Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 義肢ソケットにおいて、
a.近位の挿入開口部(3)、および断端を少なくとも部分的に包囲する内側円周と、
b.前記義肢ソケットに取付可能な義肢コンポーネントのための少なくとも1つの接合装置(4)と、
c.前記義肢ソケットの内側円周を変更可能である少なくとも1つのアクチュエータと、
d.制御装置(40)と結合された少なくとも1つのセンサ(30〜35)とを有しており、前記制御装置(40)は前記アクチュエータと接続されて、受信されたセンサ信号に依存してこれを作動化または不作動化させる、義肢ソケット。 - 前記アクチュエータはポンプ、スライド部材、レバー、引張手段のための巻付装置、拡張部材、伝動装置、形状記憶合金もしくは電場応答性高分子を活性化させるための駆動装置として、または切換可能な磁石として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 前記義肢ソケット(1)の遠位の端部領域には挿入された断端を検知するためのスイッチ、接触スイッチ、またはセンサが配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 支持部材(5,6,7,8)により断端に印加される圧力を検出するために少なくとも1つの内側に位置する圧力センサ(31,32,33)および/またはモータ電流センサ(44)が支持部材(5,6,7,8)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 前記制御装置はスイッチにより直接的に、ジェスチャー制御により、または遠隔制御により制御可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 少なくとも1つの前記センサは位置センサ、角度センサ、加速度センサ、慣性センサ、圧力センサ、またはスイッチとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 義肢ソケットにおいて、
a.近位の挿入開口部(3)、および断端を少なくとも部分的に包囲する内側円周と、
b.前記義肢ソケットに取付可能な義肢コンポーネントのための少なくとも1つの接合装置(4)と、
c.前記義肢ソケットの内側円周を変更可能である少なくとも1つのアクチュエータとを有している義肢ソケット。 - 前記アクチュエータは手動式またはモータ式に駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 前記義肢ソケットは断端をそれぞれの間に収容する少なくとも2つの支持部材(5,6,7,8)を有するように多部分で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 前記支持部材(5,6,7,8)は弾性的に構成または支承されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 前記支持部材(5,6,7,8)は円周方向で互いにオーバーラップするように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 前記義肢ソケットに前記アクチュエータにより変更可能な容積部が配置または構成され、これを通じて内側円周を変更可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 少なくとも1つの締付装置(11,12,13)が前記義肢ソケット(1)にその内側円周を変更するために配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 前記締付装置(11,12,13)は引張手段、空気圧式もしくは液圧式に駆動される拡張手段もしくは締付手段、長手方向スライド可能な拡張部材もしくは閉止部材、移動可能なリング、揺動部材、または代替可能な操作部材として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 前記締付装置(11,12,13)は鳩目(21)の中、通路の中、および/または少なくとも1つの方向転換ロール(22)の周りで案内されることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 複数の締付装置(11,12,13)は互いに独立して前記義肢ソケット(1)の近位・遠位方向に沿って配置されることを特徴とする、請求項13から15のいずれか1項に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 少なくとも1つの前記締付装置(11,12,13)は断端の円周方向で作用することを特徴とする、請求項13から16のいずれか1項に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 閉じた状態のとき断端に対して印加される圧着力(p)が近位方向に減少していくことを特徴とする、請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の義肢ソケット。
- 請求項1から6、および請求項1から6のうちいずれか1項を引用する請求項9から18のいずれか1項に記載の義肢ソケットの内側円周のフィッティングを制御する方法において、断端の事前設定された位置および/または断端に及ぼされる圧縮力が少なくとも1つのセンサによって検知されたときに自動的にアクチュエータが作動化または不作動化されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記義肢ソケット(1)を開くために支持部材(5,6,7,8)が前記アクチュエータ(41)によって互いに離れるように変位し、ソケット壁が離れるように引っ張られ、または円周変更のために前記支持部材(5,6,7,8)もしくは前記ソケット壁の弾性的な初期応力に抗して作用する締付装置(11,12,13)が締付解除されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記義肢ソケット(1)の支持部材(5,6,7,8)またはソケット壁が前記アクチュエータ(41)によって、またはその弾性的な挙動によって、拡張した位置から、初期位置に比べて縮小した内側円周を有する締め付けられる位置へと互いに近づくように変位することを特徴とする、請求項19または20に記載の方法。
- 義肢ソケットの内側円周をフィッティングする方法において、前記義肢ソケット(1)を開くために支持部材(5,6,7,8)がアクチュエータ(41)によって互いに離れるように変位し、ソケット壁が離れるように引っ張られ、または円周変更のために前記支持部材(5,6,7,8)もしくは前記ソケット壁の弾性的な初期応力に抗して作用する締付装置(11,12,13)が締付解除されることを特徴とする方法。
