Claims (12)
- 使用者の測定対象部位の表面に付着されて前記測定対象部位に対するインピーダンスデータを測定する複数のEIT電極を含むEIT電極部と、
前記使用者の測定対象部位に接触して生体信号をセンシングする感知部と、
前記測定されたインピーダンスデータに基づいて、前記測定対象部位に応じた生体組織の特性に対するインピーダンス断層映像情報を出力し、前記出力されたインピーダンス断層映像情報及び前記センシングされた生体信号に基づいて前記使用者の睡眠状態をモニタリングする睡眠モニタリング装置とを含む、睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記睡眠モニタリング装置は、
前記測定されたインピーダンスデータに基づいて、前記測定対象部位に応じた生体組織の特性を映像化して前記インピーダンス断層映像情報を出力する映像出力部と、
前記感知部からセンシングされた前記使用者の測定対象部位に対する血中酸素飽和度、音、姿勢、及び心電図のうちの少なくともいずれか1つを含む前記生体信号を分析する生体信号分析部と、
前記出力されたインピーダンス断層映像情報及び前記分析された生体信号を用いて、前記使用者の睡眠状態を検出する睡眠状態検出部と、
前記検出された睡眠状態に応じた診断情報を前記使用者に提供するように制御する制御部とを含む、請求項1に記載の睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記映像出力部は、
前記測定対象部位に付着された前記複数のEIT電極のうち、少なくとも1つの選択されたEIT電極対を介して複数の周波数範囲を有する電流を注入する電流注入モジュールと、
前記複数のEIT電極のうち選択されていないEIT電極対を介して前記注入される電流によって誘起された(induced)電圧を測定する電圧測定モジュールとを含む、請求項2に記載の睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記映像出力部は、
前記使用者の睡眠状態に応じて変化する前記電圧測定モジュールを介して測定された電圧に基づいて前記インピーダンスデータを測定するインピーダンス測定モジュールと、
前記測定されたインピーダンスデータに基づいて前記生体組織の特性を映像化して前記インピーダンス断層映像情報を生成するインピーダンス断層映像情報生成モジュールとをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記複数のEIT電極は、
フレキシブル(Flexible)な材質で構成されたベースプレートの一面に配列されて前記測定対象部位の表面に付着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記感知部は、
前記使用者の睡眠状態時に、前記測定対象部位に応じた動脈血の血中酸素飽和度信号を測定する血中酸素飽和度測定センサ、前記使用者の生理活性による音を感知する音感知センサ、前記使用者の動きを感知する姿勢測定センサ、及び前記測定対象部位に応じた心電図を測定する心電図測定センサのうちの少なくともいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記睡眠状態検出部は、
前記出力されたインピーダンス断層映像情報及び前記分析された生体信号による心電図モフォロジー(morphology)情報から、前記使用者の呼吸又は無呼吸の睡眠状態を検出することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記睡眠状態検出部は、
前記使用者の無呼吸の睡眠状態時に、前記出力されたインピーダンス断層映像情報及び前記分析された生体信号を用いて、閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸又は中枢性睡眠時無呼吸の睡眠状態を検出することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記睡眠状態検出部は、
前記出力されたインピーダンス断層映像情報及び前記分析された生体信号を用いて、前記使用者のレム睡眠(REM sleep)又はノンレム睡眠(non−REM sleep)の睡眠状態を検出することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記睡眠状態検出部は、
前記生体信号として心電図が測定されると、前記心電図から分析された心拍数及び前記出力されたインピーダンス断層映像情報を用いて、前記使用者の睡眠(sleep)又はウェイク(wake)の睡眠状態を検出することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記睡眠モニタリング装置は、
前記検出された睡眠状態、前記睡眠状態に応じた診断情報、及び前記出力されたインピーダンス断層映像情報のうちの少なくともいずれか1つを前記使用者にディスプレイして提供するユーザインタフェース部と、
前記睡眠状態に応じた診断情報を伝送する通信部とをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 使用者の測定対象部位の表面に付着された複数のEIT電極から測定される前記測定対象部位に対するインピーダンスデータに基づいて、前記測定対象部位に応じた生体組織の特性を映像化してインピーダンス断層映像情報を出力する映像出力部と、
前記使用者の測定対象部位に接触した感知部からセンシングされる前記使用者の測定対象部位に対する血中酸素飽和度、音、姿勢及び心電図のうちの少なくともいずれか1つを含む生体信号を分析する生体信号分析部と、
前記出力されたインピーダンス断層映像情報及び前記分析された生体信号を用いて、前記使用者の睡眠状態を検出する睡眠状態検出部と、
前記検出された使用者の睡眠状態に応じた診断情報を前記使用者に提供するように制御する制御部とを含む、睡眠時無呼吸モニタリングシステム。
