Description
a)結合剤および難燃剤を含む織りガラス繊維ウェブを供給する工程;
b)織りガラス繊維ウェブに導電性カーボン粒子を含浸させる工程;
c)含浸された織りガラス繊維ウェブを、熱蒸着またはスパッタリングであり得る真空蒸着によって金属導電性層でコーティングする工程。

Claims (11)
- 導電性カーボン粒子(6)が含浸された、結合剤(4)および難燃性化合物(5)を含む織りガラス繊維ウェブ(2)を含む、非導電性の遮水層の下に適用するための導電性多層材料(1)であって、織りガラス繊維ウェブ(2)の一方の面は、真空蒸着によって金属導電性層(10)でコーティングされている導電性多層材料(1)。
- 金属導電性層(10)は、アルミニウム、銅、アルミニウム−銅合金、銀、金、スズ、クロム、鉄、モリブデン、ニオビウム、ニッケル、ニッケル−クロム合金、パラジウム、白金、シリコン、タンタル、チタンおよびステンレススチールを含む金属群から選択される金属層である、請求項1に記載の導電性多層材料(1)。
- 導電性カーボン粒子(6)は、カーボンブラック、グラファイトおよびカーボンナノチューブを含む導電性カーボン群から選択される、請求項1に記載の導電性多層材料(1)。
- 結合剤(4)は、ビニルポリマー、好ましくはポリビニルアセテート(PVA)である、請求項1に記載の導電性多層材料(1)。
- 難燃性化合物(5)は、有機亜鉛化合物である、請求項1に記載の導電性多層材料(1)。
- 金属導電性層(10)は、ニッケル層または亜鉛層(11)などの耐腐食性層(11)で、両側の面からコーティングされる、請求項1〜5に記載の導電性多層材料(1)。
- 前記導電性多層材料(1)は、ポリビニルアセテート(PVA)(4)および有機亜鉛化合物(5)を含み、導電性カーボンブラック粒子(6)で含浸されている織りガラス繊維ウェブ(2)を含み、織りガラス繊維ウェブ(2)の前記一方の面は、熱蒸着手段によってアルミニウム層(10)でコーティングされ、また前記アルミニウム層(10)は両側からニッケル層(11)でコーティングされる、請求項1〜6に記載の導電性多層材料(1)。
- 織りガラス繊維ウェブ(2)は、熱蒸着またはスパッタリング手段によって金属導電性層(10)でコーティングされる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の導電性多層材料(1)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の導電性多層材料(1)の製造方法であって、その方法は、以下の工程:
a)結合剤(4)および難燃剤(5)を含む織りガラス繊維ウェブ(2)を供給する工程;
b)織りガラス繊維ウェブ(2)に導電性カーボン粒子(6)を含浸させる工程;
c)含浸された織りガラス繊維ウェブ(2)を真空蒸着によって金属導電性層(10)でコーティングする工程
を含む方法。 - 工程c)の前に、含浸された織りガラス繊維ウェブ(2)を真空蒸着によってニッケル層(11)でコーティングし、工程c)の後に、コーティングされた織りガラス繊維ウェブ(2)を真空蒸着によってニッケル層(11)で再びコーティングする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 真空蒸着は、熱蒸着またはスパッタリングである、請求項10に記載の方法。
