Abstract
Description
本発明は、特定のポリウレタンゲル組成物、油性ゲル化剤及び球状粉体を含有する油性固形化粧料に関し、より詳細には、伸び広がり、ソフトフォーカス効果に優れ、化粧膜が均一であり、化粧持ちに優れる油性固形化粧料に関する。 The present invention relates to an oily solid cosmetic containing a specific polyurethane gel composition, an oily gelling agent and a spherical powder. More specifically, the present invention relates to spreading, excellent soft focus effect, uniform cosmetic film, and makeup. The present invention relates to an oily solid cosmetic material having excellent durability.
油性固形化粧料は油分を主成分として構成され、油性ゲル化剤等の油分をゲル化する成分を用いることで種々の形状とできることが一つの特徴である。その特性から外観の審美性や特徴的な形状から使用感を楽しむだけでなく、見た目を楽しむことができ、アイカラーやチーク、口紅などに幅広く利用されている。また、油性固形化粧料は、油分をゲル化させて作られるため、滑らかな伸び広がりやべたつきのなさ等の品質を求められてきた。 One characteristic of oily solid cosmetics is that they are composed mainly of oil, and can be made into various shapes by using components that gel oil such as oily gelling agents. Because of its characteristics, it not only enjoys its aesthetic appearance and distinctive shape, but also enjoys its appearance and is widely used for eye colors, teak, lipsticks, and so on. In addition, since oily solid cosmetics are made by gelling oil, qualities such as smooth spreading and non-stickiness have been demanded.
(特許文献1参照) On the other hand, in recent years, due to diversification of makeup trends and usage scenes, in addition to the characteristics of conventional oily solid cosmetics, it is required to produce a soft focus effect and a uniform and highly durable cosmetic film. However, since oily solid cosmetics are mainly composed of an oil agent, the uniformity of the cosmetic film and the persistence of makeup when containing powder may be inferior to solid powdered cosmetics, and oily solids with a soft focus effect Various studies have been made on cosmetics. For example, from 3% to 15% by weight of at least one lipophilic gelling agent and at least 5% by weight of the first filler and at least 5% by weight of the first filler. An anhydrous composition comprising from 10% to 50% by weight filler, and from 40% to 85% by weight of at least one fatty phase, wherein the amount of mass is relative to the total weight of the composition Wherein the first and second fillers are selected from spherical cellulose particles, powders of N-acyl amino acids having C8-C22 acyl groups, polyamide particles and spherical porous silica particles. Depending on the product, there is a composition with an excellent soft focus effect. (See Patent Document 1)
さらに、油性固形化粧料において、化粧持ちに関する技術も検討されている。例えば、(A)(a1)酸化チタンを含む粉体を、化粧料総量を基準として40質量%以上60質量%以下、(B)皮膜形成剤、(C)揮発性油剤、(D)25℃で液状である分子量500〜1000のエステル油を、化粧料総量を基準として2質量%以上12質量%以下を含有する油性固形化粧料が提案されている(特許文献2参照)。 Furthermore, in oily solid cosmetics, techniques related to makeup retention are also being studied. For example, (A) (a1) a powder containing titanium oxide is 40% by mass or more and 60% by mass or less based on the total amount of cosmetics, (B) a film forming agent, (C) a volatile oil agent, (D) 25 ° C. An oily solid cosmetic containing 2 to 12% by mass of a liquid ester oil having a molecular weight of 500 to 1000 based on the total amount of cosmetics has been proposed (see Patent Document 2).
However, if the technique of Patent Document 1 is used to obtain the soft focus effect, there may be cases where the uniformity of the makeup film and the quality that is satisfactory for long-lasting makeup cannot be obtained. When this technique is used, the weight may be felt at the time of application, and there may be a case where satisfactory quality cannot be obtained in terms of elongation and spread. Furthermore, it is also difficult to obtain a uniform decorative film when the elongation spread cannot be satisfied. In addition, by using a combination of the techniques of Patent Documents 1 and 2, cosmetics with a soft focus effect and a long-lasting makeup can be obtained, but the ease of application that feels heavy at the time of application cannot be obtained sufficiently and is smooth. It was difficult to obtain a satisfactory quality for a wide stretch. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an oily solid cosmetic material that realizes a soft focus effect and a uniform and highly durable cosmetic film, as well as a quality that spreads smoothly.
