Claims (16)
- 自己拡張型の体内プロテーゼのためのリリースシステムであって、
カテーテルと、
外部拘束力の下において第1の体積収縮形状を有し、前記外部拘束力が除去された後に配置位置において第2の拡張形状をとり、かつ前記カテーテル内に移動可能に配される体内プロテーゼ(2)と、
前記体内プロテーゼ(2)を保持する手段(6、7)と、
前記体内プロテーゼ(2)上に前記外部拘束力を印加するのに適した手段と、
を含み、
前記体内プロテーゼ(2)上に前記外部拘束力を印加する前記手段が、管状フィルム(3)であり、該管状フィルム(3)の遠位端(4)は、体積収縮形状にある前記体内プロテーゼ(2)を包囲し、該管状フィルム(3)の近位端(5)は、該管状フィルム(3)が前記体内プロテーゼ(2)から退避させられそれにより前記外部拘束力を除去することを可能となすように、前記カテーテルの近位端の方向へと延在している、
ことを特徴とするリリースシステム。 - 前記管状フィルム(3)が、その遠位端(4)を以て前記体内プロテーゼ(2)と接触し、前記体内プロテーゼ(2)の遠位端の方向へと延在し、前記体内プロテーゼ(2)の遠位端において該管状フィルム(3)自体の上に折り返され、前記体内プロテーゼ(2)に沿って、前記カテーテルの近位端の方向へと戻ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記管状フィルム(3)の前記遠位端(4)が、前記体内プロテーゼ(2)の近位端上に寄り添っていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記体内プロテーゼ(2)が血管ステントであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3いずれか1項に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記ステント(2)が抹消用ステントであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記管状フィルム(3)に、目打ち線またはスロット(9)が付与されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5いずれか1項に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記目打ち線またはスロット(9)が、少なくとも1つの長手方向線に沿って配されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記管状フィルム(3)が、医療上不適当でないプラスチック材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から7いずれか1項に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記管状フィルム(3)がPTFEからなることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記カテーテルに、遠位領域において目打ち線が付与されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9いずれか1項に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記カテーテルおよび/または前記管状フィルム(3)および/または前記体内プロテーゼ(2)が、親水性コーティングを有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記カテーテルに、洗い流しデバイスが付与されていることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記カテーテル内において前記体内プロテーゼ(2)を保持する前記手段(6、7)が、前記管状フィルム(3)内に配された押出部材であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12いずれか1項に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記カテーテル内において前記体内プロテーゼ(2)を保持する前記手段(6、7)が、前記体内プロテーゼ(2)に取外し可能な態様で取り付けられた押出部材であって、前記管状フィルム(3)内において延在する押出部材であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12いずれか1項に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記押出部材(6、7)が、前記配置位置において前記体内プロテーゼ(2)がリリースされた際に接続解除されるように、前記管状フィルム(3)を介して自動リリースする態様で前記体内プロテーゼ(2)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のリリースシステム。
- 前記押出部材(6、7)がチューブまたはホースであることを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載のリリースシステム。
