Abstract
Description
米国特許4,127,389号は、高温加熱流体からの熱を複数のチューブ内を流れるプロセス流体に伝達する交換器リアクタに関する。この交換器リアクタは、一般に円筒状の中空シェル組立体と、中空シェル組立体にマウントされるチューブバンドル組立体であって、中空シェル組立体と連携して、加熱流体をシェル入口チャンバ→主要シェル加熱チャンバ→シェル出口チャンバ→外部に移動させるシェル入口チャンバ、主要シェル加熱チャンバおよびシェル出口チャンバを提供するチューブバンドル組立体と、を備える。
米国特許出願公開第2012/298552号は、ディレードコーキング装置内で原油をすべて熱分解させるディレードコーキングプロセスに関し、原油供給流はすべて、炉内で480℃〜530℃の範囲のコーキング温度に加熱される。
米国特許出願公開第2010/025221号は、蒸留プロセスを含む、原油を5つの生成物流に分離するステップに関し、これによって、原油と同様の混合物とを分離するエネルギーの消費量が低減される。
Claims (7)
- 原油塔入口、減圧塔入口、接触改質装置入口、コーカー入口、熱分解装置入口および水素化分解装置入口の群から選択される、製油プロセスからの1つまたは複数の流れの加熱方法であって、
水蒸気分解装置充填ガス、プロパン脱水素化充填ガスおよびブタン脱水素化充填ガスの群から選択される石油化学プロセスからの1つまたは複数の流れ由来の熱を、熱交換器内で製油プロセスからの1つまたは複数の流れに伝達して、1つまたは複数の加熱流を得るステップを備え、
熱交換する前記ステップの前の、石油化学プロセスからの1つまたは複数の流れの温度は、製油プロセスからの1つまたは複数の流れの温度より高いことを特徴とする方法。 - 原油塔入口は、熱交換器内で水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの熱が伝達されることによって加熱される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱するステップは、さらに、水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの熱を伝達した後に、前記原油塔入口を原油加熱炉内でさらに加熱するステップを備える請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱するステップは、さらに、水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの熱を伝達する前に、前記原油塔入口を原油加熱炉内でさらに加熱するステップを備える請求項2に記載の方法。
- 減圧塔入口は、熱交換器内で前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの熱を伝達されることによって加熱され、加熱された減圧塔入口流れが得られる請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項または複数に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器の入口での温度、すなわち石油化学プロセスからの1つまたは複数の流れの温度は、少なくとも10℃であり、好適には少なくとも50℃であり、前記熱交換器の出口での温度、すなわち製油プロセスからの1つまたは複数の流れの温度より高い請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項または複数に記載の方法。
- 前記石油化学プロセスからの少なくとも1つまたは複数の流れの温度は、350〜600℃の範囲にある請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項または複数に記載の方法。