As a result of intensive investigations in view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have obtained a smooth elongation spread, uniformity of a cosmetic film, and a soft focus effect in an oily solid cosmetic containing an oily gelling agent and a spherical powder. However, the effect was not fully satisfactory, and further improvement in makeup life was required. Therefore, in studying various components, attention was focused on polyurethane having a hydrophilic part and a hydrophobic part, and having improved cosmetic durability when combined with an oily gelling agent. It has been found that the soft focus effect and the long-lasting makeup are particularly excellent when it is contained in an oily solid cosmetic as a gel composition containing an oil agent and a polyurethane having a specific structure. Furthermore, by containing phenyl-modified silicone, it is possible to further improve the smooth spread and uniformity of the decorative film, and among the phenyl-modified silicones, the use of diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone can provide a higher effect. I found it. Furthermore, the inventors have found that the effect of the present application is further improved by setting the polyurethane gel composition and the spherical powder in a specific ratio, and have completed the present invention.

Means.
本発明で用いる成分(A)ポリウレタンゲル組成物は、成分(A−1)ポリウレタンと成分(A−2)油剤とを含有するポリウレタンゲル組成物である。当該ポリウレタンゲル組成物は、成分(A−2)油剤の存在下で成分(A−1)ポリウレタンの原料を用いて製造することによって得ることができる。 The component (A) polyurethane gel composition used in the present invention is a polyurethane gel composition containing the component (A-1) polyurethane and the component (A-2) oil agent. The said polyurethane gel composition can be obtained by manufacturing using the raw material of a component (A-1) polyurethane in presence of a component (A-2) oil agent.
ここで、成分(A−1)ポリウレタンは、HO−R3−OH(式中、R3はエーテル結合を有していてもよい直鎖若しくは分岐のC2〜C6アルキレン基を表す)で表されるグリコールを使用するポリウレタンである。
Here, the component (A-1) polyurethane is represented by HO—R 3 —OH (wherein R 3 represents a linear or branched C 2 to C 6 alkylene group which may have an ether bond). This is a polyurethane that uses glycol.
Further, the component (A-1) polyurethane preferably contains at least the following polyurethane (i) or (ii).

Is a polyurethane obtained by
前記成分(A−1)における前記(b)HO−R3−OHで表されるグリコールとして、例えば、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、1,3−ブチレングリコール、及びジエチレングルコール等が挙げられる。 Examples of the glycol represented by (b) HO—R 3 —OH in the component (A-1) include ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, and diethylene glycol.
本発明で用いる新規なポリウレタンゲル組成物は、発明者らが、ツヤが高く、弾力性、復元力がある油溶性ゲルの化粧膜を得るためにゲル素材に関して鋭意研究開発を重ねた結果、見出されたゲル組成物である。 The novel polyurethane gel composition used in the present invention has been found as a result of repeated research and development on the gel material by the inventors in order to obtain an oil-soluble gel cosmetic film having high gloss, elasticity, and resilience. It is the taken out gel composition.
The inventors have repeated research using silicone rubber, polysaccharides, and aqueous polyurethane as the restorable material. However, these materials have disadvantages to be solved along with advantages. Specifically, silicone rubber has a deficiency that lacks gloss and lacks resilience; polysaccharides have a deficiency in resilience and resilience; aqueous polyurethane has a limited color gamut because it is water-based and lacks gloss Had a serious drawback;
However, as a result of intensive studies, the inventors have found that in the presence of an oil agent, HO—R 3 —OH (wherein R 3 is a linear or branched C 2 to C 6 alkylene which may have an ether bond). When a polyurethane was synthesized using a glycol represented by the following formula, a novel gel material was obtained by chance. The novel gel material had a special function with high gloss, elasticity, and resilience, as shown in Examples below. This was an effect that could not be predicted by the inventors.
