Claims (9)
- 内部空間を規定するフレームと、該内部空間においてコイルが巻回されたボビンが該フレームに固定されるボイスコイルと、該コイルの軸線方向に沿って該内部空間に配置され該フレームに両端が支持される軸部材と、該軸部材に対して摺動可能に配置されて、かつ、該コイルがその磁気空隙に配置される磁気回路と、該内部空間において該軸線方向に沿った該磁気回路の一端側と該フレームの一端側との間に配置される圧縮コイルバネと、を備え、
該圧縮コイルバネが、山部および谷部を交互に等間隔に有する板状鋼線を該軸部材の周方向に螺旋状に多重に巻回し、かつ、該軸線方向において該山部と該谷部とが接触するように構成されているコイルドウェーブスプリングである、
加振器。 - 前記磁気回路の他端側と前記フレームの他端側との間に配置される他の前記コイルドウェーブスプリングをさらに備える、
請求項1に記載の加振器。 - 前記コイルドウェーブスプリングが、それぞれその自然長よりも短くなるように付勢されて圧縮された状態で取り付けられている、

請求項1から3に記載の加振器。 - 前記磁気回路が、前記軸部材が貫通する貫通孔を有するヨークと、該軸部材が貫通する貫通孔を有して該ヨークに取り付けられるマグネットと、該軸部材が貫通する貫通孔を有して該マグネットに取り付けられて該ヨークとの間に前記磁気空隙を形成するプレートと、を有する、
請求項1から4に記載の加振器。 - 前記磁気回路の前記ヨークが、前記軸線方向における該磁気回路の最大厚み寸法D1よりも小さい厚み寸法D2を有し、かつ、該軸線方向と直交する周方向の外側に突出するように形成されるフランジ部をさらに備え、前記コイルドウェーブスプリングが該フランジ部に固定される、
請求項5に記載の加振器。 - 前記磁気回路の前記ヨークが、前記軸線方向における該磁気回路の最大厚み寸法D1よりも小さい厚み寸法D3を有し、かつ、該軸線方向と直交する周方向の内側であって前記貫通孔の内側に突出するように形成されるフランジ部をさらに備え、前記コイルドウェーブスプリングが該フランジ部に固定される、
請求項5に記載の加振器。 - 前記磁気回路の前記ヨークが、外径を規定する外径側面に前記軸線方向と直交する周方向に沿って形成される溝を有し、
該溝に嵌合する止め輪部材をさらに備え、
前記コイルドウェーブスプリングが該ヨークの該溝に嵌合して固定される該止め輪部材に固定される、
請求項5に記載の加振器。 - 前記磁気回路の前記ヨークが、外径を規定する外径側面に前記軸線方向と直交する周方向に沿って形成される溝を有し、
前記コイルドウェーブスプリングが、内径方向へ突出するように形成された止め輪部を有し、該止め輪部が該ヨークの該溝に嵌合して固定される、
