Abstract
Description
被取付体における挿入穴に圧入されて変形し、変形による反力により挿入穴の表面導体と電気的に接続される圧入端子であって、
棒状部(110)と、
棒状部の端部に設けられ、挿入穴に挿入されると変形する変形部(120)と、を含み、
変形部は、変形部の先端部と端部との間が膨らんだ形状をなしており、
先端部と端部との間に設けられた周辺よりも変形方向に窪んだ凹部(121)と、
凹部の先端部側における表面との境界であり、なす角が直角あるいは鈍角の前方境界部(124、124a〜124d)と、
凹部の端部側と表面との境界であり、曲面形状の後方境界部(125、125a〜125d)と、を備えていることを特徴とする。
図1、図2、図3、図4を用いて、本実施形態のプレスフィット端子100に関して説明する。プレスフィット端子100は、圧入端子に相当する。本実施形態では、一例として、プレスフィット端子100を備えた電子装置を用いて説明する。しかしながら、本開示は、これに限定されず、プレスフィット端子100は、電子装置以外に適用することもできる。
図5を用いて、第2実施形態のプレスフィット端子101に関して説明する。図5は、図3の側面図に相当する。なお、本実施形態では、凹部121の形状が上記実施形態と異なるが便宜的に同じ符号を採用している。この凹部121の符号に関しては、以下の実施形態でも同様である。
図6、図7を用いて、第3実施形態のプレスフィット端子102に関して説明する。図6は、図4の断面図に相当する。
図8を用いて、第4実施形態のプレスフィット端子103に関して説明する。図8は、図3の側面図に相当する。
図9、図10を用いて、第5実施形態のプレスフィット端子104に関して説明する。図9は、図3の側面図に相当する。
Claims (8)
- 被取付体における挿入穴に圧入されて変形し、変形による反力により前記挿入穴の表面導体と電気的に接続される圧入端子であって、
棒状部(110)と、
前記棒状部の端部に設けられ、前記挿入穴に挿入されると変形する変形部(120)と、を含み、
前記変形部は、前記変形部の先端部と前記端部との間が膨らんだ形状をなしており、
前記先端部と前記端部との間に設けられた周辺よりも変形方向に窪んだ凹部(121)と、
前記凹部の前記先端部側における前記変形部の表面との境界であり、なす角が直角あるいは鈍角の前方境界部(124、124a〜124d)と、
前記凹部の前記端部側と前記表面との境界であり、曲面形状の後方境界部(125、125a〜125d)と、を備えている圧入端子。 - 前記前方境界部は、前記挿入穴に圧入する方向である挿入方向と不一致となる方向に延びている請求項1に記載の圧入端子。
- 前記前方境界部は、前記変形部の前記表面導体との接触領域(A1、A2)における前記変形方向の最大幅部(P1)よりも前記端部側に設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の圧入端子。
- 少なくとも前記変形部は、前記表面が錫合金を含んでいる請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の圧入端子。
- 前記前方境界部は、前記先端部側に突となる屈曲部を含んでいる請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の圧入端子。
- 前記変形部は、第1変形部(1201)と第2変形部(1202)の二股に別れており、
前記第1変形部に設けられた前記前方境界部である第1前方境界部と、前記第2変形部に設けられた前記前方境界部である第2前方境界部は、前記挿入穴に圧入する方向である挿入方向と不一致となる方向に延びており、且つ、前記挿入方向に対して互いに異なる方向に傾斜している請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の圧入端子。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の前記圧入端子と、
前記被取付体としての回路基板(10)と、を備えた電子装置。 - 前記回路基板に設けられた前記挿入穴の前記表面導体は、銅又は錫を主体とする成分で構成されている請求項7に記載の電子装置。
