例えば、適切な水素センサは、パラジウム抵抗器を備え得る。このパラジウム抵抗器は、2つの金属コンタクトの間に堆積されたパラジウム膜から形成される。パラジウム膜は、パラジウム中の相転移に起因する水素暴露時の導電率の変化を示す。このようなパラジウム抵抗器は、1つ以上のガス感知部の1つとして配置され得、検出モジュールは、例えば、電流を抵抗に通すことによって抵抗器の電気的特性を測定するように構成され得る。
気密連結を実現するように構成されている第1の連結部と第2の連結部;及び
前記第1の連結部と前記第2の連結部との間の連結接合部に配置された1つ以上のガス感知部であって、前記1つ以上のガス感知部は、ガスが前記連結接合部に沿って通過するときに変化するように構成されており、前記圧力容器システムの前記1つ以上の検出モジュールは、前記連結接合部において前記1つ以上のガス感知部の変化を検出するようにさらに構成されている、1つ以上のガス感知部;
を備え、前記第1の連結部は、1つ以上のバルブ及び/またはパイプを介して前記圧力容器の内部に連結されている。
気密連結を実現するように構成された第1の連結部及び第2の連結部;、
前記第1の連結部と前記第2の連結部との間の連結接合部に配置された1つ以上のガス感知部であって、ガスが前記連結接合部に沿って通過するときに変化するように構成された1つ以上のガス感知部;及び、
前記1つ以上のガス感知部の変化を検出するように構成された1つ以上の検出モジュール;を備えている。各ガス感知部は、連結接合部に取り付けられる。一実施形態によれば、連結アセンブリは、第1の連結部品と第2の連結部品との間に配置されたシールをさらに備える。

・電気化学センサ(液体または固体電解質)、

Claims (15)
- 加圧ガスを貯蔵する圧力容器と、
圧力容器の漏出の可能性のある接合部において、ガスが前記漏出の可能性のある接合部に沿って通過する際に変化するように構成された1つ以上のガス感知部であって、前記漏出の可能性のある接合部は、前記圧力容器内の接合部分である、1つ以上のガス感知部と、
前記1つ以上のガス感知部の変化を検出するように構成された1つ以上の検出モジュールと、
を含むことを特徴とする圧力容器システム。 - 前記漏出の可能性のある接合部は:
互いに接触している前記圧力容器の圧力容器本体の2つの層間の接合部、
前記圧力容器の前記圧力容器本体の2つの一体化された部品間の連結接合部、
圧力容器の一体化された部品と圧力容器本体の層との間の連結接合部、
のうちのいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力容器システム。 - 前記圧力容器は、圧力容器本体と、前記圧力容器本体の開口部に設けられた機能部と、を備え、前記開口部の縁部と前記機能部との間にシールが設けられており、前記1つ以上のガス感知部のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記開口部を通るガス流を参照して、前記シールの下流に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧力容器システム。
- 前記圧力容器本体は、2つの丸い端部を有する細長い略円筒形の本体であり、前記機能部は、前記端部の1つの開口部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力容器システム。
- 前記開口部は、前記圧力容器の略円筒形壁部によって画定さられており、前記機能部は、前記開口部に挿入された対応する略円筒形部分を備え、
前記1つ以上のガス感知部のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記機能部の前記略円筒形部分と前記略円筒形壁部の内側との間の接合部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の圧力容器システム。 - 前記開口部は、前記圧力容器の外向きに突出する略円筒形壁部によって画定され、前記開口部を画定する前記略円筒形壁部の周囲にボスが配置されており、前記1つ以上のガス感知部のうちの少なくとも1つは、ボスの接合部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2、3または4に記載の圧力容器システム。
- 前記1つ以上のガス感知部のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記シールに取り付けられるか、または前記シールに一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器システム。
- 前記圧力容器は、液体石油ガス(LPG)、水素、圧縮天然ガス(CNG)、アンモニアのうちのいずれか1つを貯蔵するように構成されており、前記圧力容器は、2バールより大きい圧力に耐えるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器システム。
- 前記圧力容器は、ライナーと、前記ライナーの周囲に配置された補強層と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器システム。
- 前記ライナーは、開口部を画定する外向きに延びる円筒形壁部を備え、前記円筒形壁部の周りにボスが配置され、前記ボスは前記補強層によって部分的に覆われ、前記1つ以上のガス感知部の少なくとも1つが、前記ボスと前記補強層との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の圧力容器システム。
- 前記ライナーが、前記圧力容器の内部に向かって内向きに突出する略円筒形壁部を備え、ボス・アダプタが前記略円筒形壁部内に配置され、前記ボス・アダプタは、第1の略円筒形部分と第2の略円筒形部分とを備え、前記第1の略円筒形部分は、前記開口部に挿入されており、前記第2の略円筒形部分は、前記開口部から外向きに延在しており、
前記補強層は、第2の略円筒形部分を少なくとも部分的に覆い、前記1つ以上のガス感知部のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記第2の略円筒形部分と前記補強層との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の圧力容器システム。 - 前記1つ以上のガス感知部のうちの少なくとも1つが、
・カーボンナノチューブ、
・カーボンブラック、
・カーボンナノチューブまたはカーボンブラックを含む高分子材料、
・ナノチューブゲル、
・超吸収性ゲル、
・溶媒としてのイオン性液体を有する重合ゲル
・触媒ビーズ「ペリスタ」、
・ロジウム、パラジウム、白金、ウラン、ランタニド及びレア土質材料から選択される1つ以上の金属、
のうちのいずれか1つを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器システム。 - 前記1つ以上の検出モジュールのうちの少なくとも1つが、前記1つ以上のガス感知部のうちの少なくとも1つに、電気ワイヤまたは光学ワイヤを介して連結されており、かつ/または、前記1つ以上の検出モジュールの少なくとも1つが、前記圧力容器内の第1の部分と、前記圧力容器の外の第2の部分と、を備え、前記第1の部分は、前記第2の部分と無線で通信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器システム。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器システムを備える車両システムであって、連結アセンブリが、
気密連結を実現するように構成されている第1の連結部と第2の連結部;及び
前記第1の連結部と前記第2の連結部との間の連結接合部に配置された1つ以上のガス感知部であって、前記1つ以上のガス感知部は、ガスが前記連結接合部に沿って通過するときに変化するように構成されており、前記圧力容器システムの前記1つ以上の検出モジュールは、前記連結接合部において前記1つ以上のガス感知部の変化を検出するようにさらに構成されている、1つ以上のガス感知部;
を備え、
前記第1の連結部は、1つ以上のバルブ及び/またはパイプを介して前記圧力容器の内部に連結されていることを特徴とする車両システム。 - 気密連結を実現するように構成された第1の連結部及び第2の連結部;、
前記第1の連結部と前記第2の連結部との間の連結接合部に配置された1つ以上のガス感知部であって、ガスが前記連結接合部に沿って通過するときに変化するように構成された1つ以上のガス感知部;及び、
前記1つ以上のガス感知部の変化を検出するように構成された1つ以上の検出モジュール;
を備えることを特徴とする連結アセンブリ。
