それぞれ隣接する2つの前記節点ユニットで形成された前記セグメントを覆っていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記流体流管構造の数は4以上であり、前記節点ユニットの数は5以上であり、前記外層部品の数は4以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の導管装置。
- 前記複数の流体流管構造は、前記近端方向に制御素子を有し、前記制御素子は、前記流体流管構造の前記遠端方向に接続された前記外層部品を、前記セグメント位置でそれぞれ独立して膨張させるためのものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の導管装置。
- 前記複数の流体流管構造は、前記近端方向に複数の制御素子を有し、複数の前記制御素子は、それぞれ独立して前記複数の流体流管構造の前記近端方向に設けられ、前記制御素子は、前記流体流管構造の前記遠端方向に接続された前記外層部品を、前記セグメント位置でそれぞれ独立して膨張させるためのものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の導管装置。
- 前記節点ユニットは、中空柱体構造であり、その中空部位を介して前記管状構造が前記第1軸方向に沿って前記節点ユニットを通過し、前記中空柱体の柱壁には前記第1軸方向に沿って通路が設けられており、前記通路を介して前記流体流管構造が前記第1軸方向に沿って前記節点ユニットを通過することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の導管装置。
- 前記節点ユニットの前記中空柱体構造の外部に、接続リング部をさらに有し、前記外層部品は、前記接続リング部を介して前記節点ユニットに接続されることにより、隣接する2つの前記節点ユニットの間に形成された前記セグメントが密閉空間となることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の導管装置。
- 前記外層部品を前記接続リング部に係合させる外リング構造をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の導管装置。
- 前記節点ユニットは、中空柱体構造であり、その中空部位を介して前記管状構造が前記第1軸方向に沿って前記節点ユニットを通過し、前記中空柱体の柱壁には前記第1軸方向に沿って通路が設けられており、前記通路を介して前記流体流管構造が前記第1軸方向に沿って前記節点ユニットを通過し、前記節点ユニットの前記中空柱体構造の外部に、突出リング部をさらに有し、複数の前記外層部品は、前記第1軸方向に沿って隣接する2つの前記節点ユニットの前記突出リング部に接続されることにより、隣接する2つの前記節点ユニットの間に形成された前記セグメントが空間を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の導管装置。
- 少なくとも2つの前記流体流管構造の長さが異なることにより、複数の前記流体流管構造がそれぞれ異なる前記セグメントに接続されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の導管装置。
- 複数の前記流体流管構造にそれぞれ開口をさらに有し、前記開口は、それぞれ異なる前記セグメントに設けられることにより、異なる前記流体流管構造はそれぞれの前記開口を介して流体を異なる前記セグメントに輸送することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の導管装置。
- 後負荷治療装置と、
前記後負荷治療装置に接続された請求項1-11のいずれか1項に記載の導管装置と、
前記後負荷治療装置から前記導管装置の前記管状構造内に放出される放射線治療源と、を備えることを特徴とする近接照射治療システム。 - 腫瘍イメージング装置をさらに備え、
前記後負荷治療装置は、前記腫瘍イメージング装置に基づいて、前記放射線治療源を前記管状構造の前記セグメントにおけるどの位置に放出するかを決定することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の近接照射治療システム。 - 前記腫瘍イメージング装置は、X線イメージング、蛍光透視鏡、コンピュータ断層撮影、ポジトロン断層撮影、単一光子放出断層撮影及び磁気共鳴イメージングのうちの1種又は複数種を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の近接照射治療システム。
