By forming a packaging bag with a laminated film having the above-described layer structure, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a high-output laser beam is irradiated from one side of the packaging bag to absorb the laser beam. A through hole 5 is formed in the plastic film layer (outer layer 2) which is easy to handle. The irradiated laser light further passes through a plastic film layer (inner layer 3) on the same surface that is less likely to absorb laser light and a plastic film layer (inner layer 3) on the opposite surface of the packaging bag that is less likely to absorb laser light. A through-hole 6 is formed in a plastic film layer (outer layer 2) on the surface that easily absorbs laser light. The through-hole 6 is usually a hole having a smaller area than the through-hole 5, but these processed holes are perfectly aligned. The shape of the processing hole is not particularly limited, and may be any shape such as a circle, an ellipse, and a long hole. In addition, the plastic film layers 3 and 3 that hardly absorb laser light, which constitute the inner layer of the packaging bag, are almost left unprocessed, so that the hermeticity of the packaging bag is not impaired and the protection of the contents does not decrease. .

[0008] The laminated film constituting the packaging bag of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned two-layered film. In addition to these plastic film layers, other plastic film layers, sheet materials such as metal foil, paper, cellophane, etc. Those containing layers can also be used. When using a material that reflects laser light, such as a metal foil, such a material does not exist as a material constituting the entire layer, but does not exist in a portion forming the easily-opened portion. It is preferable to use it as a partial layer forming material. The plastic film layer in which the easy-opening portion is formed is easy to absorb the laser light, and it is preferable to use as a material constituting the outer layer of the packaging bag in terms of openability, and the plastic film layer that hardly absorbs the laser light is It is preferable to use as a material constituting the inner layer of the packaging bag from the viewpoint of sealing performance. Each of these plastic film layers constituting the laminated film is not limited to one layer, and it is a matter of course that two or more plastic film layers can be used. A urethane-based or acrylic-based anchor agent can be interposed between the layers constituting the laminated film, if necessary.

In the present invention, an easy-opening portion is simultaneously formed on both sides of the packaging bag by irradiating high-power laser light from one side of the packaging bag. There is no particular limitation on the type of laser used in the present invention. For example, a carbon dioxide gas laser, a YAG laser, a semiconductor laser, an argon ion laser, or the like can be used, but a laser having a wavelength of about 5 to 20 μm is preferable. However, a carbon dioxide laser is particularly preferred. In addition, it is preferable to use a pulse oscillation type laser because a perforated easy-opening portion can be easily formed in a plastic film layer that easily absorbs laser light.

When the distance between adjacent processing holes is less than 0.05 mm, the processing material is melted and penetrated during processing, so that the strength of the packaging material is weakened, and the tear strength, drop strength, etc. of the packaging bag are reduced and the contents are reduced. Problem with the protection of On the other hand, when the interval between the processing holes is larger than 0.30 mm, a large force is required at the time of opening, and the directionality of the opening becomes poor. The interval between the processing holes can be set to a desired value by controlling the laser beam irradiation conditions according to the relative moving speed of the packaging bag. In the packaging bag of the present invention, a V-notch and an I-notch are provided at the end of the bag in combination with an easy-opening portion by laser to facilitate opening.
By providing a notched portion such as a notch, a processed portion serving as a clue for opening may be formed.

According to the present invention having the above-described structure,
The following remarkable effects are exhibited. 1) By irradiating a high-power laser beam from one side of the packaging bag in a short time, an easy-opening processing portion is formed on both sides of the bag at the same time, so that the packaging bag can be opened in a predetermined direction without displacement. . 2) By controlling the irradiation conditions of the laser beam, it is possible to form a fine easy-opening portion, and the opening property of the packaging bag is improved. 3) Since the plastic film layer of the laminated film constituting the packaging bag, which hardly absorbs the laser beam, is left unprocessed, the sealing property of the packaging bag is not impaired, and the protection of the contents does not deteriorate.
