Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Here, as shown in FIG. 2, a case where the floor 1 is applied to a simple structure Y such as a deck or a terrace installed adjacent to the outer wall X of the building is shown. Since the floor covering 10 constituting the present invention is attached to at least one side of the front girder 3 or the joist 4, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. The case where it attaches to the girder 3 side is shown, the front girder 3 side (the side from which the floor 1 protrudes) is one side, and the joisting 4 side (building side) is the other side. Further, the left-right direction is determined when the simple structure Y is viewed from one side.

The simple structure Y has pillars 2a, 2a on one side with an interval from the outer wall X, and frame standings 2b, 2b on the other side in contact with the outer wall X. A floor 1 is provided between the frame stands 2b. As shown in FIG. 3, the floor 1 has a front girder 3 attached in the left-right direction between the pillars 2a and 2a, and a joist hung fixed in the outer wall X and attached in the left-right direction between the frame stand 2b and 2b. 4 and a girder 5 and 5 attached between the pillar 2a and the frame stand 2b. The front girder 3 is supported by the bundle pillar 2c at the intermediate portion between the pillars 2a and 2a. Further, an intermediate portion between the front girder 3 and the joist 4 is provided with a large pull 9 extending in the left-right direction, and the large pull 9 is supported by a plurality of bundle pillars 2c, 2c. A plurality of joists 6, 6... Are installed between the front girders 3 and the joists 4 so as to be orthogonal to the large pull 9. As shown in FIGS. Are laid in the protruding width direction of the floor 1 with the longitudinal direction being the left-right direction. A floor material adjusting material 7 is attached between the floor material 8 arranged at the end on one side and the front beam 3 with the longitudinal direction being the left-right direction. Three floor coverings 10, 11, and 11 are attached from above so as to cover the gap between the front beam 3 and the floor material adjusting material 7 and the gap between the girder 5 and the floor material 8.

As shown in FIG. 1, the front beam 3 is a hollow member having a substantially rectangular cross section that is attached to one side of the floor 1 and extends in the left-right direction. A support portion 3a is provided along the longitudinal direction on the other side surface of the front girder 3, and a floor covering attaching portion 3b is provided above the support portion 3a. The support portion 3a and the floor material cover mounting portion 3b extend toward the other side, the support portion 3a supports the joist 6, and the floor material cover 10 is screwed to the floor material cover mounting portion 3b.

The joist 4 extends in parallel with the front girder 3 and is a girder having a U-shaped cross section that is attached to the outer wall X on the other side of the floor 1 and has an opening facing one side. A support portion 4a is provided at the lower end of one side surface of the joist hook 4, and a cover portion 4b is provided at the upper end of the side surface. The support part 4a and the cover part 4b are extended toward one side, the support part 4a supports the joist 6, and the cover part 4b is in contact with the upper surface of the flooring 8 disposed at the other side end part. .

The draw 9 is a hollow material having a substantially rectangular cross section provided according to the width of the floor 1, and extends in the left-right direction at an intermediate portion between the front girder 3 and the joist 4. The large pull 9 is supported by the bundle pillar 2 c, and the upper surface of the large pull 9 supports the joist 6.

The joist 6 is a hollow member having a substantially rectangular cross section that extends substantially orthogonally to the front beam 3, the joist hook 4 and the large pull 9, and a plurality of joists 6, 6,... It is erected between the racks 4. A plurality of flooring materials 8 are laid on the upper surface of the joists 6 so as to be orthogonal to the joists 6 in the widthwise direction of the floor 1 with the longitudinal direction being the left-right direction. Each is screwed from above via a letter-shaped flooring fixture 82. Further, a floor material adjusting material 7 is screwed on the upper surface of the joist 6 from above.

The flooring 8 is a plate having a hollow portion and extending in the left-right direction, and is laid between the end beams 5 and 5. The flooring 8 is fixed onto the joist 6 by screwing the flooring fixtures 81 and 82 to the joists 6 to be engaged with the lateral ends of the flooring 8.

