- 前記バイオフィラー(2022)の調製方法として、SiO2とAl2O3を4:1の質量比で混合させ60ー80メッシュに粉砕して混合物粒子を得て、そして、前記混合物粒子を950ー1050℃の高温下で3ー5時間焼成し、室温まで冷却すると、3ー5mmの吸着性粒子に破砕する準備をして、10gの粉末キトサンを計量し、1500ー2000gの質量濃度30ー40%の氷酢酸を配合し透明ゴム液を調製し、激しく撹拌しながら10ー15mol/LのNa2CO3を配合し、溶液のPHが6.8ー7.2になるように調節し、析出したキトサンゲルを遠心洗浄してから、ゲル体積に対する菌液体積の体積比1:100ー120で微生物菌液をゲルに配合するとともに、ゲル体積5ー8%の2ー5%(v/v)のグルタルアルデヒド溶液とゲル体積3ー5%の1ー2%(w/v)の塩化カルシウム溶液を配合し、そして、1:1.5の体積比で前記吸着性粒子を配合し、5ー10mmの小球を凝集して、5ー10℃で放置して12ー24h架橋させ、生理食塩水で洗浄することによって前記バイオフィラー(2022)を得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の養殖生簀の水交換浄化装置。
- 前記回転装置(2016)は中空ピラー(2016a)と、第1の回転軸受(2016b)と、第2の回転軸受(2016c)と、回転ベース(2016d)とを備え、回転ベース(2016d)がねじで貯水池(2018)の頂部に固定され、回転ベース(2016d)の上面が第2の回転軸受(2016c)に接続され、第2の回転軸受(2016c)の上面に前記第1の回転軸受(2016b)が設置され、前記中空ピラー(2016a)が上から下へ順次に第1の回転軸受(2016b)と、第2の回転軸受(2016c)と、回転ベース(2016d)の中心位置を貫通していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の養殖生簀の水交換浄化装置。
- 前記酸素発生装置(2020)は空気分離酸素発生装置であり、省エネルギー型インバータ式の空気圧縮機を採用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の養殖生簀の水交換浄化装置。

- 前記吐出ヘッド(2029)は細い水管(2029a)と、加圧弁(2029b)と、内部チャンバ(2029c)と、出水ヘッド(2029d)とを備え、前記細い水管(2029a)が加圧弁(2029b)と接続され、内部チャンバ(2029c)が加圧弁(2029b)内に設置され、内部チャンバ(2029c)が出水ヘッド(2029d)と接続され、3つの出水ヘッド(2029d)が正三角形形状に分布して配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の養殖生簀の水交換浄化装置。