It is known that polyurethane is obtained by reacting diisocyanate and polyol. However, there is no example in which polyurethane is used as an oil-soluble gelling agent, and the polyurethane gel composition of the present invention has been found by a new idea of producing in the presence of an oil agent.
The concept of the polyurethane gel composition used in the present invention is still under intensive study, but at present, the inventors consider as follows. (1) The polyurethane in the polyurethane composition forms a plurality of ring-shaped clusters (tufts) by associating with each other in the hydrophilic part in the molecule, and is brought into contact with the oil agent at the hydrophobic part in the molecule. The inventors consider that it has a group-associative thickening mechanism. (2) The polyurethane imparts flexibility and oil solubility because the hydrophobic part in the molecule is a low crystalline hydrocarbon; the polar group in the hydrophilic part in the molecule interacts The inventors consider that a gelling force and a restoring force are imparted. (3) The inventors consider that a transparent gel is formed by taking a three-dimensional structure finely by a hydrophilic group associative thickening mechanism. In addition, it is preferable that the said polyurethane is an oil-soluble polyurethane, and the said oil-soluble polyurethane can melt | dissolve at least 1 mass% or more in cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate more suitably at 30 degreeC.
本発明に用いる成分(A)ポリウレタンゲル組成物は、次の組成物1及び組成物2を包含する。このうち、組成物1及び2が好ましい。 The component (A) polyurethane gel composition used in the present invention includes the following composition 1 and composition 2. Of these, compositions 1 and 2 are preferred.

[Production Comparative Example 1]
100 parts of a crosslinked silicone gel (KSG-43, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) is used.
[Production Comparative Example 2]
A polysaccharide gel was prepared by heating and cooling 35 parts of dextrin fatty acid ester (Leopard ISK, manufactured by Chiba Flour Mills Co., Ltd.) and 65 parts of cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate at 90 ° C.
[Production Comparative Example 3]
A wax oil gel was prepared by heating and cooling 35 parts of crystalline polyethylene wax (PERFORMALENE 655 New Phase Technology) and 65 parts of cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate at 90 ° C.
In addition, the silicone gel of Production Comparative Example 1 lacks gloss and lacks restoring force. The polysaccharide gel of Production Comparative Example 2 is weak in resilience and resilience. The wax oil gel of Production Comparative Example 3 lacks gloss.
[ゲルの評価]
前記製法により得られたポリウレタンゲルの中から、製造実施例2のポリウレタンゲル組成物に対して、化粧料に汎用される各種油剤に対するゲル荷重値、並びにゲルの透明性に関して評価した(試験例1〜6)。その結果を表1に示す。また、種々の評価方法は、以下となる。なお、製造実施例1〜5の成分(A)ポリウレタンゲル組成物のゲル荷重値は2.5〜7.5N、重量均分子量は10000〜100000であった。
[Evaluation of gel]
Among the polyurethane gels obtained by the above-mentioned production method, the gel load values for various oils commonly used in cosmetics and the transparency of the gel were evaluated for the polyurethane gel composition of Production Example 2 (Test Example 1). ~ 6). The results are shown in Table 1. Various evaluation methods are as follows. In addition, the gel load value of the component (A) polyurethane gel composition of Production Examples 1 to 5 was 2.5 to 7.5 N, and the weight average molecular weight was 10,000 to 100,000.