As shown in FIG. 4, the floor material adjusting material 7 is a member having a hollow portion 77 and extending in the left-right direction. The longitudinal direction is substantially the same length as the flooring 8, but the width in the short direction is shorter than the flooring 8. The floor material adjusting material 7 includes overlapping margins 71 and 72, wall portions 75 and 76, and screwing portions 73. Specifically, the two wall portions 75 and 76 are erected with an interval between one side and the other side, and a hollow portion 77 is formed between the two wall portions 75 and 76. Overlapping margins 71 and 72 extending toward the other side are formed at the upper ends of the wall portions 75 and 76. Since the overlap portions 71 and 72 are formed with stepped portions 74 in the left-right direction, the overlap margin 72 on the other side is higher than the overlap margin 71 on the one side. The upper surface of the overlap margin 71 on one side is substantially flush with the upper surface of the flooring 8. The lower surface of the overlap margin 72 on the other side is in contact with and overlaps the overlap margin 71 on one side of the adjacent floor material adjustment material 7 or the upper surface of the floor material 8. Moreover, the screwing part 73 extended toward one side is formed in the lower end of wall part 75,76. The screwing portion 73 is in contact with the upper surface of the joist 6 and is screwed to the joist 6 from above. Since the screwing portion 73 is housed below the overlapping margins 71 and 72 of the adjacent floor material adjusting material 7 or the floor material cover 10, the screw for fixing the floor material adjusting material 7 to the joist 6 is not visible in appearance, and the design Good sex.
An example of using the floor material adjusting material 7 will be described. For example, as shown to Fig.5 (a), when the space | interval of the flooring 8 arrange | positioned at one side edge part and the front girder 3 is wide, the flooring adjustment material 7 adjacent to the overlap margin 72 of the other side is shown. The width of the overlapping portion 71 on one side or the end portion of the flooring 8 is reduced, and the space between the flooring adjustment materials 7 can be adjusted widely. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), when the space between the floor material 8 arranged at the one side end and the front beam 3 is narrow, the floor material adjusting material 7 adjacent to the overlap margin 72 on the other side. It is possible to adjust by increasing the overlapping width 71 on one side or the end portion of the floor material 8 and narrowing the interval between the floor material adjusting materials 7. In this way, not only the number of floor material adjusting members 7 but also the width of overlapping overlaps 71 and 72 can be adjusted to cope with floors 1 having various exit widths.

The floor coverings 10 and 11 are long members having a substantially T-shaped cross section. The floor material cover 10 extending in the left-right direction is attached from above to at least one side of the front girder 3 or the joist hook 4 and closes the gap between the floor material adjusting material 7 and the front girder 3 or the joist hook 4. Further, the floor covering 11 extending in the floor width direction is attached to the left and right end girders 5 and 5 from above, and closes the gap between the end of the floor member 8 in the longitudinal direction and the end girders 5. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, one flooring cover 10 is attached so as to close the gap between the flooring adjustment material 7 disposed at one end and the front beam 3 from above. It is screwed to the floor material cover mounting portion 3b of the girder 3 from above. Two floor coverings 11 and 11 are attached so as to block the gap between the left and right girder 5 and 5 and the flooring 8 from above. Stopped. The upper surface of the floor material cover 10 is substantially flush with the upper surface of the other side overlap margin 72 of the floor material adjustment material 7, and the lower surface of the other side end portion of the floor material cover 10 is one side overlap margin 71 of the floor material adjustment material 7. Abuts the top surface of the plate. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the one side overlap margin 71 of the floor material adjusting material 7 arranged at one end is provided below the other end of the floor cover 10 attached to the front girder 3. It can be stored.

