金属プレートB:ステンレス鋼プレート、グレードSUS 304(オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼材料)、測定18mm×45mm×1.6mm;約60℃において5分間の金属清浄剤による脱脂、約60℃において約3分間の10%硫酸によるエッチング、40℃において約3分間の3%の過酸化水素による硬化および90℃において5分間の15分間の乾燥を含むプロセスによって前処理された。
sc−PPA−Aをベースとする8種のポリアミド組成物を表1の比較実験A〜Cおよび実施例I〜Vの配合に従って調製した。sc−PPA−Bをベースとする2種のポリアミド組成物を表2の比較実験Dおよび実施例VIの配合に従って調製した。調製は、標準的な配合状態を使用する二軸押出機で実行された。
140℃においてモールドセット中に金属プレートを入れ、ポリアミド組成物の融解温度より20℃高い融解温度において射出成形機からポリアミド組成物を注入した後、金属プレートをオーバーモールドすることにより、試験サンプルを調製した。
170℃においてモールドセット中に金属プレートを入れ、360℃の融解温度において射出成形機からポリアミド組成物を注入した後、金属プレートをオーバーモールドすることにより、試験サンプルを調製した。
プラスチック−金属アセンブリ中の接着境界面の結合強さ法は、23℃および10mm/分の伸張速度においてISO19095による方法によって測定された。結果を表1および2に含める。
Claims (11)
- ナノモールド技術(NMT)による金属表面上でのプラスチックオーバーモールドによってプラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品を製造するプロセスであって、
i)ナノサイズ寸法の表面不整を有する表面領域を有する金属基体を提供するステップ;
ii)ポリアミド組成物を提供するステップ;
iii)前記金属基体の前記表面不整を有する前記表面領域の少なくとも一部上に前記ポリアミド組成物を直接成形することにより、前記金属基体上にプラスチック構造を形成するステップ
を含み、前記ポリアミド組成物が、
a.半結晶質半芳香族ポリアミド、および
b.非晶質半芳香族ポリアミド
を含む、プロセス。 - 前記金属基体が打ち抜きシート金属基体である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属基体が、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、チタン、チタン合金、鉄、鋼、マグネシウムおよびマグネシウム合金からなる群から選択される材料から形成される、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。

を含み、前記重量パーセント(wt.%)が前記組成物の全重量に対するものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。 - 前記ポリアミド組成物が、
a.30〜60wt.%の前記半結晶質半芳香族ポリアミド;
b.10〜30wt.%の前記非晶質半芳香族ポリアミド;および
c.5〜60wt.%の繊維補強剤もしくは充てん剤またはそれらの組合せ
を含み、前記重量パーセント(wt.%)が前記ポリアミド組成物の前記全重量に対するものである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。 - 前記ポリアミド組成物が、
a.30〜60wt.%の前記半結晶質半芳香族ポリアミド;
b.10〜30wt.%の前記非晶質半芳香族ポリアミド;
c.10〜60wt.%の繊維補強剤もしくは充てん剤またはそれらの組合せ;
d.0.1〜20wt.%の少なくとも1種の他の成分
からなり、前記重量パーセントwt,%が前記組成物の前記全重量に対するものである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。 - ナノサイズ寸法の表面不整を有する表面領域を有する金属部品に結合されたプラスチック材料を含むプラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品であって、前記プラスチック材料が、
a.半結晶質半芳香族ポリアミド、および
b.非晶質半芳香族ポリアミド
を含むポリアミド組成物である、プラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスによって得ることができる、請求項8に記載のプラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品。
- 前記ポリアミド組成物が、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成を有する、請求項8または9に記載のプラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品。
- 23℃および10mm/分の伸張速度においてISO19095による方法によって測定されて40〜70MPaの範囲の前記金属部品および前記プラスチック材料間の結合力を有する、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品。
