Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bag provided with an accommodating portion for accommodating contents.
As a bag for containing the contents, a bag made of a film-like packaging material containing a plastic material such as PET or nylon is used. Such a bag is configured, for example, as described in Patent Document 1, by thermally welding the inner surfaces of the packaging material to form a seal portion. In this case, the accommodating part for accommodating the contents is defined as a space surrounded by the packaging material and the seal part.
A bag made of a packaging material is usually provided with an opening means for easily breaking the bag and opening the bag. For example, Patent Document 1 proposes to provide an opening means that can be torn in a direction perpendicular to the running direction of the back seal portion in the back seal portion of the bag.
When the user breaks the bag along the opening means, an opening is formed in the bag. If the bag can be ruptured linearly from one side end to the other side end, the size of the opening increases and the contents contained in the bag can be easily taken out.

Bag FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the palm
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As illustrated in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the opening start part 23 may be located at least partially outside the

Moreover, the 1st

The cross-sectional structure of the partial through

When putting a cutting blade into the
As shown in FIG. 9, the cross-sectional area of the
Although not shown, the partial through-
Next, a second example of the method for manufacturing the

<Opening test>
After putting plate-like chocolate into the bag obtained above, it was sealed and sealed. And the sealed bag was opened by the method demonstrated in FIG.10 and FIG.11, and openability was evaluated. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1.
(Evaluation criteria)
○: The breakage of the bag proceeded linearly along the second direction D2, and an opening spread between the pair of side end portions could be formed in the bag.
X: The breakage of the bag did not proceed linearly, and the breakage of the bag stopped at the first end or the second end before reaching the side end.
The results of the above opening test are shown in Table 1. As shown in Table 1, in the comparative example in which the tensile strength of the first base material layer in the second direction D2 was about 2.33 times the tensile strength of the first base material layer in the first direction D1, as shown in Table 1. The bag breakage did not proceed linearly, and the bag breakage stopped at the first end or the second end before reaching the side end. On the other hand, in Example 1 and Example 2 in which the tensile strength of the first base material layer in the second direction D2 is 2.5 times or more the tensile strength of the first base material layer in the first direction D1. The breakage of the bag proceeded linearly along the second direction D2, and an opening spread between the pair of side end portions could be formed in the bag.