Next, the construction procedure of the floor 1 of the present invention will be described.
First, the joist 4 is fixed to the outer wall X of the building. Then, the frame verticals 2 b and 2 b are attached to the left and right ends of the joist hook 4 and fixed to the outer wall X. The front girder 3 is screwed to the column 2a and the bundle column 2c arranged on one side with a space from the outer wall X, and the end girder 5 is screwed between the frame stand 2b and the column 2a. A large pull 9 extending in the left-right direction is screwed to an intermediate portion between the front girder 3 and the joist hook 4. When the joists 6, 6... Are screwed between the front girders 3 and the joists 4, the frame of the floor 1 is completed. Next, the flooring 8 is laid on the joists 6. As shown in FIG. 6A, the flooring 8 is laid sequentially from the joisting 4 side (the other side) with the longitudinal direction being the left-right direction. As shown in FIG. 6 (b), the flooring 8 has a substantially T-shaped flooring fixture 81 that is screwed in the longitudinal direction at both ends in the short direction so that the flooring fixture 81 is fixed. It is fixed to joist 6 through. The flooring 8 disposed at one end is fixed to the joists 6 by a substantially Z-shaped flooring fixture 82. Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the floor material adjusting material 7 is placed on the floor material 8 side at an appropriate number and an appropriate interval according to the distance between the floor material 8 arranged at one end portion and the front girder 3. Screwed sequentially from the other side. Finally, as shown in FIG. 8, three places are provided so as to cover the gap between the front girder 3 and the floor material adjusting material 7 and the gap between the girder 5, 5 and the longitudinal end of the floor material 8. The floor coverings 10, 11, 11 are screwed from above to complete the floor 1.

Next, another embodiment of the floor of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
Here, the case where the floor covering 10 extending in the left-right direction is attached to the joist hanging 4 side is shown, the joist hanging 4 side being one side and the front beam 3 side being the other side. The configuration of each member is the same as that of the above-described embodiment. The flooring 8 is laid in order from the other side, and the flooring adjusting material 7 is screwed between the flooring 8 attached to the end of the one side and the joist 4. Then, the gap between the front girder 3 and the flooring 8 disposed at the other end, and the gap between the flooring adjusting material 7 attached to the one end and the joist 4 are covered from above. In addition, each floor covering 10 is screwed from above. The flooring cover 10 screwed to the joist 4 is in contact with the upper surface of the one side overlap allowance 71 of the flooring adjusting material 7 arranged at the other end at the other end, and the front girder 3 The floor cover 10 that is screwed to the floor is in contact with the upper surface of the floor 8 that has one end located on the other end.

According to the floor 1 configured as described above, the overlap margins 71 and 72 of the floor material adjusting material 7 overlap with the adjacent floor material adjusting material 7 or the floor material 8, so that the width can be adjusted by the floor material adjusting material 7. It is excellent in workability. Further, the floor material cover 10 extending in the left-right direction is attached to at least one side of the front girder 3 or joist 4 from above, and the floor material adjusting material 7 is also screwed to one side. Since the screwing portion 73 of the floor material adjusting material 7 is exposed and the floor material adjusting material 7 and the floor material 8 can be sequentially removed from one side, it is easy to replace these members. Good maintainability.
A screwing portion 73 extending toward one side is formed at the lower part of the floor material adjusting material 7, and the screwing portion 73 is in contact with the joist 6. Attachment of the material adjusting material 7 to the joist 6 is easy. Further, the floor material adjusting material 7 has two wall portions 75 and 76 which are provided upright on one side and the other side, and extends toward the other side at the upper ends of the wall portions 75 and 76. Overlap margins 71 and 72 are formed, and screwing portions 73 extending toward one side are formed at the lower ends of the wall portions 75 and 76. With this configuration, when the overlap margin 72 on the other side overlaps the overlap margin 71 on the one side, it is positioned above the hollow portion 77, so that the strength of the floor material adjusting material 7 can be ensured. In addition, even if the adjacent floor material adjusting materials 7 are separated as much as possible in the range where the overlapping allowances 71 and 72 overlap, the screws for fixing the floor material adjusting material 7 to the joists 6 are not visible, so that the design is good.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the floor material cover and the floor material adjusting material may be attached to both the front beam side and the joisting side. It can be applied to floors of any size, front, back, left, and right, and the presence or absence of overdrawing, the number of bundle pillars, the flooring material, and the number of flooring adjustment materials can be appropriately determined according to the size. Further, the use is not limited to a floor of a simple structure such as a deck or a terrace, but can be widely applied as a floor of various structures.