[Measurement of load value and gel strength evaluation]
The polyurethane gel composition of Production Example 2 and various oil agents listed in Table 1 were heated and dissolved at 85 ° C. and cooled to 30 ° C. to prepare elastic gels (Test Examples 1 to 6). The load value of the gel was measured using a load measuring device (manufactured by FUDOH) under conditions of a 2 cmφ spherical adapter, 2 cm / min, and 10 mm penetration. This evaluated the gel strength. As a result of Test Examples 1 to 4, it was confirmed that an oil agent having a smaller number of hydroxyl groups in the molecule tends to have a higher load value. This is considered that the hydroxyl group in the oil agent affected the hydrophilic group portion in the hydrophilic group-associative thickening mechanism of the polyurethane gel, resulting in a decrease in viscosity.
[透明性の測定及び評価]
表1に記載の各種ゲル(試験例1〜6)に対する透明性は、透過度測定機(島津製作所社製)を用いて、700nmにおける透過率を測定した。その結果、試験例1〜6全てのゲルにおいて、90%以上と、良好な透明性(◎)を示した。
[Measurement and evaluation of transparency]
Transparency with respect to various gels described in Table 1 (Test Examples 1 to 6) was measured for transmittance at 700 nm using a transmittance measuring machine (manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation). As a result, in all the gels of Test Examples 1 to 6, 90% or more and good transparency (◎) was shown.
[Measurement and evaluation of self-restoring force]
The self-restoring power was evaluated using the polyurethane gel composition of Production Example 2 and the dextrin fatty acid ester gel of Production Comparative Example 2. Each measurement sample is diluted with cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate so that the pure content is 10.5% by mass, heated at 85 ° C., poured into a jar, and cooled to 30 ° C. A gel was prepared. Using the texture analyzer (manufactured by Eisei Seiki Co., Ltd.) for the prepared sample, 7 times under the conditions of 1 mm / min speed and 5 mm penetration from the point of applying a load of 5 g with a 2 cmφ spherical adapter, By repeating the same operation, it was confirmed whether the gel structure was not destroyed by the load and had a restoring force. A schematic diagram of the measurement is shown in FIG.
As a result, the dextrin fatty acid ester gel of Production Comparative Example 2 breaks the gel structure with repeated loads and does not have the same curve, whereas the polyurethane gel composition of Production Example 2 has a gel with repeated loads. Since the same curve was traced without collapsing, it was found that the gel was highly recoverable. Moreover, since the value of load value itself was also high compared with the dextrin fatty acid ester gel of manufacture comparative example 2, it turned out that it is excellent in elasticity.
前記検討により、本発明で用いられる成分(A)ポリウレタンゲル組成物は、透明性、高い弾力性に優れ、また、自己復元力に優れる新規性の高いゲルであることが分かった。 From the above investigation, it was found that the component (A) polyurethane gel composition used in the present invention is a highly novel gel having excellent transparency and high elasticity and excellent self-restoring ability.

As is clear from the results in Tables 2 and 3, Examples 1 to 15 showed better results in all evaluation items than the comparative examples.
On the other hand, the comparative example 1 which does not contain the component (A) does not have the flexibility of the decorative film, so that the unevenness of the skin is caused over time, and the applied portion cannot be uniformly blurred. The unevenness has been emphasized. In other words, satisfactory quality was not obtained for the soft focus effect, makeup retention, and uniformity of the decorative film. Further, Comparative Example 2 using a (vinyl dimethicone / lauryl dimethicone) cross-polymer polymer instead of the component (A) did not provide satisfactory quality for a long-lasting makeup. Further, Comparative Example 3 which does not contain the component (C) did not feel rolling on the skin peculiar to the spherical powder, and satisfactory quality was not obtained with a smooth spread. In Comparative Example 4 using talc instead of component (C), the fingertip of the cosmetic film derived from the amorphous powder is tight, the cosmetic film becomes uneven, the smooth spread and the uniformity of the cosmetic film are satisfactory. I couldn't get good quality. Furthermore, since Comparative Example 5 containing no component (B) does not contain the oily gelling agent of the present invention, the oily solid of the present invention cannot be obtained, and a satisfactory quality for the effect of the present application is obtained. I couldn't.
